I do not have lupus but do have Multiple Sclerosis; the doctor said I would likely not have any attacks during the pregnancy, but the chances of a relapse after giving birth is very high; but I am still very careful now so as not to trigger any attacks. Hope you are coping well?

BS-Part 1
So rewind to lst wk thurs,came back 4rm my normal evening walk n I started having cramps but was ntin crious(my due date was actually 13th-which I have passed)was able to endure right tru to friday!Saturday evening,i cldnt stand it so me n leeboo left 4 d hospital!On getting to d hospital,i tld d midwives wats up and the asked me to get my card!When we came back,i was directed to a room n d asked boo to go and get surgical gloves!When he came back,d nurse came in n asked me to change,n she carried out a VE(d shit hurts)afta which she told me am just 2cm n den took me to anoda room n they kept me 4 d night to observe!By sunday mrn,i was still 2cm so I was asked to go hme n come back wen I notice anytin!Sunday evening,felt sumtin like water tickling dwn and I told boo wats up n he suggested we go to the hospital but tld him let's wait till 2moro!

Part2-Monday Morning!
So me and leeboo left for the hospital and wen we reached,I told dem am back n dis are d symptoms am having!The nurse did VE again n I got d shocking news of my life-2cm(imagine since sat oh)The matron asked me to wait for the doc,d doc came n did his and said the will keep me since d pain has stayed dat lng n dere is no progress!Then the nurse checked arnd 3 and found out I was 3cm,i felt like crying!Fast forward to 11pm,na den d main thing start,i was having crious contractions n none stop back ache and cramps,i was doing well and enduring it till like afta 1 the following morning wen fever n vomit decided to join d wagon!I was crying criously,begging the nurses to do sumtin about what am feelin(not knwing that d had prescribed pain meds 4 me)got to find out late n boo was not close so I had to continue wit my crying n d sleepless night!I called boo arnd 5 and asked him to come to d labour ward so he can get the pain meds 4 me!He came wit it and I was given d injection but it did ntin to help wit the pain!So I had to endure!

My dear, the tone of her reply wasn't good at all. I started d chat by telling her how I got her number and that I want to buy baby things. I specifically told her what I want. Its not like I asked her for money or something unusual. I just wanted to know what she has because for some reasons, I cannot go to the market. I have to buy everything online/ or send someone to her shop to get d things for me.

Any mama here tried the Wambi reusable diapers yet? I like how colorful they are and that they're organic buuuuuut I'm imagining them to be fussy I mean with all the prefolds, inserts etc. I could be wrong which is why I'm curious to know .

Although i have not specifically used them. I follow them keenly, I use cloth nappies and i have almost every style there is available.and will definitely buy from them when i need more pieces.

Its very straightforward, dont let the terms put you off. .

Reuseable nappy is made up of two basic things.... waterproof cover and absorbent inner piece

The inner piece can be inserts or prefolds
Inserts can be small rectangular pieces that you simply place insude the cover and you fasten the cover around your baby much like you wear a disposable.

The prefold you fold it into 3 and place inside the cover and fasten to baby as above.

With the prefold you also have the option of wraping it around the baby like "napkin" and then fasten with either a safety pin or a snappi. And they you put on the waterproof cover. The prefold has layers already built in so you dont need to be an expert origami master to fold it as with thr old school "Napkins"

Every other thing is an accessory.

Diaper bag - waterproof as well to store the soiled diapers till you wash. No need to soak ina bucket. Just make sure you wash every 3 days at the max.

Liner help to catch poo and makes disposal easier.... especially if you are lazy like me. Lol!

Snappi - modern day nappy pin. No more pricking your fingers with safety pins...

By 12pm that tuesday,the cramp starting hitting me bad!I started having d poo-poo feeling n him nurse come check oh n lo n behold I was 8cm!Dem just prepare evry sharp sharp!The contractions just grew strong and dere was no pain at all,where d pain vanish go,i can say uptill date!I tell nurse say I wan poo oh,she said I shld go ahead,i push oh tinking jay wld just pop out but na one annoying chunk of poo comot!I vex,one of d matron said she wants to monitor to ensure I don get a tear or cut so na so she sit dwn dere on top chair d monitor!One student nurse just dey dere d shout say make dem jsut cut me to hasten d process na him d matron turn eye her ask her why!I just d push oh d go,d head don d show small small,dem just d encourage me d give me malt to sip!D attending doctors were coming in to check d progress!I push n was alrdy exhausted n I hrd d docs suggesting cs,i immediately got one super natural strength 4rom no where n I pushed n d matron asked me stop cos she noticed sumtin!It was d cord wrapped round Jay neck and it was alrdy choking him!That was wen she decided to give me d almighty cut(dat poo hurts)afta which she ask me to push which I did n Jay came out at 1:25pm weighing 3.3kg!

Aftermuch calming, he then said he was only joking. I said it better be a joke cos i can't remember when i asked God forthat, even though i admire twins but i never open my mouth to ask forit before, even when someone says that prayer forme i send it back to the sender immediately. So i told the man neither myself nor DH has twins in their family so where will it come from and i warned never to make such jokes with me again, haaaa! After the whole drama, i left the room but the sonographer then called in
