You can go there for studies,get work after schooling and wait till you get your PR.

You can meet the love of you life who is a PR holder or citizen and marry her.

You might have a member of your nuclear family who is a PR holder or citizen to file for you.

You might be a medical practitioner or have an in-demand skill and go there to work.

If your life is in danger,you can go there to seek asylum(genuinely oh ).
