GREETINGS BRODA,MY SISTER GOT AN F1 VISA SINCE 2013 AND HER 2 YEARS VISA HAS EXPIRED HOW CAN SHE GET HER REMAINING 2 YEARS,
PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST WE SHOULD DO, SHE IS SCHOOLING IN SMSU. HOPING TO GET YOUR REPLY
She won't have any problem at all in as much as her F1 status is still valid. Just tell her to take her passport and I-20 to her DSO's office. They know what to do from there. Wish her good luck.

Are you sure slimmy that Joe is
not correct? I even read a month ago
or so that CCs might become completely
free?
Yea.. Obama released the statement during his weekly presidential brief..

But come to think of it, if you are the VO, will you give somebody visa to come and spend your country money?

So its better to convince the VO that you really want to spend money other than fool around the embassy. (My kobo advise)

Hello house I need ur candid opinion. My bank insisted they are giving me one copy of account statement but I've applied to 4 schools. Is it wise to submit photocopy of bank statement to school in this kind of scenario?
Thank you as I await responses.
Though I don't believe what you posted but if this is true, then show dem say na naija you be. Write 4 different application letter to request for your statement and address it to 4 different branches of your bank. Just walk in to each of them and get what you need.

Another option is, collect that one copy and if you live in lagos, just take the pain and go to a computer business center in VI and make colour photocopy. I suggestted VI because that's the only location I can guarantee clear coloured photocopy that will look like original. The choice is yours. Good luck

Remember you will also need extra copy for yourself in case of inca-country cheesy cheesy cheesy

God bless u bro!
Most schools I'm seeing are charging not less than 800/credit. Is there something cheaper?
You might have to keep searching... Just make Google your best pal at the moment and check on funding options as well.. or probably mail the schools to ask for their funding options. Am sure you will definitely get something tangible if you can devout your time.

Thanks man! Will sure research on that site.
A few questions please!
How do you school fees? Per semester or by credit?
I read somewhere that 12 courses is the required to graduate and 3 credit is to a course... Does this affect payment ?
What's the max that might be sufficient for the first semester is that how it's paid?

Please don't see them as stupid questions but would help me a lot!
It's no stupid question at all.... Actually you pay per credit per semester. I.e. you are been charged per credit, credit in the US means unit. For example in naija we have 4units course, 3units course etc, here its called 4 credits, 3credits etc.

If your school charges let say $10 per credit for international students, then you will be paying $30 for a 3credit (3units as per naija) course. But been an International Student, you are not allowed to enrol in less than 12 credits per semester, you are only allowed to take more which is advisable so that you can finish ur study on time.

Note: Not all courses are 3credits oooo... We have 2 credits course and more. It all depends on your school and the discipline u r going for. I hope this helps.

There is no two ways to passing anything called exam other than preparation. Have you gone through the exam practice questions? Try and listen to the speaking CD... It help alot... you can search for manuals on google with the keyword; IELTS tranning manual torrent download. You can get to download different materials with that

Actually, I'm changing my Discipline at the PhD level, from Physics and Education to Medical Physics, so I know little about their academics Terms in that discipline.

Thanks, But please I dont feel convenient Whenever I wear Glasses.

My accent is the major Problem for now. Please what is the best way to improve on my accent? I'm a typical Yoruba Girl.

I really appreciate your response. Thanks.
Interviews are one of the simplest thing I ever knew exists cos it's just a mere expression of yourself in whatever form it requires. But one thing you should never try to do is LIE! Just be prepared academically and be yourself. Be audible, smart and always ask them to come again when u think u r confused or u need a little time to think. Keeping quiet or the use of erm erm would not help you, instead give them the work to do by asking them to repeat their question and use ur naija sense to quickly think about ur response.

Most importantly SMILE!!!!! With the little time I have spent in the US, I got to know this is where u find the "fakest" smile. People want you to smile even if you are holding a gun to kill them. Each time you are not talking, put on your smile. I believe it's a walk - over for you anyway. Just put your guards together.

I pay $15 to have a haircut here in Tallahasse, (that includes shaving my beards). Barbing alone is $10. One day I told my barber that I use less than $2 dollars to have both my hair, beards and even nostrils well barbed back in Naija, the guy was just amazed. Actually I do pay 200 naira for my hair cut back then in Owerri
I wonder where unna dey barb oo... For Houston where me dey, Barbing na $4.99 and if I shave join I go pay $7. Except if you go to naija barbing saloon where dey collect $15

thanks a bunch bro, what school would you consider better? please can you name some for me? though I'm looking at these schools, west Los Angeles college, cerritos college, Santa Monica college and El CAMINO COLLEGE. is any of then good enough or should I look for better ones. ur advice would go a long way. remain blessed.
You are asked to look for better school and you are still listing community college.... Mr look for universities with good reputation in any state u want to go and after getting your visa, transfer your sevis record to the community college of your choice. Shikena

That phone bill is high, when I can get as low as $25 unlimited local calls and sms and international sms, and still buy a calling card for $25 and the calling card would be up to 700 mins of call to nigeria. I just needed a cheap calling card.

I will settled for the boss revolution as I get extra $5 after auto renewal and its tax free.
With my $50, I get unlimited Internet, unlimited local call in, unlimited global texting, 1000 min for calling local international line like starcomns and Co, $12.5 for international mobile lines at $0.03 per minute.

What what else do I need boss revolution for?

House, is there any other international calling card cheaper than boss revolution?
I use Ulatra Molbile and I dont need any boss revolution here... I dial directly from my phone and it's just $0.03 to call naija per minute while boss revolutuon charges $0.037. And I get $12.50 monthly for international calls. My phone bill is just $50 monthly and I can even top up my international calling credit with my credit card
