nigga upper hill is an upcoming area with few buildings and stupid ugly roads,houses and business in west land, spring valley, parkland, some part of lower kabete are owned by INDIANS with very few black owners(mostly politicians) , CBD is quite developed as most of the buildings are already been built by whites and Indians,
