clearly you weren't watching on Sunday, the contestants, bar Jennifer, have in previous seasons shown lack of restraint, in all respects, ergo they make for good public enticement and viewing, they drink a lot, talk a lot, have no inhibitions, some have explosive personalities, and well some are just there to fill the numbers because they weren't doing much with the fame they'd garnered the first time around :-)

firstly you're not going to lose weight like 50 did cause you don't have the same kind of motivation and losing weight isn't the sole purpose of your day.

If you are mobidly obese, i suggest you confer with a dietician or doctor to determine why you arent' losing weight. Your problem could be hormonal or any of the IFS; if you've had kids, going through a stressful time, if you starve yourself, if you eat big meals, if you eat before a gym session etc.

the best way to drop kilos, is to eat healthy, eat raw fruit and veg as much as possible, limit carbs and increase your metabolism rate,
