The last i can recall, BH has no issues wt churhes. Their grouse is clear, they are after d police for killing dr adherents and dr spiritual master; MYusuf. They extended ds again to soldiers whenn fg replaced policemen wt soldiers in MDGRI.
Beware of those who now hide under d name of bh to commit crimes. They dont target places of religious worship

D common denominator is SEX. In the case of a marriage, sweet, enjoyable love making dt last forever if dr is anything like dt. Problem is how do u identify he dt will whack u, u both enjoy it, sticks to u, marries u and kps to his promises.
My advise, mingle, liven up(when u ar happy, u ar beautiful) &date. Guys will surely come around & seek sex. Dnt giv us sex, nt for anything, if its ur man, i tell u he will endure & abide by ur instructns. Funny thin is dt he may seek& get sex elsewhere bt will remain wt u. When u find such a man, waste no more time after fine tunning every other thing.
Once u are in, no more pranks. Give him in whichever way he wants it, afterall its now legal and right. Enjoy!

PoliticsRe: Will U Vote For Buhari? by 1stestees(m): 6:55pm On Mar 15, 2011
1. Why did he truncate Nigeria's first real democracy (even if the government had issues). In a more civilized world, he wont even get a chance?
2. Why did he never have a plan back to democracy 2 years after he truncated democracy?
3. Why did he support the annulment of june 12?
4. Why has he never mentored leaders since I have known him? (he has no real political base except the almajiris) I would have had more respect for him if he put some young men whom he has mentored forward.
5. Why did be try to Islamise Nigeria when he was president?

Let me attempt your questions
1. Plotting a coup to oust a sitting government is a "for us or against us" thing in the Army worldwide. You can never be on the bench. If you are for, you become a part of the success or failure of the copu, if you are against, you are dead.
In planning a copu, there may be a arrowhead but being the arrowhead or mastermind does not mean you will be d head of state.
(i) Have you heard abt the role of Yar adua, a junior officer in the coup that ousted Gowon.
(ii) Are you aware that Agunyi Ironsi never planned a copu but was beneficiary
(iii) Have you been told that Gowon was not the arrow head of the coup that removed Ironsi, it was a collective thing amongst the plotters but "an acceptable" and oftentimes senoir officer must be entrusted with the responsibility. That is what happened in the case of Buhari, the responsibility was thrusted upon him after the success of the coup (porbably they saw him as one they could trust).

2. I may not be able to give a good answer to this. However, I know its useless rushing to conduct another elections if the same set of people with their attitude (that prompted the take over in the 1st palce ) would still b the players. He is in the best position to answer that.

3. I have never heard anything like this all of my life. I give you the benefit of doubt only if you can provide the source of this allegation.

4. We have different callings. Why do some great soccer players never try their hand in coaching, at least thats a simple enough example. We are all wired diffrently. Some will never mentor, some like to but are not endowed with the associated patience while other are just too good at that. Have you ever thought about the effect of his anti corruption stand on many youths, notable examples (Ribadu, during his NYSC days, ElRufai & co) even without taking any of the multitude one on one. Think, my brother think.

5. Thats the most stupid allegation I have ever heard anybdy level against this man. It becomes worrisome when people who are supposed to be learned like you repeat it. Show me one country i the world that has a monoploy of religion. Even Rome or Saudi Arabia dont have that monopoly.
If Revrd King were presedient of Nigeria would he Christanise the nation? Its absurd. will he kill all the xtains in the country? this falsehood is fed to you by those who are afriad of his presidency cos of the skeletons in their cupboard.
This is the man that stop by fiat the use of govt fund to sponsor people on pilgrimage to mecca while in power, your elders should have told you things like this.

My brother my adviseis that you canvass for this duo, cast your vote for them, protect it, ensure they are declared winners and watch out for those people who will want to leave this country before BB is sworn in, dont try to stop them o, cos they will never listen. They are the problems of this country. they know what they av done and dare not wait until the duo is sworn in.

I used to be a very strong critic of the JONAN Sambo ticket on FB before until I started I received a few anonymous calls and other calls from Family & Friend warning me to mind d way I pass comments. They warned that this guys would nt mind "dealing" with me as this would not cost them anything. I hav since stopped using that medium, thinking of signing up with an annonymous name and continue my education on FB.
aT WORK, I HAVE "MARKETED" A LOT OF FOLKS and have d priviledge of getting materials abt d BB presidency from someone who shares the philosophy.
Last week, based on the list of registered voter by INEC, i came up with a vague figure of expected votes from the states and I am impressed, we still have work to do in some states too sha, however more importantly is the work we have to do on
1. my brainwashed brothers (I am a southerener) who have been brainwashed by d politicians to (i) believe that d north should not get there again
(ii) believe that this is a good opportunity for a christain presidency (as if OBJ wasnt one)
(iii) believe that this God's project (as if we hav nt heard enough of pple lying in God's name), God is not associated with failure, looting and d -ve tendencies dt pdp is known for,
12 yrs of d same pattern: Come for the votes by dividing us along ethnic/ religious line, win (rigg) the elections, continue the party amongst themselves, throw d crumbs at us and make us kill ourselves for what is plentiful enough to take care of our needs (not our greed), if they find any dissenting voice, silence it or negotiate (as in the case of the NDeltan militants that are earning 360% of the mininum wage of civil servants) etc.
graduates now earn as little as 10k or less after years of dedication to studies, ,
Its a pitiable situation that we cannot continue to enumerate.

Lets all be politicians for the next 29 days and elect leaders that will give us rest of mind so that we will not have to be politicians again for the next 4 years.
Me think it is better to have a system where we are less concerned about where the president/ vice is coming from or their religion so long as they guarantee the basic standard of living for all irrespective of tribe or religion. otherwise, we will discuss this tribe/ religion thing every 4 years.

Dont blame us for knowing his lyrics so well.
Any Yoruba guy/lady 25 years and above would have grown up listening to his music, no thanks to our parents. He was simply the best choice for most of them.
This is apart from the fact that his songs made sense, had depth and were innteresting to listen to.
His songs are simply in my ROM, cant do anythin abt them.

Apart from the fact that they were indepth.

Nairaland GeneralAirtel Slashes Call Rates; Mtn "secretly" Follows Suit by 1stestees(op): 12:49pm On Dec 06, 2010
AIRTEL; the new owners of ZAIN sometimes late last week slashed its call rates to 20kobo per seconds to all networks within Naija and the US.
Their is however the semblance of a daily rental attached to this; users will be billed 60kobo per seconds for the first 60 seconds, effectively, this means a daily fee of N24.

MTN silently followed suit sometimes around midnight or early Saturday morning. Its new rates is now 25kobo per seconds to all networks without any daily fee.

We await the reaction of Glo and especially Etisalat that started it all.

whatever happens, Naija, , we are now talking.

As supposedly insignificant as the 5% is supposed to be, I dread to see that part of her.

Caring, loving, beautiful, co operative, like minded, sweet, so sweet I cant help but hope that we remain this way forever . . . all a man can need from a woman. Though, she's got her weak points too.

Overall, a wonderfull lady!

This is gradually being given an ethnic colouration. The interesting part of this is that we are identifying the niger deltans in the house.
Now, frankly speaking, somone need tell these boys to put an end to this criminality, the earlier they do that the better for them and more importantly the "innocent" women & children whose origin is the niger delta and are scattered all over.

Directing them to Kaduna, Kano, Abuja or other parts of the west as some have suggested is not only infantile but misguided. Did anyone remember what led to the sprouting of such regional armed groups such as OPC, APC, MASSOB etc in the earlier part of OBJ's 1st term? regional & ethnic interest.
Me think these boys have allowed selfish interest of some to take over a war they would hve won by non violet perseverance.

There is also the need to know that there are some shallow minded individual on the forum (by their post you shall know them), we need not take them too seriously.
BusinessRe: What Sells In Nigeria These Days? by 1stestees(m): 6:12pm On Jun 29, 2009
Making money through trade basically has to do with the volume of the transactions you are able to carry out.
Because of the fact that there is now less money for people to play with, a lot of people have reduced their spending to the basics; Food, Communication & Transportation.

All of us can simply NOT do without ALL of these EVERYDAY of our lives.
Imagine a business that must be patronised by EVERYBODY EVERYDAY.

My dear, if you are serious about this, do some feasibility study on any of these 3 and invest.
The size of your investment will be determined by what amount of cash you have to do business with. You may get in touch for more assistance if you desire it.

Success is not the key to happiness.
Happiness is the key to success.
If you are happy in what you are doing, you will be successful.

This quote encapsulates my advise to you and everyone else on nairaland.
First and foremost, try and know who you are, what you wish or want to be and work towards it.
You will then be happy.
Chances are that you are not even meant to succeed be in any of the two industries; engineering and banking.
If you really want to make it, if you want the world to celebrate you, then you need to be in your God ordained field, there, 1st you will be happy even when you are not been paid. then, you will become successful and thereafter the world will celebrate you.

All the best. kiss
CrimeRe: Marital Rape by 1stestees(m): 12:35pm On Feb 12, 2008
me think the most qualified set of people to talk about this are the married ones.
I guess we have emphasised more on the wrong word here; rape!
In marriage, i find it difficult to believe that a man will RAPE his wife. someone with whom he will spend the rest of his night nd even his life,
I may agree with you if you say the man gets his way by "toasting" his wiffy even when she is not in the mood.
However, it is equally a crime, a marital criminal crime for a woman to deny her husband of his right when he demands for it.
women know how they do this.  grin
You ddon'thave to scare the single ladies in the house.
Men are not that horrible especially when you are legitimately married.

Starcomms is begining to become an issue. however, i think you have a good case. they have no right to deprive you the ability to use your phone. you need to report the company to the regulatory authorities especially if you have incurred losses as a result of this denial.
there is this "consumer protection council" or something like that. i dont know much about it. seek people's advice and you may just be on your way to getting monetary compensation.
all the best.
