Ask Your self this one good question, how do you suggest government control law and order in such a protest? About 150 millions of people want to protest at same ti,e you are saying about 10,000 people should control them. Do you think before saying your mind or you say your mind before you think. There no sense your submission my dear.
You're very foolish.

If 150 million Nigerians want to protest at once, what's even the population of this country?

The Pennsylvania attorney general's office reportedly is investigating whether the Jehovah's Witnesses repeatedly failed to report child sexual abuse allegations to authorities in what is believed to be the first wide-scale examination by a U.S. law enforcement agency.

The attorney general's office told USA TODAY it "cannot confirm or deny the existence of investigations."

But Mark O'Donnell, a former Jehovah's Witness who left the religion when he was 46, said the Pennsylvania attorney general's office interviewed him last summer at his home in Baltimore. Then he was subpoenaed to testify before a statewide investigating grand jury in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

O'Donnell provided USA TODAY a copy of his subpoena.

Those people weren't "Christians" but "misinformed churchgoers" and the true God used them to transport His word throughout the earth but the message wasn't known until Jehovah's Witnesses started preaching and teaching what Jesus taught in the first century.

You're asking for impossibility here.
How can the organizers checkmate the thugs, do they write thugs on there faces or print a t-shirt saying we're thugs and we're here to hijack? It is so easy to write but even you that is writing can never do foko when bad things starts happening during protests, so stop being a hypocrite.
Copy that your silly question and paste it on Google. Maybe the site can cure your stupidity.

Anyone that actively followed the happenings during the EndSARS protests and participated in them would know there are ways to identify political thugs that seek to hijack protests.

But the utmost responsibility of preventing the breakdown of law and order during demonstrations rests on the shoulders of the government and security agencies.

But they're the ones sponsoring the thugs to wreck mayhem on lives and property.

Now I see why you've been coming after me of late...

You're becoming a diabolical/devil worshipper by the day, not just a so-called atheist.

Don't worry, what you're seeking, you would soon find.
The way you reason most times makes me laugh. Many of your posts are risible.

If you see an atheist or agnostic discussing issues or watching content about African traditional religions and their derivatives, it's mostly due to historical, cultural, and most importantly, artistic reasons. Nothing diabolical or related to worshipping a deity.

We all know it's your pastors that patronize these babalawos mostly to seek help about different superstitious things.

If you see someone like me post pictures and content on the native religions, it's mostly because I appreciate the Yoruba or African cultures being a Yoruba person.

That doesn't mean I engage in worshipping any deity or god.

Besides, there are many aspects of the native cultures that can benefit an African if modernized and approached practically, such as medical-related issues, moralistic aspects, arts, and others.

They've drawn your attention to the arson and attack on public and private property across the state.

This is evidenced, yet the phantom massacre has yet to produce credible victims 1 year later.

Many of you won't rest until the nation burns.
Visit the UN page and educate yourself about fundamental human rights: https://www.un.org/en/about-us/universal-declaration-of-human-rights

That Nigeria's political leaders place more values on cows than human lives, doesn't make what's wrong right.

Organizing or taking part in peaceful protests and demonstrations is legal anywhere in the world.

Politics › Re: EndSARS: "Activists" Demand That Lagos Must Not Be Burnt Down Again (Photos). by A001:
Instead of those posters on Twitter to urge the government and security agencies to monitor the planned protests and prevent a breakdown of law and order, they're discouraging Nigerians from exercising their fundamental human rights as regards organizing/partaking in a protest.

What we should all clamor for is peaceful demonstrations, not outright ban of protests like some political elements on Twitter are doing.

Brainless people.

The protest organizers need to ensure political thugs don't hijack the protests and thwart the patriotic efforts of brave Nigerians demanding good governance, accountability from our political leaders.

As they say history is written by the victors. We also did ourselves no favours by trying to keep our cultures and traditions in the dark ages. Look at the Japanese, Chinese and Indians how they have brought their culture into the 21st century, you will fall in love with them because they are so innovative. We need to do that with ours or else the world will still be looking at us as savages and we will still be bowing our heads in shame.
Yea. Very true.

Fortunately, things are changing now for the better, but those of us leading the charge (including Seun, musicwriter, OtemAtum, prof WS, you, my humble self, macof, joseph1013, and many other atheists and freethinkers in Nigeria) are paying a great sacrifice to bring about this great change and mental evolution in the country.

I keep saying it, a lot of advancement will be made from developing industry and technology out of Isese. especially in medicine and physiology. no reason why state governments cannot look into modernising traditional practices and training practitioners in modern methods with the aim of supplementing it with traditional knowledge.

But sadly, most don't know this and are trapped in the mental slavery of foreign religions and their gods.

Our ancestors were never idol worshippers! Look How they used their language to deceive us:

Our ancestors are “Abọriṣa” (They who feed/respect Orisha)”. “I-bọ” (to feed/respect )” this never translate “Worship”

Whitemen called us “Idol worshippers” which should literally translates “Ijọsin ere” - does this make sense to you?

“Idol” according to Merriam-Webster means:
(I) an OBJECT of extreme devotion (II) a representation or symbol of an object of worship.

The above definitions of “Idol” is the same description for what we call “Ere” or “ọmọ langidi”

One should be curious to ask: How does “Idol” mean/translate “Orisha”?

How does “worship” which direct translation is “Ijọsin/Isin” mean “bọ” (which is “Feed” &/or “respect” in English)?

This is the hogwash they fed us to misconstrue the practice of the ancestors and ridicule it.

We were never “IDOL WORSHIPPERS” Our ancestors were craftsmen & Art lovers. They made idols, figurines in the image and depiction of nature, irunmọles, Orisas & predecessors.

They have these icons in their shrines as a point of connection to a respective divinity just as the Abrahamic religionists and other religions have the statues and the pictures of their religious figures in the church, mosques, temple respectively.
