OP, why are you so obsessed with condoms? I don't even know whether you were trying to talk about poor guys or stingy guys but of all things in the whole world, why use condoms to convey your message? Now in that pix, I would have suggested he wears a black pair of socks to blend with his black shoe. Seems it's a skin pair of socks so he's right on that one but he shouldn't have pulled it up almost to his knees. It makes him look like a clown. Short stockings that are not easily noticeable will look good on native. I can't do without wearing socks with my shoes because I need to ease the chafing between my feet and my shoes. Bruises on feet just for wearing footwears can be annoying. That's my basic reason. Some people wear socks in order to absorb sweat from their feet.
