One Joseph Dahip had in a 1998 article referenced a 1996 report in which a scholar, Prof James Gibbs, was quoted as unravelling some claims allegedly made by Soyinka.
James Gibbs is a professor emeritus at Stanford University(an ivy league school ranked amongst the best 10 schools in the world) while Joseph Dahip is an international writer. none of them are igbo huh

A 3rd party vendor is someone or a company that is authorized/approved to help the university with anything. The said 3rd party would have met the university requirements and will have the exact school certificate template, and required e-signatures. Anything other than them is plain forgery. you can see that his school directed him to the appropriate 3rd party. Thinking is not hard if you use your brain to do it

the 6 zones is better. Each region should have control of their resources while a certain fraction goes to the federal government e.g 70/30. Regions should also control their security stuff like Regional,state, Local govt police, state army reserves units comprised of residents and citizens of that state. Things will improve for the better. The politicians will have no excuse to give that FAAC can only pay salaries, there would be accountability and security would be grassroot. No more Abuja excuse, no more police intimidation because the police officer will be either from that region, state, or local council. Our culture would be respected and we would leave in peace knowing what law obtains in each region, like we have in sharia. you see because Nigeria is a multi-ethnic country development can only start from the ground-up, thr top-down approach is not working because it doesn't comform with some others value system.
