This is still Nigeria... still Africa.... not the USA..different culture.... Buhari should drop his and adapt someone else's? Guy lighten up...get a sense of humour... at least Buhari just showed he has one... maybe too coded for you.

This is Africa, Nigeria and that justifies insulting women?

Buhari should not insult the female folk. This statement is the climax of insensitivity to female gender from a President.
Aisha like every other woman in Nigeria deserve an apology from the president.
This is not 18th century just in case the President has forgotten.

Like I said get some sense, or remove yourself from your sychophancy to you can think clearly. I am not in support of Aisha but 2 wrongs dont make a right....Buhari should not have said what he said.

Oh, so it me now.... not Buhari again!

A typical feminist
Do i have to be femanist before i know i deserve some degree of respect from men? Do i have to struggle to hijack family management before i command some respect from my husband? NO! i deserve respect and not being treated like asset/property love machine or slave

He has simply echoed the thought of an ultra-conservative muslim northerner who believe that women are conquered species and warbooty. We all remember Aisha was raped and impregnated as a little girl by this dullard before marrying her. This dullard's megalomania is something that will kill him very soon one day but some southern christian zombies will still fight for their stomach. God punish devil.

That serves the woman right. She's not elected. And the constitution do not even recognize her office . She's not suppose to wash her dirty linean outside. It was even reported that she was pressurised not to grant the interview yet she still went ahead.

What l dont get is when people try to elevate Aisha beyond what she is: WIFE... of Mr Buhari!
!
Nobody is trying to elevate Aisha, Aisha is craving relevance, she is a housewife, she has no political experience or professional experience beyond her beauty salon and her husband has said there is no 1st lady in her administration. However do not shift the focus from the fact that in 2016 a president of a country does not open his mouth and say a woman belongs in the kitchen and bedroom. It may be your private opinion and no one can fault you for that, it's a cultural thing but you DO NOT make such a statement in public especially next to a female head of state.

Buhari's comment is just as embarrassing to the country as his wife's interview. it's the equivalent to a family airing dirty linen in public.

Afonjas and Zombies will call her a wailer

Don't ever insult the woman who cooks your food, 20 naira can buy rat poison

Meanwhile, hunger is killing the Afonjas but they will rather die of hunger than say something about Buhari

I am sure the Moderators would not see this kind of racially insulting comment, to BAN!

Even his monicker says "Spitson******"!

Why should everything about these breed of people be about hate for other tribes?

You sound like someone who has been hurt before by a sexist. This issue here is not about Buharis words but about Aishas actions.

Her actions were reckless, disrespectful, selfish, myopic and treasonable.

Buhari just opted to keep it short and sweet with his admirable response.

So keep your feminist talk in your back pocket and sit on it.

You women are your own worst enemies, all the women in his cabinet will hear this comment but because of what they will chop they will remain. In a civilized society sincere about advancing the cause of women, you will see female cabinet members with integrity and principles resigning over his comment or at the very least demanding a public apology. This is how you advance the cause of women not by shouting "I'm a feminist so I too can sleep around like men".

Why is it only Girl-Child that needs to be campaigned for?

What about the BOY-Child that is not educated in their Millions (Almanjeri Boys in The North! Spare-Part "Shop Boys" in the East, Boy-Child Street urchins in West)?

Its like this sexism is taking over everything!

If a man says something about HIS WIFE......... How does that affect my own Wife?

HIS Wife.........is his Wife.
MY WIFE......... is My wife!
Aisha does not represent ALL WOMEN

Thus, all these generalisation is the same hypocrisy some women use to advance feminism and their sexist ideology!
