Abdusalam Abubakar has got to be the biggest crook Nigeria has ever produced. The guy was in power for just 9 months, but in that time, succeeded in siphoning $20 billion.

Abdusalam Knew Nigerians wanted democracy badly. He knew that handing over to a civilian president will make him a hero and as a result, whatever wrongdoing he perpetrated will be ignored. And obviously today, the man's calculation was accurate. People hardly mention his name when corruption is discussed. But just like you, I have always known that he tops the list of corrupt officials in this country. He is only enjoying the fact that he didn't hold on to power in 1999.

My brother, na FrontPage cause am o. Once a thread is moved there, it rapidly grows attracting all sorts of comments from people who have never even been to the section the thread belongs to.

Even without any source, I am aware that their monthly salaries is outrageous. That's why activists and other Nigerians have been clamouring for a drastic reduction in. If not for greed, I see no reason why they should remain adamant. A senator can still make legitimate money from other sources by virtue of his position.
