Cadet:A man with a flat belly isn't contented. You aren't doing your job as a woman. . .stuffing him with your high-calorie Nigerian food. Pot belly on a man is a sign of contentedness. You will thank me for this insight in the future.Notice that only bachelors have flat tummies. ![]() |
Cadet:We shouldn't,neither should you guys develop pot bellies.Pot bellies are a sign of a contented man! Show me a happy man and I will show you a pot belly. ![]() Women, however, have no business having one. ![]() |
Cadet:Is that you people's excuse? Maybe,since we have beards,you people should grow one too.Nonsense! ![]() |
jennykadry:Liquor and hemp. . . na wetin cause the "IP" thingy. debosky:I know HotFunmmi has a thing for Oyb. As for 4Him;I hear Cadet,Stillwater and Nwandolina(even her too) are all eager massage to his famous bald head. ![]() |
37 pages on protruding bellies! I think our girls should cool down with their 'rolly polly' tummies.I can't count how many times I wrongly diagnosed some as pregnant. I had to explain myself on one occasion. You shouldn't have such bellies until you are at least 50. |
jennykadry:I just have reliable sources.Ask me anything about NL,I will tell you what really happened. ![]() |
Sweet T:Its HotFunmmi. . .she was banned for trying to snatch Oyb, who is a married man, from his wife. ![]() |
jennykadry:I have my excuses. . .I was a notorious breast-suckler when I was still a baby,its obviously not my fault.I'm 'hardwired' like that. |
Cadet:This girl get sense.I would marry her if she wasn't young enough to be my daughter! bawomolo:Love wetin? Its just your neurotransmitters playing tricks on you. |
@Sweet T You sure say you sabi wetin you dey talk of? ![]() |
nightrider:Do you know the ironic thing?Wenger's wage is even higher than that of Fergie! If he thinks he himself is good enough to demand and obtain a wage far higher than that of Alex Ferguson,on what grounds does he insist that his players should settle for lesser wages compared to their colleagues at Man Utd? |
debosky:Arsene Wenger was the person who "discovered" Henry? That puts a whole new spin to the term, discovery. ![]() Mc Omo:Deco was well known way before Jose took over.I give Mourinho some credit for Maniche though. |
Avram Grant has so far won nothing.Carling Cup,EPL. . . let's see what will happen with the Champions League. |
Abeg, what has the performance of a Nigerian at U-17 level to do with anything? In a country notorious for age cheats, such youth competitions don't count. Why won't he do well when he is playing against kids young enough to be his children? If he was really that good,he could have taken his exploits to senior level. He barely got a regular shirt at Grasshoppers. Abeg, who remembers Sammy Ayorinde? The Father of All Mystery call-ups! Another player that comes to mind is Chikelue Iloenyosi. . . .he had allegedly retired from football and was working as an auto importer when he was still being called up for the national team. ![]() |
@poster Why show us these pictures?Show us pictures of Tinapia and Marina,Lagos instead.Stop ruining our image |
These 2 lovebirds are at it again. ![]() |
Saw some Gaynners saying that they are satisfied that Arsenal are "making progress"? You finished 2 seasons in 4th place and finished the 3rd season in 3rd.If this pattern continues, you will finish 1 more season in 3rd place, followed by 2 more seasons in 2nd place. This obviously depends on how you are measuring 'progress'.6 years ago, after winning the title,Wenger spoke of the dawn of a new era.He noted the time frame within which it took Fergie to establish Man Utd at the pinnacle of English football and submitted that we were heralding a period in which Arsenal will dominate English football a la Utd in the 90s. Fast forward 6 years later and Arsenal fans are bleating. . ."we are making progress"! They arbitrarily pick a period and template that suits them to support their point. How does Arsenal's finish this season actually represent an improvement from 05/06?In '06,Arsenal finished 4th and 2nd in the EPL and UCL respectively(the 2 most crucial competitions). This season,Arsenal finished 3rd(1 place better in the EPL) and Q/Finalist in the UCL-not much of an improvement. To glibly point out total points amassed will be the height of foolishness. . .by that measure, this Arsenal side is a better side than the Utd treble winning team of 99 which didn't even hit the 80 point mark! |
Its the same. . .she will be hearing from Seun soon.Make she find another user name again, her game is up. ![]() |
@jennykadry I have very reliable sources o.I know what I'm talking about. ![]() |
@vivaladiva/hotfunmmi How come you both have the same IP address? Did HotFunmmi leave the US to come to the UK? ![]() |
The Sly:They write the same, have the same attention-seeking penchant to start up "controversial" threads designed to grab attention.Methinks there is no difference. |
What is the difference between vivaladiva and hotfunmmi? ![]() |
Good management inevitably entails having enough generation capacity to cope with rising demand! My key problem is the way these debates are narrowed down to one particular area-power generation. Simply put,if by some voodoo,we wake up tomorrow with 30,000MW of new power stations up and running,we won't still have anything close to 24hrs electricity. There is more to the power sector than simply generation plants. You still have to take care of transmission and distribution.Electricity is useless if you can't distribute it. The overarching theme behind all this is good management. This could be attained by implementing reforms which include deregulation and privatisation. |
See these 2 lovebirds. ![]() |
Kobojunkie:The reality is that if you can't manage a 5000MW electricity infrastructure, you are definitely not going to be able to cope with 10,000MW infrastructure. Of course, part of good management is that generation capacity will increase in the long term but I emphasised the management issue because debates like this inevitably end up being debates about how to increase generation capacity,as if that is our sole problem. We forget that as late as the 90s,our generation capacity outstripped demand,we still didn't have anything close to 24hrs electricity then nor will we have it now if we focus our attention only on how to improve power generation. |
is the computer professor that is ignorant of the workings of a computer a spiced up story too?
Of course its spiced up.Anytime a newstory sounds ridiculous, chances are that journalists have added 'salt and pepper' to it.If anybody actually believes that a University Prof knows next to nothing about computers, that person needs help. |
Nigeria's problem is not how to generate electricity but how to manage what we have. |
Its obvious this story has been 'spiced' up.Who is more laughable, the lady in question or the people who take such stories at face value? |
No wonder Afam dey behave like motor park tout. . .typical ESUT graduate! ![]() |
Seun:You are more likely to be killed in the state of Washington(US) than in Israel,so don't let TV footages blur your reality of the relative safety of Israel. |
God bless Wenger. He has a wage structure that will keep his team trophyless for years to come. You remember the cliche-you pay peanuts. . . . . . |
Nearly five weeks after polling day, the electoral commission announced that Tsvangirai, leader of the Movement for Democratic Change, had won 47.9 percent against 43.2 percent for the 84-year-old Mugabe and the pair will now face off in a run-off on a date yet to be announced.Hotfunmmi, your thread title is misleading. You have to win 50% of the votes to win outright, otherwise, both sides face a run-off election. |
