It is part of the innate wickedness that dwells in the hearts of people.

When once a woman sees a man with a woman, she will try to take him from her, as part of the hidden desire to cause pains to someone.

I even heard that when a woman sees a man with a woman, his value in her eyes suddenly increases.

So she will desire to get him.

But there is more to it than that.

It has to do with the inexplicable desire in the hearts of people to cause pains to someone else.

The woman will end up in tears when her man is being taken by another woman.

That is the aim: To cause pains.

Why didn't she go for single good men who are all around her?

She goes for the married/engaged man/a man with girlfriend because she wants to cause heart-break to the other woman.

Although in her mind, she thinks she is doing so for another reason.

But the ultimate goal is to cause pains.

Small wonder it is written that

"the heart of human being is desperately wicked, who can know it."

If as she is trying to get another woman's man, the other woman dies,or for one reason or another,is no longer with the man,

she would suddenly lose interest in the man.

This is because her real goal was to cause pains and since the other woman is no longer available to experience the pain,

she would lose interest.

Some people are of the belief that the corps member must have done something very bad to warrant such treatment.

Their theory for this is that she accepted the punishment and did not offer resistance, because she must had done something very bad.

Someone even suggested that the reason NYSC has asked the girl to leave the state may be because of what she did. But I believe the corps member is innocent.

Whatever really happened,I believe the soldier went too far.

But sometimes, a civilian must also learn to respect a soldier, particularly if the soldier is not disrespecting the civilian, but is minding his/her business.

I once entered a luxurious night bus, with many female soldiers taking over all the back seat, because sometimes, soldiers don't want civilians to sit behind them.

The soldiers were all in mufti, so some people may not have known they were soldiers.

As I was admiring one Igbo female soldier, because she was telling other female soldiers about different things concerning the army,I sitting in her front,

the conductor came and saw her sitting on top of the Headrest part of her seat, behind which were loads.

He began to harrass her, pushing her, asking her to sit on her seat and calling her names.

It was like he was doing it to tell me
"Look this woman you are admiring is nothing"

It was as much as she could do not to retaliate.

Some soldiers would have proven themselves to show that everything they were claiming was not a lie.

Even when she started asking the man whether he was an animal, and was speaking about him being a bloody civilian,

the man still pretended as if he didn't know she was a soldier, since only soldiers can use those words.

Other female soldiers were trying to settle the matter in peace by begging the man.

Had it been they reacted negatively and it reached the public domain, everyone would be condemning the soldiers, without trying to find out what really happened.

I have seen civilians harassing soldiers.

So many people can also relate to what I am saying.

In the Karaye NYSC camp,I witnessed one incident.

After that, I have witnessed like 2 to 3 other incidents of a civilian shouting at a soldier or doing something demeaning to a soldier.

There is no one in Nairaland who can claim that he/she has not witnessed a civilian harassing a soldier before.

Civilians should avoid it.

I tell the truth: Most soldiers will NEVER harrass you,if you respect them and respect yourself,

unless they are going on a revenge mission and consider everyone in the area as enemy.

There are some who can act badly under the influence of drugs although.

Some want to test University life ( different from polytechnic life)

It is different from doing masters to feel bigger than undergraduate

I remember one HND holder who said the premier reason he was interested in Masters was because HND was below BSc.

A good example of these set of people are public universities lecturers.. Like how would you derive happiness in failing students. Its not like your salary increment or job promotion is proportional to how many students you fail. That's how one lecturer joyfully sent the number of students that failed his course to us. You could see/hear the pride in his voice as he was showing us..

There have been fears the existence of nuclear weapons could lead to a situation whereby human beings are wiped out.

But there is nothing that can blow up the Earth into a dwarf planet.

I believe nothing will be able to destroy all lives on Earth, not to talk of making the Earth a dwarf planet.

So as well evolution can take place and then advanced humans can emerge thereby competition and adaptation can make them wipe out our species and they start an entirely new civilisation, how about that?.

It will take them apparently another 3000 years to clear up our mess and populate the earth apparently it will take about 4000 years for 50% of the current civilisation to disappear only some few structures remaining to showcase our existence.

Then the earth will look green again and single cell organisms will start all over, and then in next 50 million years, another species will come along the line humanity resurface again, I think the world is about recycling and most extinct creatures can be recycled given advancement in genetics so I believe the future will end and come severely sometimes having extraterrestrial along the line, thank you.

In the last many years, there has been increase in scientific advancement and definitely it will continue, throughout human existence.

By 2500, man will be able to do something that looks impossible now.

From discovery, the Earth has been the home of different animals and beings which got extinct and replaced by other animals and beings, just as you have said.

What some people cannot begin to realize is that the world cannot continue in this present state for so long.

We are only in 2021, and before 2500, the world will have changed so much so that if someone who is presently alive were to visit the Earth by 2500,

he/she wouldn't be able to recognize it anymore.

If the world has been changing and will continue to change in the next few decades. How much then will it change in the next many decades?

From history, you will see that many great nations rose and fell again.

US, Russia, Nigeria etc, will not continue to exist in the states they are now.

One day, they may split or merge with other nations to form new countries with new names.

At least this has been the pattern since man began to live on Earth.

Another thing that has characterized the Earth is war, and destruction of nations. Nations have been buried under the Earth and other unhabited parts have become nations over the course of human existence on Earth.

The present friction between the world powers could lead to history repeating itself.

It could lead to a new world emerging from the debris of destroyed nations.

It is completely clear from history that human beings cannot stay without fighting war.

It is totally true that sooner or later, a major war will break out which will lead to some nations ceasing to exist,

while some places which are currently forests,rivers, and seas will become lands for habitation.

Some places which are lands will become rivers,seas and forests.

Some places will be buried under the Earth.

That is why scientists end up digging up the debris of buried nations.

This has been the case since the Earth began and it will continue to be so.

Can you share what you think is going to happen in the next many decades?

Another thing that is very shocking is the tendency of people to hate and abuse good, humble and kind people while evil people are being pampered.

Infact, if you are good, humble and kind, everything you do, people will be offended.

For example, if you're the principal of a school and in your school, you expelled stubborn students.

People would be so mad at you, even when other principals before you had expelled students, but people did not react.

They are only mad at you because you are good.

Another example is this: Let's assume you are a good, humble and caring person,

everywhere you go, people will try to provoke,hate and abuse you, thinking that since you are good, you will not react against them.

As a good, humble and caring person,if one day you do something that is not so favourable to someone/people,

he/she/they would curse and abuse you more than they ever cursed a wicked person who did worse than you did.

I don't mean that you committed a crime against people.

What I mean is maybe as a leader, you took a decision like "from today,I will only supply A and B, but not C"

They will curse you more than they ever cursed a leader who was very wicked and committed murder and crimes against humanity.

Infact people will not hesitate to always find offence in you. They will judge and condemn you in everything.

Let's say, you are reading a novel, there must be someone who condemn you for reading the novel.

I believe what underlies this tendency is because so many people are bad and wicked, and they will condemn the good ones,

so that it will not appear as if the good ones are better than them.

They want to make the good ones to look evil like themselves.

This underlies why people would not hesitate to always find offence in the good, caring, loving and the humble ones

Another thing that is not far from surprising is the tendency of people to follow the crowd.

They do it without reasoning.

For example, if I and my group of friends decide to tag someone a thief and beat him/her up.

Before you know it, other people would join to beat the person without trying to find out if the person is a thief or is being set up.

Countless number of people have lost their lives because of the tendency of people to follow the crowd.

If people are saying that "X" is the best,

someone will almost never try to find out if the people are correct or not, before believing it.

That is why lies/deception spread so much in our society, because everyone believes what the majority is believing, without trying to find out the truth.

Another thing is Unnecessary wickedness.

Some people can be so unnecessarily wicked that you begin to wonder.

Someone would do something wicked of which he/she will not gain anything.

So many people are only waiting for you to cross their path, so they can harm you.

Even if you try to avoid it,

somehow or other, he/she would still find a way to do you harm.

This character underlines why there is so much backwardness and poverty in this world(particularly in the third world countries where wickedness is the order of the day), even though there is so much wickedness.

It is because most people are wicked but they don't gain anything from it.

If people were to gain from wickedness,then most people (particularly Africans) would have lived above poverty.

They would have enjoyed good health and better/long lives.

So wickedness is mostly unnecessary.

To me, one of such character is Unnecessary pride.

It only requires a proud person to believe that every other person is below him/her.

It only requires a proud person to imagine that he/she can insult and abuse everyone because he/she is higher than all.

For example, you can see a final year student of the University,

and you try to relate with him, but he would be insulting you, with the mind that he is higher than you academically.

He doesn't even stop to think that you could be a Masters student.

He just conclude in his mind that he is higher than everyone in the school, because he is in final year.

I remember when in camp, some corpers were insulting one of the officials, asking why someone like him have to address them on an issue which I have forgotten.

It turned out later that the man was a PhD holder.

This is the kind of pride that characterizes human interaction.

People don't want to know, they just assumed things out of pride.

I know some people may use pride to characterize their new promotion, job, and etc.

But must you characterize your next level with pride?

Although I know some people who became very humble due to promotion, good job, and etc.

Please share the character people exhibit that shocks you.

It is not always that animals are wicked. I have seen a dog kissing a baby.

Maybe the monkey loved the innocence of the baby and wanted to just hold the baby.

But the man thought the monkey meant evil by carrying his baby

There is a way an animal can love you and just want to hold you.
