Beauty, yes.
Brains, not so certain.

This is because a 3rd class degree holder will effortlessly make a First class in a UK university.
Such a baseless comment. Just because lecturers in Nigerian Universities make you go through hell before they teach you outdated stuff and still try to sleep with the ladies for grades doesn't mean every educational system in the world is like that. First class is usually like the top 1-5 percent of the graduating class. That means that in her graduating class she was one of the top students. From my masters in the U.S I have 3 publications in international journals. And just from 2 years masters because I have access to everything I need. Go and ask your friends masters and PhD friends in Nigeria that graduated with first class and 2.1 if there is not a steep learning curve coming from Nigeria to study science based research oriented courses in the west. Our curriculum in Nigerian universities simply doesn't prepare us well enough for the 21st century. Many PhD students in Nigeria are still struggling to have one relevant publication because when they are doing their research NEPA will take light. That is a fault of your leaders and not the UK govt.

They probably want to go into the US to work and would have likely landed in California. They pulled the "we are british" after being caught to draw sympathy.
Travelling legally ain't a crime. And even until not long ago the Irish where coming to the U. S without Visa on overpacked ships to look for work because their country was suffering from a poor economy. Africans were brought to the U. S and Europe forcefully as slaves without visa to work for free. Tell me another story about illegal migration.

I live in a border town in U. S and my work is so close to Canada that sometimes I have to shine my eyes that I don't take the wrong exit and end up in Canada. Someone who is not familiar with the roads can easily make a mistake. The U. S and Canada are pretty hostile to one another at their ports of entry. This is nothing more than a war of supremacy between ICE and CBP (Canadian Border Patrol). They beef each other.

We should be taking advice with people with successful marriages and not those with broken down ones. Let someone with 20 years of marriage experience give us advice then we may listen. Experience is the best teacher

It is hypocritical to think that buhari is the ONLY cause of the woes in this country while you overlook the cluelessness of the state Governors and other political leaders.

Buhari is just one man jare.
Buhari is not the cause of our woes though one of the causes because he ruled in the past. But it is buhari that sealed the deal. Buhari is like substituting Kanu Nwankwo from bench into the match while being two goals down only for them to score u another two goals in 5 mins. The best thing is just to off tv.

Hahahaha. Upon all the pilgrimage Nigeria has done there. Spending huge amounts of govt money that can be used some place else. Yet Saudi no even send Nigeria. They'd rather give free visa to UK, U. S, Germany etc. The Nigerian govt has been very dumb but historically and moreso now especially with Buhari. I will still maintained that pilgrimage should be a personal issue and the govt has no justifiable reason to be sponsoring it particularly in Nigeria where we have so much developmental needs.

While I understand people's annoyance that this wasn't built in Africa, the reality remains that America is the center stage on the world and if you want to promote Africa it makes a lot of sense to do it there. If you want your product to reach a world audience wouldn't you advertise on CNN rather than NTA?

Dumbass. The reason why she could do that is because Americans have more sense than you Nigerians and don't have a culture of shaming or protecting sexual assault and rape perpetrators. A crime is a crime whether it was committed one week ago or 25 years ago. If it can be proven in court is another matter entirely.

Youths in developed countries are developing robots, AI (artificial intelligence), self driving cars, advanced algorithms and automation and other crazy IT stuff, and this our "non-president" wants Nigerian youths to be planting trees. Yusuf his first son should spearhead the tree planting. By the way aren't Nigerian youths to lazy tool plant trees? Hopefully in a couple of years time we will actually have a president.

There is a lot of stupidity here on nairaland and by Nigerians. Immigrating is not a crime. The SA people are very useless. It's good that the govt can evacuate the people willing to return. It's better to be alive in Nigeria than be dead in South Africa. There are so many countries in the world to stay put and be maimed in a country that is not even all that great.

So if someone should rape your daughter 19 years ago, you won’t seek for justice.
You are one of the problems of Nigeria
if someone commits a crime years ago, he/she should be free!
The major problem of Nigeria is no accountability, no one is held accountable for anything, that’s why people think they can do anything and go scout free
And people are queueing to go to Canada and U. S where things work. The Ganduje that was videod on camera stuffing dollars into his babaringa. He is a governor today. And his daughter has been rewarded with appointment. Nigeria, lawlessness upon lawlessness. Country of certificateless president that lied under oath.

It is common practice in the court system that an accused if found guilty can be made to pay litigation fees the accuser spent to execute the case in court. Nawa to you oo
Don't mind all these Nigerians. They have not left Nigeria to see how real court systems in the west work. In the west if you owe a creditor money, or you're involved in a civil suit, the prosecutor will sue you to court and if you're found guilty you'd be charged the court costs and lawyer fees by the prosecutor. But Nigerians are used to their rights been trampled upon by their elites and that is why the country remains lawless.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Trump Stops Automatic Citizenship For People Born Abroad by 12inchess: 2:07pm On Sep 02, 2019
Hahahaha. That is what the Indians and Chinese do. They give birth to their kids here and some of the kids may not even live in America. The kids come back around high school then apply for scholarships and govt funding. When the parents get older, the kids file for the parents that have worked all their product years away and the parents come to the US and enjoy free medicaid and govt subsidies. Your celebs in Naija are still learning work from the Indians. In fact there was one of the US territories outside the US that was 5 hrs from China that Chinese had for many years been going to give birth in because you don't need a visa to fly into that US territory. And for years they had been going there to give birth to American babies. It's like investing into your future. When your kids reach college age kids can apply for scholarships and FAFSA grants for College and when you retire and you may need Healthcare the most you get free medicaid for seniors. Talk about gaming the system. Hahaha. If Trump tells Americans about all this trust me the Americans will vex esp the younger generation because they will feel like why am I working to support Healthcare of a 65 year old Chinese man that has never been to the U. S and his only U. S connection is a child born in U. S 18 years ago.

Which value does Nigeria have right now? Mschewww. It's a case of police acting as thugs. If they feel he has committed a crime, they had a long time to arrest him and charge him to court already rather than acting like hooligans and waiting till his bday to disrupt the event. Isnt it right that Nigeria is a lawless shit hole?

You don’t know this man... he is coming after birth tourism, but he wants to first attack automatic citizenship for US born citizens outside the USA. IF those whose parents are US citizens can be made to apply for citizenship THEN who is that fvcking Nigerian celeb who will claim citizenship for their kids because they popped out a child here in the USA while pretending to come for holidays..huhhuh. guys, think.. if you ever played chess, you know what this guy is coming for.... BIRTH TOURISM and ANCHOR BABIES!!!!!

The next thing he will do now is, YOUR CHILD CANNOT BE A US CITIZEN EVEN IF THEY ARE BORN HERE EXCEPT You are A US CITIZEN OR LEGAL RESIDENT..... that’s what’s he will do 3 months to election and he will WIN in a landslide!!!!!! Americans are tired of anchor babies
I live in the U. S and I believe you're right on this. That is the eventual goal and it sure would happen before the election. And of course white america would support this forgetting that they are taking away what they have benefitted for years away from other immigrants. At the end of the day irrespective of religion, race etc most humans are selfish and self seeking. To be honest, I feel that the minimum requirement for citizenship for kids should be permanent residency for parents even though I'm not one. But again when the white man came to steal from Africa they didn't come with visas and they sure didn't ask the slaves they took to apply for h1b before shipping them off. White America wants the benefits of diversity but not the reality of a diverse society. You can't have the good without the bad. Yingyang.

Approximately, 2.8million Canadians live and work abroad.

It's wrong to get pregnant out of wedlock, no matter how much we try to glamorize it.
Says who? Says the white man. Yoruba people have been doing this since time immemorial. Infact some. tribes in Nigeria will insist the wife gets pregnant before accepting her. As long as the husband ACCEPTS the PREGNANCY everything would be fine. Besides she has done engagement which is the "real traditional marriage" What do you guys want again? You want her to wear white wedding gown abi? who thot you guys to wear white wedding gown? Is it not the colonial catholic priests? Even the white man that brought the abrahamic religions to Nigeria, you see them leaving together as just boyfriend and girlfriend which is almost like a taboo among Yorubas.

Anyways congrats to her the preg really fits her. She is the hottest preg celeb right now.

You will never hear something like this from American even though they have their own problems too e. g shootings, racism etc. She is just painting her origin bad so as to appear in the good books of those whites in the parliament who are being whined on how good they have it. You know all those people that will make you look bad at work just so they can look good to the boss.? That is Kemi. Self hating human.
