Busta: but why is it that u love someone so much and u still go ahead and hurt them by cheating on them. when caught . . they plead and plead and plead for forgiveness not all men are guilty of this. There are plenty of men out there who have enough discipline to keep themselves for their woman only. Women always want to eat their cake and have it; if you want the "bad" boy then dont be shocked when he cheats on u. |

HR.hotness: there is no dry land Nigeria is actually in a better position than most countries,,, our reserves are estimated to last another 50 or so years with current demands (keep in mind that demand is increasing)
some European countries hav reserves to last as low as 10yrs on current demands why do u think there is the sudden interest in reusable energy There is no dry land . . . easy to say from the relative comfort of the UK. The problem is not even how much oil we have, whether it will last for the next 400yrs makes no difference to the common man who cant even see the proceeds of the oil we have now. Tonim: but rather than advocating people flocking out of the country, wouldn't it be better to start finding alternative sources of revenue to boost our gdp, like agriculture, tourism etc ? That is all good on paper. Where is the political will to harness our non-oil resources? We once used to be the world's largest producer of oil palm, what happened? Its not as if these alternative sources were never being harnessed before . . . without oil we were still able to develop a strong economy well into the early 1960s on the back of agriculture alone. If you want to boost your earnings via tourismm then ensure your crime rate is lower, that you at least dont suffer 2 nationwide blackouts every week, that the niger delta is not rife with kidnappings, that the north is not a volatile center of islam'ic extremism . . . |

D-reloaded: After 3 years? That's a shame. man, it was real bad. that girl cried like i'd never seen a woman cry before. The yellow pawpaw relationship didnt last more than a yr, very rude little thing. Gamine: “The man who follows the crowd will usually get no further than the crowd. The man who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever been before.
Creativity in living is not without its attendant difficulties, for peculiarity breeds contempt. And the unfortunate thing about being ahead of your time is that when people finally realize you were right, they’ll say it was obvious all along.
You have two choices in life: You can dissolve into the mainstream, or you can be distinct. To be distinct is to be different. To be different, you must strive to be what no one else but you can be. long meaningless theory. You are indirectly influenced by those around you. Face it, if your brother brings home a cute chic u'd look at ur own again and wonder silently if u could not have done better. A couple of yrs ago, my gf used to be the barometer for my close friends . . . after we started dating everyone else started looking for light skinned girls . . . |

D-reloaded: Isnt the "aesthetics" of a person the first thing you see though? If a man sees a woman and isnt immediately attracted to her, why would it even get to the point of a relationship.
It was when they were IN a relationship that she realized the dude ate like a pig as oposed to when you meet someone and you see that they LOOKS like a pig so it wouldnt even get to the point of marriage in the firts place You'd be surprised how many men start complaining about their partner's looks after they've been dating for quite a while. You just wait until your brother or friends come with far more beautiful women, you'll start looking at your partner with more critical eyes. Reminds me of a friend in college who dumped his gf of over 3 yrs because she had become too fat . . . this girl had been big ever since we were in secondary school . . . cute . . . everything u'd want in a chic. But he dumped her as soon as he saw a "yellow pawpaw". things happen o. Sheniqua must have noticed the eating habits before but she was probably blinded by "love" and the bible. |

Lakanye . . . i bet you did not require your white "wife" and "one night stand" to have these criteria and YET you claimed to have loved them? Why the sudden inclusion of these silly criteria now that it comes to a black woman?
Oh wait . . . have you gotten over your "phobia" so fast? What drugs did you use?
Seriously, there are times i sincerely feel for the black woman . . . rejected by the white man, looked down upon by the black man. Very sad. |

sheniqua: I am 100% sure that it's practically impossible to pass through elementary school, secondary school and a university anywhere in Nigeria and not be able to speak English. It doesn't have to be good English. All the lessons and lectures are in English so that makes it impossible. The girl must have bought the certificates and must have lived her whole life in interior Ezzamgbo or somewhere. and i tell you it is 100% possible to "pass through" elementary school to university level without being able to construct a single sentence in English. At least i have cousins for proof that such indeed happens. I remember a UK born and bred fellow who came over to finish his secondary education in my school, while his spoken english was impeccable his writing was so horrible he had to come to me sometimes to proof read his work before submitting. |

olabowale: @Davidylan: Was either ever part of the NT, according to the referenced Britannica? Why was it there if Barnabas was never a good information source? And why was it removed later? Was the case similar to the NV printed carca 1952, without some part of the core christian statement/beliefs about Jesus, and was reinstated in NV printed in 1971? why shld you expect a blatant fraud to be in the bible? olabowale: David, you should be ashamed of yourself, because you know better than that. You explained Jesus your god position by using documents in Greek. But you know fully well that Jesus' mother tongue was not Greek, but Aramaic or in a lesser sense Hebrew. For his nations consists of two bocks of nations; Judea having two nation tribes and Israel having 10 nation tribes. Bull. Greek was a recognized language in biblical times as well as aramaic and hebrew. Not only does the bible indicate that, archeological evidence and history proves that greek was a language spoken and written down earlier than the 1st century. Luke was a greek. Now were Spanish and Italian 1st century languages? Those are important questions to ask rather than beating about the bush. olabowale: @Davidylan; While jesus only ascended over 2000 years ago, and has not come back now. But only in the future to die on this earth, Mu/ha/mmad ascended and descended in a part of a single night. What you need to know that every prophet/messenger had a mission. When the circle of responsibility, vis a vis the mission is completed, what occurs is termination as in death. And in the case of jesus, he will come back to renounce whatever fallacious title you have bestowed on him. Then he will complete is other duties and his circle. Death will result, without any doubt. And by the way was Jesus unique according to the Bible in being ascended to heaven, without death? Was Jesus unique in raising up dead, according to the Bible? bull! Where did moha'mmad raise any dead? olabowale: This barnabas gospel and others you have rejected have simple pointed to the shurdy handwork of the "Bible Writers" in their easily dictectable dishonesty and corruption. what a shame. The book of barnabas rather points to your own dishonesty. First you said the bible was lost now u've suddenly found an authentic copy? there is no argument alhaji, when the judgement comes go and argue your case at the throne of fiery judgement. |
