becomerich I feel for you but you know Mid-West has ethnic mix like the rest of SS and might not want to be in a Yoruba dominated country. Moreover there are Igbos and Ijaws there.

BEAF TRY TO REASON WITHOUT SENTIMENTS AND UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS.

Government is working with their faction to fight other factions.Do you understand what that means? It means civil war has started.

God help Naija.

Check the eye altitude. That's the confirmation. You do not have to reduce the size of Eastern cities to score your point. In the entire SS and SE,Port Harcourt is the largest city followed by Benin,Enugu, Aba and Warri in Landmass. In population,Onitsha might move ahead of Enugu,Warri and Aba because most of the buildings are 4 storey. In population PH,Benin,Onitsha,Aba,Enugu,Warri.

ITs no use giving us rumours and hiding names. If the Govt deserves to rule, they should arrest these miscreants.
Remember this is still a tabloid junkie until it is proven otherwise. My earlier comments were on assumption of this junkie turning out to be true.

However every adult that goes through that write up will notice a power play involving Gaddafi. It is not a hidden fact that Gaddafi is a US agent of doom.It is important that all Africans avoid Gaddafi's interference. The US predicted a war in 2015 and Gaddafi could be that agent to fuel the crisis.

PoliticsRe: 2011: Sponsored Militants Target Jonathan, Supporters’ And Oil Facilities by abagoro(m): 4:05pm On Nov 17, 2010
Assumption is not same as confirmation. If this turns out to be true, then dialogue is the only option left or we may be plunged into a full scale war.Gaddafi is a very powerful man but cannot impose anybody on Nigeria. The same goes for Obasanjo. My advice is for GEJ and IBB to quit for a free and fair election in which we can vote a competent man.

In as much as I have always been of the view that She is a square peg in a round hole,we cannot single her out with regards to that.Almost everybody in Government including the Presido,IG,Ministers,Governors,State and Federal houses(Remember Nnanna Uzor Kalu the sleeping Rep. Or P. Obahiagbon the comedian) all do not fit in.We can start with her but we do not have to stop till everyone in Government resigns and give us back our dear country.

PoliticsRe: 80% Of River State is Igbo people, who and why did they cancel Mid West zone by abagoro(m): 2:47pm On Nov 17, 2010
We are all saying thesame thing.Ikwerre is the single largest ethnic group in Rivers state. They do not constitute up to 50% of the population. They therefore need others to win elections.
PoliticsRe: Jan to June2010 Nigeria gave East 226b,north 247,mid West 70,yoruba 79(west) by abagoro(m): 1:34pm On Nov 17, 2010
Becomerich you are feeding ignorant people with false satelite pix.I will post the real one later.Warri,Calabar and Uyo are exactly thesame size while Benin and enugu is larger.Portharcourt is the largest.Show the maps without those red lining and also with the altitude showing at the bottom right.

I agree with you on the unconstitutionality of the states and zones.Only 4 regions were legally created in Nigeria but it was quite unfair considering the fact that the north had more population with only one region while the south had three.
PoliticsRe: 80% Of River State is Igbo people, who and why did they cancel Mid West zone by abagoro(m): 1:16pm On Nov 17, 2010
@Ibime.Ikwerre is the most populous. You skipped Emohua.Obio/Akpo and PH city has 40%Ikwerres while Ikwerre and Emohua has 90%.Ogoni is even 2nd before Okrika who are underated because of small landmass.Kalabari is 4th.Buguma,Bakana,Abonema are all pretty small.

No you are very wrong. The Ikwerre people have the largest land mass, but are not up to 50% of the population. The most pertinent fact though is that they have NO oil.
Why are you giving us false info?Rumuekpe,Isiokpo and Rukpokwu have oil wells.

I do not want to play politics with Jonathan. His endorsement is a political action and therefore based on so many criteria. As a member of Ohaneze Ndigbo, we discussed these things. Some of us believed that the timing is more important than going to the Press. We are all politicians, before you endorse him, he must have been a candidate, not an aspirant. There is a difference between a candidate and an aspirant. So, unless it is in your political party, you don’t start adopting aspirants when you are not in their political party. So, I think there was an error somewhere, maybe, over enthusiasm. An Igbo man should not be disgraced. I don’t see any wisdom on the part of Ohaneze Ndigbo at this juncture to endorse anybody, even if he were an Igbo man. They should wait. They are at the moment, aspirants in their political parties. When a man becomes a candidate, you look at other candidates and decide who to choose. That is what I call wise decision. But if you want to play politics to the crowd, you can adopt anybody at anytime. It means you are playing to the crowd. You are not being serious about it.
You see I am not alone in opposing this so-called adoption by Ohaneze.
Politics2011 : Ohaneze Endorsement Of Jonathan A Charade –vp by abagoro(op): 8:41pm On Nov 16, 2010
Vice President General of the Igbo apex socio-cultural organization,, Chief Enechi Onyia (SAN), has described the Imeobi (inner caucus) meeting where the purported endorsement took place as a charade. Since last month, the Ohaneze has openly stated that it is supporting President Jonathan in the 2011 election, hoping that he would hand over to an Igbo president in 2015. But Onyia, a lawyer of 49 years practice, and the Chancellor of Enugu North Anglican Diocese, told a select group of journalists in his chambers in Enugu that the Imeobi meeting in which the endorsement of President Jonathan took place, was not properly constituted. He said that the decision taken through a voice vote was stage-managed and hasty as Jonathan is still an aspirant who is yet to emerge as candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In that Ugbedo area, there is a mix of villages where you will encounter one Igala village then move on to an Igbo village and again meet Igala.Though not sure,I feel it might continue in this pattern till you meet Kogi.
