What most people don't know is that all the west African coastal cities are sitting on water and any slight increase in volume of water in the underground will result in flooding.

If I was the chairman, I will sack them as well. For crying out loud this is a private organzation, I cnt have some union holding my compnay to randsome later on in the future when things dnt go their way. Abeg sack of them, let the unions go and provide jobs for them. One of the great things margaret thatcher did for the UK was to kill / drastically reduce the powera of the various labour union organizations. Its just that labout unions are political tools in Nigeria if not they would have been eradicated, strike today, strike tomorrow, holding the whole country to randsome
Thank you jare,, imagine people that cannot successfully set up a roadside plantain and groundnut business, organising trade union in another mans company.
Let them quit the job abi na by force to work for alpha beta, hunger way go waya them just they warm up.

Dem dey use Tinubu name to promote their worthless blogs, abi you no know say blogging is the latest craze in town.
What Tinubu saw way back that made him stand out today was what Seun and Linda Ikeji also saw way back that made their blogs stand out today.
Some of these emergency bloggers are compromising their credibility and professional ethics in a desperate bid to drive traffics to their sites in order to attract advert, a biiiggg sorry will eventually be their case.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Cannot Survive Without The Igbos By Femi Aribisala by 7lives: 2:37pm On Jun 21, 2015
mrvitalis:
We the igbos know that we don't have a regional leader even if we need one.
But the fact is that it is not in an igbo man to have a leader all man will look up to.
This is who we are and this is how we have been
We didn't need an igbo president to be were we are right now and we certainly don't need one to reach were we are going
If Nigerians see an igbo man they want to make president, fine that good for the man but not necessarily for the igbo nation. That is how we think, how he live
We believe in our self's to provide for our families.
If an igbo man needs a house he builds it
If an igbo man needs his Road fixes he fixes it by him self
If an igbo man need a good hospital he builds one
We believe we can get what we want and what ever we can't get we don't need
We don't need ur pity for the way we live. ... . What did the ijaws gain from Jonathan
What did the yorubas gain fro obasanjo
What did the North gain from all there leaders
We are OK the way we are.... ... All we want is don't marginalise us. That all we ask of ONE Nigeria. Trust us if u do this we won't care who ever rule Nigeria
Nice one, as you don't need leader start by removing those Igwes and governors in Alaigbo, then I'll begin to take y'all serious.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Degrees Vs Experience, Which Helps You Get A Job Faster? by 7lives: 11:03am On Jun 20, 2015
fatdon2:
Experience, not degree,
comes first for
employers
Employers looked for the following
attributes, in decreasing
importance, when hiring graduates:
Relevant work experience
Good work ethic/attitude
Degree subject studied
Ability to be a team player
Mature attitude
Class of degree Easygoing, cheerful attitude
Reputation of university attended
Ambitious and career-minded
Natural leadership

What turned the employers off:
Poor spelling, grammar in
application
Obvious exaggerations
Poorly presented application
No relevant work experience Non-targeted CV/covering letter
No covering letter with CV
Handwritten application/CV
No interests or extracurricular
activities
Incorrect contact details for employer
Statements in CV not supported by
examples
Nothing gets you a job faster than your recognizable talent call it experience if you like.
I know a guy who cannot construct a simple sentence nor speak good English, but can charm a monkey out of a tree, this guy got his first marketing job at first interview against all odds.
Since then its been award after awards, his employers knew his weakness but are more interested in his results, and his managers will always find a way to drag him into their new designations.
As I'm typing this post, this guy has just grab another international appointment with five digit salary in dollars, facilitated by his former manager in a multinational company in Nigeria, so I believe that degree is good, experience is better, but recognizable talent is the winner.

Buhari got 11 million votes in the north in 2011. There were more voters in 2011 than 2015. Compare the figures. Tinubu played a minimal role by number of votes cast for Buhari vs Jonathan in South west
Stop mixing your tales, come out clear and tell us that Tinubu did not contribute anything to PMB election, it gives me joy to see that you and your likes are still here moaning about 2015 election loss, while even the losers have moved on.

nollywoodbabe:
Nigeria is not just the Giant of Africa as they say, but we have some of the most smartest, brilliant and intelligent people in the world. Given a fair playing field the average Nigerian will excel anywhere, yet as a people we have refused to use these qualities to better our lot in life. With the type of wealth Nigeria has as a Country, the poorest people should be receiving at least $1000 every month on Social security but that is not the case instead we wake up to the News that Billions has been budgeted as Wardrobe allowance for the NASS. Yes billions to be given to millionaires and Billionaires for their Clothes when there are so many people dying of hunger and starvation, and what do we as Nigerians do? We are discussing about President Buhari and Ex President Jonathan’s official Cars, which is more expensive! That is what is threading now, people who see themselves as opposition, some has eaten only once today and with the little money they have they are browsing all over facebook, Tweeter, Nairaland http://nollywoodbabes.com/president-buharis-car-and-our-stupidity-as-nigerians/
@OP I'm more interested in 1000 dollars social security allowance package which should be about 200,000 naira.
The government is suggesting 5000 naira and some animals are saying its not even necessary because as far as they are concerned, only lazy people are unemployed.

The PDP's present romance with him is to get all they need from him, they will never give him or Atiku their ticket.

The real issue is the form of politics APC played into office. The denigration of the office of the president, the use of unspeakable names to describe GEJ which was alien to our polity, the constant bashing of every govt move, the lies and propaganda.

These called for a lot of emotional investment to our politics. Right now, more than ever......APC succeeded in making us all fanatics and unfortunately along ethnic divide.

Nigeria might not recover from the politics that has been played in the last 2 years. More name calling, more sabotage and more negative politics is on its way. Its way too late to call for moral evaluation
JEG style of governance is alien to our polity and should PMB decide to go the way of JEG, what happened to JEG will be a child's play compare to PMB.
People are only asking for a good government and I don't think its too much to ask.

Tinubu intially prefer saraki to be senate president, but decide otherwise in the spirit of fairness and national interest, north central held the post for 8 yrs and he felt north east that never smell the position before deserve the position.
They don't see anything wrong in North east being marginalised, they are more interested in the deputy speaker position shior, they will eventually wake up to see too late that Tinubu was already thinking 2019 by supporting NE.

Thanks bros for your mature response.
With all due respect, where u in Nigeria during NADECO era? If yes, then u should know the gallant role TINUBU played and if no, I humbly suggest u research it.

Also, u will agree with me that any Government in power need an opposition to keep them in check. Imagine Tinubu joining PDP then! Am not saying the man is a saint, my simple message is that, he just like PMB decided to be in opposition base on their believe that PDP is a no go area and that to me earn them my respect.

Thank u!
You get time dey answer that guy.
