Wizdray: Colour: yellow with very bad odour oozing from right nostril. I only have experienced that for like three times and I was treated for it each time. And its been awhile since those occurred, infact its been months I've had those discharge
Congestion? The Nasal passage have been swollen for a year now and its visible. Whenever I slept and woke, always noticed it looked bigger but reduced as times goes on during the day
No, no difficulty in moving food
Right now, always feels pain/headache in my head, pain both outside and inside my nose, tiredness, I've fell like couple of times without being pushed, weak body parts. My main concern now is the brain and headaches Have you being using antibiotics and pain relievers as part of management? If yes, did you experience relief on using the antibiotics? |

Flamezzz: I will do as you suggested but will this ever get better? I'm tires of taking antibiotics. Which do you prefer: That you treat very well and improve prognosis or get tired and allow it predisposed you to gastric carcinoma or even lymphomas? |

Flamezzz: Honestly doc, I've forgotten. My suggestion: 1) meet again the doctor that gave you those first medications, he should provide same drugs for you. However, this time around you will need to take those drugs for a period longer than the first. 2) Carefully avoid predisposing factors that you could have associated yourself after taking treatment. You may need to keep yourself off: -smoking -alcohol use -eating beans -NSAIDs -antacids -starvation (the i-must-hungry-first-before-i-eat habit) -dehydration (stay hydrated much as you can) -night meals -others |

Wizdray: Could untreated sinus infection actually affects one's brain? I've been feeling one kind in my body system and 24/7 headache. Would have gone for proper medical treatment at teaching hospital but financially down and I've been battling with cold and catarrh for many years and a small region on my face have been swollen for a year now which I believe my sinus now filled up with air or liquid. Last time I went to see a specialist, he said he couldn't see the normal scan clearly (face scan) , that I should go for CT scan which gonna cost like 40k which I don't have and that was in April this year. What can I really do on my own till I get money for proper treatment at UCH Ibadan. Am not feeling normal anymore. Pain on my face and inside my head is killing me gradually. What can I do? Yes! Some sinus infection self limit but a long stayed sinus infection can cause irritation to the functional tissues of the brain, or even its meninges. Color of nasal discharge? Does it this discharge smell awful? Though with a running rose, you still suffer congestion sometimes or most times? But you don't have problem moving the muscles of the face neither do you find it a problem moving masticated food from the corner aspect of the mouth to its central, do you? |

Flamezzz: Good morning doctor.
I had an ulcer issue three months ago which I took the medications for almost a month. I felt lot better than before. I went to General Hospital for treatment.
But recently I'm still having same symptoms and signs though this time I got to sleep well but that tickle sharp that comes up to the chest is still there. Sometimes I feel like my stomach is falling inside from the right side of my belly.
Is there a good lasting solution to this or something I could do to get rid of it? What medications were you given? |

Nothing perhaps, those corners having seminal fluid before your last throw could just be fast sometimes to offload their remains before wee falls. This is normal. Should you are worried about this, kindly meet up with a Medical laboratory scientist to have your urine examine for asymptomatic cases of UTI. |

Is there any way one can stay @ hospital, on drip to clear the parasite out of my system?
Somebody recently said malarial can lodge in the liver Pls i need your expert advice, im in my late twenties & male Apart from the MP test done, have you done a Full blood count joint with Hemoglobin concentration and PCV? Apart from the pale tongue and palpitation, what other signs and symptoms have you to tell that proves an anaemia? Westmorland: Effective treatment of the bedsore for fast healing and natural remedies to dissolve the bladder stone Straight management of bed sore especially if the ulceration is getting too long to heal, is given to the doctor in the clinic. For remedies to your bladder stones, I would advise you also to seek help from your doctor rather than the "bread-to-butter" treatment you want from me. |

jidamsel43: Hello Doc. I've message u through e- mail and attached photo Stop all form of medication especially if the present medication you are in is being up to 2 weeks and no improvement. Go and get a simple home remedy combination of antifungal, antibiotics and corticosteroid- Visitaplus. Apply this cream morning and in the evening. Take warm always. Except a change within 2 weeks, write me back if no improvement. During the afternoon period to the evening time when you shall have to administer the Visitaplus, apply on your skin Benzoyl peroxide to dry and peel off the rashes skin. This will expose the rash properly to the Visitaplus topical action. Do this for two weeks and watch out for improvement. Kindly, report back to me for any discomfort and improvement after or before the two weeks. Buy original products of Both Visitaplus and Benzoyl peroxide from the pharmaceutical drugstore. |

That is the prettiest but pettiest journey to gaining weight. This is more like a compensation to the condition you have that is in fraction responsible for the loss in weight. If you can play up to the task of preventing various crises and infection, keep up with normal clinic check up and exercise good degree of self management to triggers then you will certainly improve. Monmarri: So what is your suggestions. Should my wife go for the surgery to open her cervical? See message below
Hello house please I need advice, my wife did HSG and some findings on the report was that the cervical caliber of the canal is small and it has a wavy outline. Please what does this mean? She went to her gynecologist and he did examination lithotomy by hanging her legs up and pictures were taken to check the hole of the womb. he then explained to my wife that it is small and need a Mimi surgery to open it for free flow of sperm. Please have any body experience this before. If yes kindly share and advice. Many thanks Surgery may not be necessary if conclusion were based on those implications ( - ve) except for the narrowing of the cervical canal. How narrowed is the cervical canal? Does it lead to complete or partial closure of her endocervix? What could be responsible for the narrowing? Does she have retention of Menstrual fluid most of the time? Does she treat vaginal infection often? Has she given birth to a baby before? Was any form of surgery done on her lower reproductive organ before? It is only when these questions are answered I can give suggestion for a surgery or not but in the absence of any suitable answers, I would prefer you rely on the suggestion given by your physical doctor. Good morning. |

Thus, the spill may hardly drive up posteriorly if it is brought by foreign tissue mass or merely by narrowing of its inflow. The nearest and most common object of suspicion could like be uterocervical fibroid or polyps. If this is not, it would be necessary (for me) to know her signs and symptoms before embarking on this investigation. |

I see it everyday A fishy odour vaginal exudate is likely a vaginal or uterine cervix inflammation with Gardnerella vaginalis. Get to have High Vaginal Swab done in any good medical laboratory centre, and follow sensitivity as written after culturing. I will go through our numerous chats again during the day to get myself fully nursed with all we have discussed so far after which I will put in my advice where it should be. Good morning. |
