So oil Prices are unstable and yet you brag that you are the largest producer of Crude oil. You couldn't have bragged if you considered it less relevant.

The answer is simple, Akwa Ibom can't give what it doesn't have.

Delta has Oil refinery, Rivers has Oil refinery, Rivers also has a 6,000BPD modular refinery. Has NLNG plant and a Greenfield LNG plant. Has petrochemicals company. This shows we are serious about oil and gas. What does Akwa Ibom have except stealing oil Wells from Cross River. Rivers and Abia states.

Akwa Ibom State contributes 500,000 barrels of crude oil per day compared to only 300,000 from Rivers State.
In terms of infrastructure, if not for those ports in Port Harcourt, it would have been worse than Aba and pls don't ever compare those old flyovers and worn out roads in P.H built since 1970 to what is obtainable in Uyo where every flyover and road is 'brand' new and of world class standard.

Just heard on this morning on comfort 95.1 fm that each state of the federation is to receive about 1.5bn dollars each from the world bank as measures to cushion the effect of covid-19 on the economy. By my calculation this money is almost 500bn in naira equivalence for each state. This is aside from the normal statutory allocations from the FG.
