do u have a LAN or a way to connect to the internet? i suggest u try to install GDM read that link i posted. seems your video card is unable to start lightDM or the desktop. i think u should try to install another DE. BTW did u try to run that OS in Live CD mode? u should be able to run it as a live cd or liveusb. if it does not run, the .iso is bad |

3kay945: I think you can only restore custom ROm through cwm and not stock.thats not accurate. u can restore a stock rom withCWM if you backed it up with CWM. what he tried to do was to restore only the system partition and leave all other partitions made by CyanpgenMod. stock roms and cyanogenmod are light years apart. moreover his stock ROM is odexed and CM can never ever be odexed. in fact its simply not kosher. if u want to restore any rom, wipe the old Rom thoroughly and then do a full restore. if u want to do a partial restore, u can do that if u want to restore the SAME rom you are running at that time. e.g u running CM10, u have a corrupted system partition or some stuff is misbehaving. you can do advanced restore of just the system partition. (that way u keep your setting) |

my first impressions. (HAVING NOT USED OR TOUCHED IT, ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ACCURATE) i think the so-called intuitive UI is NOT intuitive. i feel its confusing and complicated. it looks like to give your phone to someone to use will entail having to teach the person how to go about the UI. i just hope its not easy to delete or un-install stuff other wise a lot of nosy pple will delete your stuff inadvertently matter of fact, i think its EXACTLY the way the old blackberry UI is. i also think that beyond the lockscreen and appdrawer, the rest looks like the old UI done up in new colors. im also wondering exactly how this UI will morph for the keyboard versions (but thats not my headache abi) again our reviewer obviously does not know that repeating the same actions over and over in a video is a crappy way of "reviewing" he did'nt even go into settings and other parts of the phone! i see there is a draw down notification thingy, Apple has a patent on that abi? |

Google what? your so full of yourself. maybe u need to save up and buy a decent phone first before running your mouth everywhere. on what planet is a 387 mb Ram phone a decent one? symbian phones are much better than that. you are better off buying a Series 4 nokia sef annoyingly he flashed CM and is using a hog of a launcher, and lord knows what else on the phone. if u cannot manage your low end phone reasonably, quit complaining. next thread will be how he can run call of duty on this phone 3 Likes |

@jencyjyde, well said bro you know there is something wrong when u have a team where theo walcott is practically the best attacking player, i feel the only reason why we are still hearing talks of negotiation is because the chap does not have any offer worth up to arsenal's package yet. which worries me more because it then confirms that arsenal is being suckered into paying mugun money. i believe iv asked the question before that how many truly big clubs can play theo walcott upfront? iv been hearing a lot of stats talk, which i think is because he is playing for a contract anyway. for whatever its worth, if this slide continues into february, there will be no CL footy for arsenal next year. and then i wonder where the club will go from there |

If thats true then thats Microsoft's fault They developed the os for years. Its up to them to make it work with whats in the market. How can PROCESSORS be giving such issue. Its not like those are addons that AMD will be responsible to bring up, the processor is d computer. Did they not test on AMD processors during development? |

mhozzis: 4ller, help me o. i upgraded my galaxy s2 from GB to CM9 SUCCESFULLY after backin up my stock rom. a week after i decided to restore d stock rom. i enter cwm recoverry and clicked on backup/restore and den advance restore. it brought options to restore data, cache, system. i restored d system and wen it said successful it asked me to reboot. i did a reboot and after d samsung screen it does not show d splash s logo d screen just goes dark.u cannot do advanced restore from cyanogenmod to stock. do full wipes of all partitions and choose full restore. |
