a father has to right to see his child until the child becomes an adult.  everyman should have visitation rights or partial custody as long as he doesn't harm the kids.

Just so you know, just because you helped create the baby by giving sperm, does not automatically make you a father (mentally). If you're willing to abort aka kill your baby, then what right have you got to see that child?

oh come on, so he is the biological father when it is time to pay for childsupport and pay for abortion but not the father when it's time to raise his kid. that doens't make sense. biological fathers have rights until they sign them or are legally stripped of it(pending DNA test of course)

she didn't abort the baby because she stalled on it and got caught by her mum. again, it's suspicious she accepted the abortion money. now i don't agree chief wannabe should get custody but he has the right to be in his child's life
