First of all, I was born, bred and still reside in Ilorin. Secondly, I have a Bachelor's Degree in History from Unilorin. I didn't speak from a place of ignorance. Screaming Afonja up & down like it's synonymous with cowardice is like having a mental disease.

In fact, what the ObidienDs are bringing into Nigerian politics is very dangerous and must be rejected by all.

Now the only thing needed to win any election in Nigeria is to claim that you are fighting for the Youth and the masses. No ideology!

If ObidienDs get into power, another group will come up with the same plan, telling the electorate that they are fighting for the masses...

Now there would be no clear cut ideologies that would form the base of any party... Unlike in saner climes, where they have two or max three political parties with very clear and known ideals. Democrats and Republicans come to mind in the US...

Nexxa shyt that fxxk up with your BS. What is APC's ideology?

Politics / Re: Yorubas Accusing Igbos Of Tribal Bigotry Are Shameless And Stupid. by Vado(m): 1:04pm On Mar 06, 2023

Lagos is a cosmopolitan city developed not by the Yorubas but by all and sundry like the Europeans, Asians, Africans, Nigerians and others. It's not Ibadan or Abeokuta that has 60 percent input of it's development made possible by the Yorubas. It's the arrogance of some of you Yorubas that gives rise to the no mans land connotation. Lagos is in the SW but was not built by the Yorubas. London also is a cosmopolitan City with many Yorubas living there. They have not been disenfranchised for once during elections, but the reverse is the case in Lagos where people who live there are not only disenfranchised through the use Political oafs, thugs urchins, but prevented from making input in the running of affairs that concerns them. The actions of some Yorubas like you breeds the response you get from not only the Igbos but from other ethnic nationality who reside there. Yorubas like you are not only timid, backward and anachronistic but unexposed. Many Yorubas I know are civilized and not clothed in the oversized tribal garment you want everyone to acknowledge. Most unsuccessful never do good persons like you, are the ones polluting the entire space chanting Tiwani As far as Nigeria remains one indivisible county, you will never have the Yorubanized Lagos of your dream where non natives are seen as goose that lays the eggs and the indigenous people the snakes that feed on them.

Sounded like a nitwit. Eko (Lagos) has been flourishing long before the first Igbo man made it there. As far back as when Egerton was the Governor General, Lagos was thriving as a commercial hub. Lagos was gifting Northern Nigeria £34,000 to help the unproductive North meet up with administrative deficit. Your father or grandfather didn't build sh1t in Lagos but they were political usurpers disgraced out of the city. The earliest censuses carried out had next to zero presence of Igbos but like invasive species, you are here talking trash today. As much as I have a soft spot for Obi, people like you are douchebags.

Why is it so hard to accept that more people simply voted for tinubu than Gringori? Is that so hard to believe?

One thing i like about GEJ, he didn't buy into all this conspiratorial nonsense when he lost to PMB

I could care less about who emerges reason I didn't vote this time around but to act naive to the obvious malpractices and systematic disenfranchisement that occurred a few days ago, the person must be super blind or just sheerly wicked.

This is exactly the dummy they want slowpokes to believe. It's no secret that Lagos is a cosmopolitan city with people mostly in charge of their brains. As for Katsina, Buhari was already recently being stoned there, it's no surprised.

An average southern man will have just one wife and end up having 2 or 3 kids, while an average northern man will have 4 wives and end up having 20 kids. Do the maths.

If you doubt me, visit northern Nigeria.

That does not change anything. Northern Nigerian has the highest death rates in Nigeria. Maternal mortality rate, Malaria, HIV-AIDS, Terrorism inclined deaths the north takes the lead. Someone with 10 children would tell you only two survived to adulthood.

There is no state in North West that has up to 15% Christians outside Kadunna.

Kogi has slightly more muslims than Christians.

Kwara has less than 20% christians.

Lets be realistic

You are very funny. In Ilorin metropolis, you will count 5-10 churches before you see one mosque. Your opinion of Kwara is laughable. We would be operating Sharia law if that was the case but such can never work here, booze is sold nearly everywhere. Kwara South is predominantly indigenous Christian population. Even the recent noises about hijab was enough to show you that Christians are no pushovers in Kwara. We are nothing less than 40% here and I am being modest.

There's no payment to be made that cannot be done via bank transfers be it school fees, fueling, large grocery shopping etc . Petty ones in local market you can't finish 100k on them. Peter Obi needs to stay put and remain strong. Even if he doesn't win in 2023, he needs to keep building Labour Party because the next president will definitely misbehave, making Peter Obi the favourite to win in 2027.

However, I am not totally ruling out his victory in 2023 because this country needs to be rescued from our aged oppressors.

This comment is the one I was looking for. All successful politicians must build from somewhere and unless we are being illogical, he doesn't have that wide coverage from the base up nationally. However, 2027 is most likely to be a strong contest in his favor.

Great interview. I love his response to the question about who he would have voted for between Obi and Atiku if he’s not running for president.

His brilliance, confidence and arrogance is why I like him. Even the western world would be afraid of the kind of groundbreaking impact Tinubu will bring to the country if elected president. He has the right mindset, ideas and track record to really turn this country around. He will make a very good president.

That question only sound smart to a dull person seeing that same Tinubu campaigned for an Atiku presidency in the past. Doesn't that sound like an indictment of mental instability?

Did you watch the full interview. It is on YouTube. Almost 60min for part 1 release. Part 2 this night. You would change your narrative and understand Manchester united current issues.

Dude all these charade he went on about was just to deviate from the core issues hinged on his decline. It's not his fault that age caught up with him but he obviously can't seem to deal with this reality. Where was he with his silly opinions last season when he scored reasonable amount of goals? Criticized the infrastructures at Old Trafford but as a sensible being, did he share his concerns with the management? They refurbished the dining area and pool recently, some of his criticism were valid but you see, heis not the only player, just as normal employees have some aspects of their workplace they don't like, they don't go about having interviews publicly about such. Taking shots at your current coach is ridiculous especially when you have disrespected his choices in recent times. This guy is a silly one, even his countryman Bruno dislike this charade.
