I dont think that it is compulsary that he should speak English. He can as well speak his language and for somebody to interpret to the audience. Nigerian government should allow Biafra to go because we had enough of them. They are the one spoiling the name of our country everywhere in the world. I weep daily for Nigeria. Out of 40 slots meant for the senate , the president of the senate got 23, this is ridiculous. Falana will not see this corrupt practices to take action against.
