Yes, the NPF might have killed them, but you and i dont know, it might be mere suspicious rants towards them. On the other hand, they (NPF might be guilty as accussed by the massob.
But then, if i was an investigation officer, which is the right way to think and figure where to concentrate investigation on. Massob has been making headlines recently on how bad they want to break from NIGERIA. having heard them claim these bodies are their members, and immediately writing to UN and the rest, i will move closer toward an assumption that Massob are trying to create some dissintegrations and uncalm atmosphere, to aid their movement towards breaking of Nigeria. These will bring me to speculate that Massob might be responsible for the killing and twist the story aswell. If the bodies are confirmed to be massob memebers, they might be killed due to their questionable loyalty to massob group by massob members. That is also Possible.

It's only when you try to do so via violent means that the state is permitted to attack you...via the law of the land. There are secession groups in most major countries in the world. In the UK, they have in Scotland. In Canada they have in Quebec. Even the USA has a Texas secession group. Nothing says a country has to stay together if the people inside are unwilling to do so. It is a sign of underdevelopment and bad government that a state has to use force to coerce it's citizens to want unity. The secessionist movements in developed countries are not popular because the majority of the citizens do not support them.

dodo77: i am not surprise at all. afterall an eye witness who was interviwed on ait and channels claimed he saw the police with two vehicles close to the river that night. if the allegation is false the the police should please produce the guys massob claimed were murdered.

Well Massob is popular in Nigeria and there activities have started undermining the sovereignity of Nigeria.

Scotland has a flag, and recently negotiated for a parliament too. Lol if you really think any Ibo man will take payment for his goods in 'Biafran currency'. You are missing the point. The point is that the state does not have to panic about secession if they are doing the right things for the citizens. That said, even with the horror Nigerians are going through due to the mismanagement of the country, the majority of Nigerians would rather stay together. We are too interconnected at the moment. Nigerian government knows that they have failed the people, hence the fear of secession. That fear is not out of any great love of the country, but to protect their share of the oil money that unites us (sadly).
