It simply means, a typhoid infection and an anaemia You may do a parasite test for the malaria parasite (common things occur commonly).

Please I need advise, I lost a pregnancy June 2019 due to Cervical insufficiency at 23-24 weeks.Conceieved through IUI due to PCOS Jan 2019. My husband and I are mentally ready to try again.The issue now is I have two fibroids but both outside my womb and my former OB/GYN believes it has nothing to do with the fibroid and advised a cerclage once we get pregnant again.

Oga nawa o, ECG showed cardiomegaly and you didn't shake body to ask doctor what a swollen heart means and detrimental it is to be living this life with a heart getting hypertrophied. Have you been managing your blood pressure? How is it? Do you drink alcohol or use hard drugs?
Go and do that ECG again and this time confirm the dimension. A swelling heart is a compensating heart. The heart is trying to keep you alive and so by time gets bigger until it can't do any more work. You just be appearing fine, no more symptoms than just the pain but this is one reason people just slump and die even without a warning.
Do not allow the heart to compensate any further. Your symptoms may just be slight claudication and this warning shouldn't be overlooked on your side. Please seek a doctor's help quickly as soon as you read this.
Let me know when you have done the ECG, I will send you for further diagnosis depending on the result confirmation.

The number of days as from 22nd Dec, 2019 to 15th Jan, 2020 makes your menstrual cycle. From the total number of days, remove 14days. The days covering what is left from the subtraction makes when your follicle develop an ovum for fertilisation. The very last day and days in between ranges as your fertile period.
You can always use paracetamol during this period.

I got married in December 2018 and i Joined my husband officially in May 2019 and since then we have been having unprotected sex but no signs of pregnancy, I went to a hospital for evaluation and the Dr said there nothing wrong with me, he even advised me to have sex with my husband every week that I shouldn't miss two days at once so there can always be sperm inside of me.
I did a pelvic scan and he said im ok, that just little fibroids outside the womb that its not an issue.

Some infertility are unexplained and it will only require patient on your side to overcome it provided all things done are alright. If everything is right with you, is everything right with your husband? Your husband still need to be examined and cleared of anything responsible for your not having pregnancy. What was the result of the tracking done on folliculometry? How many times did you do tracking of your ovulation? Did you do a full assaying of your reproductive hormone and the thyroid hormone before the tracking or along with the tracking?
I disagree on ovulation happening at anytime. If your MC is 32 days, you should expect your ovulation around the 17th-18th day of your cycle. Tracking should be able to confirm that except you have changes due to irregularity. So, ovulation will have no special timing in cases of irregularity just as your doctor may be trying to tell you. Indulging in sexual exercise in the weeks out may be the only end to getting you pregnant.

Av forgotten d name of d antibiotics and i used it for only 4 days.. I consume alcohol almost everyday sir not antibiotics..

My own conclusion is its d mucus dt comes out wt my faeces is d one making me losing my body.. Like immune system is affected..

Alright. First, you immunity is not affected in anyway. Mucus coming with your faeces may also be the reason you are loosing weight too. You need to understand it is high time you stopped drinking alcohol. It is either affecting the walls of your digestive tract or the enzymes helping in the digestion of your food. Alcohol with fatty foods does not go well in this kind condition, and you may likely stool when you drink after a fatty diet.
It is also not a bad thing to poop early in the morning. However, kind of stool(ing) matters. You may go to the lab to have your faeces analyse for cyst, larvae, mature worms or even bacterial load just to be assured of what the cause may be. Write me back when you do. But for the now, stop drinking alcohol and your faecal concentration will improve.

Go and buy any of the Miconazole or Terbinafine cream. Applied on the lesion for both morning and night. An off prescription use of Benzoyl benzoate( mainly for scabies) can be helpful to quickly dry off the surface of the lesion and allow infiltration of the mycotic creams- Miconazole or Terbinafine.
Prevention:
1) Change your stockings.
2) Avoid walking barefooted on wet floors.
3) Maintain a dry foot habit as much as you can.
4) kindly attend to your blood glucose if you diabetic
5) see that a doctor review any medication you are in for cases of immune suppression.
