Obi's name was not in LP Party register sent to INEC 30 days before the Primary's date. He is not a member of LP. That is 100% flawed.

Why do seem to be struggling with the distinction between (1) objections on pre-election matters (which btw the competing parties have made), and (2) objections against factual allegations of flawed elections? It is NOT mutually exclusive that Obi may not have been eligible to contest on the platform of the LP, as alleged by the APC response (or indeed that Tinubu was not qualified to contest for the presidency at all, as the LP itself alleges in its petition), and also that the elections itself was flawed and its results and outcome manipulated and rigged. TWO DIFFERENT AND DISPARATE MATTERS, but the latter was interestingly not being defended against in the APC response.

I recalled in October 2020 before ENDSARS was balablued, hijacked & scattered, the main focus was for police reforms focusing on SARS brutality. Buhari addressed the youths that there ll be reforms. He wasn't believed which I didn't too cos FG has always been insincere with police reforms.
But few days to October 20th, they protest shifted from ENDSARS (end police brutality) to end bad governance. Like a protest calling for the removal of sitting govt. The crippling of Lekki Toll Gate's commercial activities amongst others.
The FG capitalized on this and it resulted in the Lekki massacre.
Lessons: Una foolishly deviated from the initial protest that would v ended police brutality for once and pass message to FG that there can be uprising next time they err. Maybe the youths should v retreated and let the police reforms take place or hold govt accountable again. But the hijacking of the protests, the lootings and destructions after the Lekki killings made the protest to look infamous. FG eben use the youths shine kongo that it was a useless protest.
A lesson can be learned there that you retreat a little after fighting to re-strategize. That's what they are doing for Obi now. Ordinary leaked voice note, they are dragging him and almost accusing him of treason. Whereas, there are many Muslims guilty of such crimes too. In fact, if Tinubu or Atiku's calls are traced, they might v said such during campaigns.
