@sista If u are angry about certain racial issues, being racist will not help.YOU can't fight racism with racism |
@blinky Dude what the Bleep was that about.U have a head concussion or what |
Only a schmuck will be celebrating a victory over Sheffield Utd |
Anybody who thinks that Obasanjo is not as corrupt as Atiku needs to check into a mental instituition |
A club's greatness is as good as it's trophy cabinet. And Arsenal's trophy cabinet is as deserted as the nationality of it's sponsors-the Emirates |
Which team has never won the Champion's League-ARSENAL The treble?-Arsenal What about winning the Premiership back to back-not in a million years |
Arsenal's trophy cabinet is like a desert compared to MAN UTD,hence the sponsorship by the Emirates. Arsenal' fans dreams-winning the CHampion's League-is our reality. We have lived your dreams.Keep dreaming |
If MAN UTD is one of the crappiest teams in England,I wonder what that makes Arsenal who finished more than 20 poiints behind MAN UTD and today is 8 places behind UTD in the league. There is one thing I always say to Arsenal fans-put your medals on the table . U will never join the pantheons of greatness.U will never know what it is like to win the Champions League or the treble . U dream about winning trophies-we have lived your dreams-been there, done that |
Priscilla says that for Arsenal is beating Man Utd better than winning the Premiership. Just what I thought-this victory is Arsenal only chance of glory. The season is over for the Arsenal. They can now face the impressive task of trying to finish in the top half of the league This is the sad ending of a once a great club.A club that only 2 years ago weht an entire season unbeaten is now happy with just making 4th place. How sad. |
I don't need any evidence to beleive that the President is corrupt like every other Nigerian politician.I don't think that the President is embezzling money on the scale of previous Presidents but I am sure he is enriching himself |
There is one word for Arsenal's victory-FLUKE- The fact of the matter is that Arsenal is still behind Man Utd in the league and will remain so. |
Arsenal beating us is like BORO beating Chelsea. The most important thing is that at the end of the season we will be ahead of Arseanl in the league table.Who remembers that Arsenal used to beat Man Utd when Man utd won the treble. |
Islam has a violent streak which is not helped by the refusal of so-called moderate Muslims to unconditionally disavow the atrocities perpetrated in the name of Islam. What get on my nerves is the persecution complex of most muslims. There is a cult of victimology in Islam and this is used as excuse to carry out all sorts of atrocities in the name of lashing out against injustice @Browneyes The issue is not that all muslims are terrorists but that the overwhelming majority of religiously motivated terrorist attacks are carried out by Muslims. |
@uche2nna Both laws apply. The more something happens, the less likey that it will continue to happen |
@Brown-eyes Don't forget that the Jewish terrorists of the 40s were roundly condemned as terrorists event they were involved in an independence struggle. Some of the Muslim terrorists are simply fighting out of religious extremism |
Utd fell victim to the law of averages. We have had non stop success against Arsenal and other teams this season and the bubble was bound to burst one day. Still,we can still bounce back, the season we won the treble,i can remember Arsenal beat us 3-0.At the end of the season we will still be ahead of Arsenal |
Aren't all Nigerian politicians criminals? The fact that one particular politician was a dope dealer is not ground breaking news |
That match should be replayed |
It is fascinating to read that some intelligent and well-informed people are beginning to understand that the real motivation for the relentless attack by the Arabs has nothing to do with virgins as the western media and their patrons want gullible people to believe. Here is what one person said in a letter to a major Newspaper in Mid-Western US: "Why are people in other part of the world willing to give up their lives to hurt us? I'am sure it is not 10,000 virgins that motivate them. More like 10,000 homes in ruins, and the perception that the future promises no better. It is long past time for a politics that begins with the intelligent naming of real problems that must be addressed in intelligent and compassionate ways." If you are completely sold on the virgin dogma as preached to you by the Western media and you do not want to question their rhetorics, please spare us the agony of reading the same stuff time and time again. We need to move on.

We don't need to move on.The fact of the matter is that their is a certain brand of Islam that seeks to justify terrorism by promising a place in paradise with virgins and redemption for relatives as reward for commiting suicidal attacks. Abeem quoted a newspaper article refering to homes being destroyed, coveniently forgetting that those homes were destroyed only after an Islamist organisation launched an attack on Isreal. This idea that groups like Al-Qaeda are operating mainly as e response to injustice is fallacious.Have the Arab people suffered anymore than the Tibetans in China, the Kurds of Syria,Berbers in Algeriae.t.c Yet none of these people are known for widescale murder. When Al-Qaeda murdered hundreds of Africans in Kenya and Tanzania, what did those African people have to do with the situation in Palestine? The 3,000 Hazara Shiites murdered in Afghanistan simply for being Shiites had nothing to do with American or Isreali policy towards Arabs or Moslems in general. The fact is that there is a version of Islam-Wahabism- that justifys killing in the name of Allah in return for reward in paradise. To deny this is ridiculous. The injustices perprated against Moslems are not significantly any worse than those suffered by many other people and yet they rarely engage in a worldwide campaign of murder |
If they liberalise it,it will close a major source of corruption for those in power. For instance,if u allow other coys into the power sector, that means that NEPA or Power Holding as it is now known loses biz and the exclusivity that guaranties constant supply of revenue. The only option that they have is to take things slowly and form private coys to take over these assets |
@Seun The Govt is fullly responsible for economic growth because the Nigerian economy is not a liberalised free market economy, the State still has a major stake in the economy through state run organisations such as NNPC,NEPA. |
