emmanuelewumi: A lot has changed, based on the greed on the current management. Don't do business with greedy management, Oando, First Bank are few examples.
The core Investors might have taken a leveraged position, everything is to sell assets of the company and book profit. You remember how Oando sold there Property, booked profit and became a tenant in the same property.
GSK sold Ribena and shared the proceeds of N7.00 per shares to shareholders, I am yet to see a Nigerian managed business that will do this.
Mind you I am diversified, UACN is one of the 60 stocks I have in my portfolio I have sold down and reinvested into other asset even thoughI still have about 30,000 units left. 60 stocks? All Nigerian or Foreign included? |

Exmilitant: I went to NECO Office at creek town to get my result, while waiting, i decided to chat with a very pretty girl who was equally waiting. Found out she was dumb and deaf. i quickly produce a pen and book so as not to miss opportunity. After enough promise and much persuasion through writing though, the girl agreed to follow me home.. On the road to my house She warned me not to touch her as it is her first visit to my house. No problem, i wrote back. when we got home, i took her to my room and wanted to go get her some snacks and chilled malt when this suppose girl grabbed my cock and started struggling with the zipper of my trouser.... When i finally slide into her, this girl began bleating like a goat i don't know how long and loud she bleated but when i looked up, my mother, aunty, sister, and two neighbours where standing right by the bed and staring.... I shall never forget that day 8th january 2003... Crazy! |

Ikjosh04: It's quite risky and whatever you do, safety first before profit. @Ahiboilandgas I'm also looking to start up the LPG gas business. I want to set it up in a mobile way(home delivery) in Abuja using the required storage moving tank but I've little idea in the biz so i need mentors(people already in the line of business). I studied chemical engineering so I've the knowledge and i can easily read to acquire more knowledge. Fund's is not a problem and I'm also open to partnership cause 1)I stay in lag and I've not been to Abuja before but as soon as the pandemic is over that's where I'm going to base. 2)I'm still in active pursuit of my career so I'm not sure i can give my full attention to the biz so it will be nice if a partner is involved. Mobile peddling of LPG is illegal in Nigeria. However, you can do pick up and delivery for your customers or even give them incentives for using your cylinders, that allows you to just swap anytime they call for gas. |
Health › Re: After Child Birth, How Long Should A Woman Stay Before Having Sex? by 1kinggy(m): 9:03am On May 01, 2020 |
Eulalia: At least, six months. So that the vaginal walls that expanded during delivery can can contract back to normal. My mum taught me this and during their time, it was 1 year before they resume. Resuming almost immediately weakens the walls and getting them back together is usually difficult cos it was not given enough time to heal. And that is why mother's of today after one or two children have slack VJ and Begin to run to us for vagina tightening. That was why during our mothers time you hardly find women looking for vagina tightening remedy.
So 6 months to 1 year is fine. It will also help mother and child to stay healthy. I think 2-5 years will be fine. So that she can renovate her Great wall of China or is it wall of Jericho? |

Focusingmore: Newbie question, what do you guys do when you're stock price falls dramatically?
Do you sell, buy more or simply wait. You have highlighted the 3 possible options. The state of the company or share price is my guide. If I'm at a good profit, I sell. If the stocks have good fundamentals, I wait for a fair bottom to re-enter and increase my holdings. And if I'm late to the party, cash strapped and believe it going to rebound, i wait. P.S: this is not cast in stone. |

mission08: Hi guys! I have been a silent follower of this thread and I want to say kudos to you all for the good work you are doing.
I started investing earlier this month using the Chaka app. I have some fund again that I’m willing to invest but my concern now is the exchange rate. The last time I checked on chaka earlier today was #450 to $1 and generally the black market rate goes for same range. The question now is should one wait this out and invest later when the naira regains higher value?
Remember dollar once exchanged for 500 in 2016/2017 before it eventually settled at #360. Is it advisable to convert to dollar now? What is your projection based on the current economic situations both in Nigeria and US? I can't afford to buy now for the value to be better tomorrow? Another school of thought believes the devaluation will continue until the oil crises is over.
Your thoughts on this would be highly appreciated I am in your shoes and I have decided to wait it out. However, if you a sure stocks that is likely going to rally and give you a good returns you can date it. For now, I'm not putting any fresh Naira into those apps. |
