Once you erect a house in Lagos with all the property papers intact, you are a Lagosian; if you own a business in Lagos and government is generating income from the tax levied on your business, you are a lagosian. Most people claiming 'Lagosian' do not even have a rooted place there. And by the way what benefits come with being a 'Lagosian'? Does it give you free access(visa-free) to some countries?
