they need to get 30% before any takeover bid can happen, Dein owns 15%, even if he sells to Kroenke, its still not enough (added to the 11%) he owns to make a takeover bid, the rest of the shares belong to ordinary holders and they wont sell (I hope)

the board has said its own shares 45.5% are not on sale, at least for the next one year guaranteed.
