RomanceRe: Is Love Possible Within 4 Days? by 2dye4(m): 8:12pm On Jun 27, 2007
@poster:Usually there's a spark b4 the big blaze! atimes pple feel/fall in love sub-consciously from day one (spark stage), at this point u av questions, but i dont think that such love should be professed until there's a strong conviction that its for real (blaze stage) at this piont u av answers. the difference between this 2 stages is all a matter of "TIME"

i dont think i wrong to feel what he feels in such a short time, but acting on it at once is rather too fast and i guess that why u freaked out.

u also should giv him time, u mite find out that there's more to the things u like about him apart from his gifts. wink
RomanceRe: Can Someone Be In Love With Two People At The Same Time? by 2dye4(m): 7:26pm On Jun 27, 2007
this is can quite confusing atimes!

i hav a friend (a lady) who was @ this crossroad somtime back. she got so confused and she couldn't make up her mind until she decided to come down from her emotional uphill & the truth was ;

-she loved one because of the things he did only (conditional)
-she loved the other no matter what he did (unconditional)

I guess it is possible to love 2 pple, but love them equally, NO! wink
RomanceRe: I Have Religious Differences With My Boyfriend by 2dye4(m): 2:29pm On Jun 26, 2007
Hopeozah:
Was in this situation some months back, but mine was with a Witness, I am a christian. But we had to call up the relationship, thought it was hard but the glaring truth was that, there was no future for us.

It truly wont be easy for you, but if u are a practicing christain and you know what u want from this race, u have to make sacrifices, and this could be one.
word! wink

@topic
if you both cannot compromise because of certain differences then you both go your separate ways and stop wasting your time.

Either you convert to my religion (Christianity), or no marriage!

RomanceRe: He Does Not Not Say He Loves Me! by 2dye4(m): 7:55pm On Jun 25, 2007
hmmmmmmmmmm, Lookin into my crystal ball, i can see depreciation setting in on your emotional investments. ur man ain't feeling u no more and thats usually the down & dark part of the love cycle before it finally crashes. u gotta do something fast before he becomes so cold and he turns to ice block!

seriously, maybe he's got alot on his mind, jst talk to him (real talk & not sexy vibes),he mite jst warm up and let u know why u guys aint on the same frequency. wink

RomanceRe: I Have Religious Differences With My Boyfriend by 2dye4(m): 5:35pm On Jun 25, 2007
religion is not a thing of the mind, its a way of life.

@poster:

pple will tell u it don't matter but i will tell u "things will eventually & definitely fall apart if you fail to be objective"

our religious inclinations form a gr8 part of our person and existence & people are very dogmatic about this. there are things i would do, accept & believe jst becos of my religion and i carry that consciousness other than that it's no biggie to me.

it's great to be in love bt its even greater when u guys on the same page . doing it over a large and obvious divide makes it "not all that" in the end.

am not saying pple should deny what they feel, but should not deny the truth they already know. wink

PS: if this love as strong as you say, then a compromise should be reached and someone should make a switch. i guess thats d ultimate test

@dis guy:

not doing it on purpose? angry tellin u today, tomorrow then the day after? Haba, it's not fair @ all! let's not 4get that remuneration remains the highest motivational factor for taking up any job in this side of the world. why deny pple their pay after they've earned it?

CareerHow To Handle A Non-Paying Employer? by 2dye4(op): 8:35am On Jun 25, 2007
How do you deal with/ditch a non-paying employer?

I got a friend who works in a private consulting firm on the Island as a business officer/strategist, with a nice pay package. He's currently in a fix as he has not been paid in the last 4 months despite several protests made . He incures a lot of cost in coming to and leaving work daily and yet cannot say the company ain't makin money as he sees cheques flying in everyday. with the current state of unemployment, do u think this job is worth holding on to especially as a first job experience? and what manner of slave-drivers are these who do not pay promptly but expect optimum efficiency from their workers? angry
