To win a presidential election in the Federal republic of Nigeria the Constitution states that you must have the highest number of votes and have 25% in 25 states including the FCT. Obi came 3rd in terms of the number of votes and had 25% in 16 states including the FCT.

Obi failed both conditions....so what are his lawyers going to say to change his situation. NOTHING. They know this they are already crying inec is not allowing us to have evidence for our case
