It is no news to me.Our leaders are useless and think that partial amnesty can work.We already made a silly mistake in the 1st amnesty instead of crushing the criminals.Arresting some people and terming them fake MEND while hosting criminals was the cradle of all these bulls**t.

It isn't just ex-Generals, political bigwigs like Odili and Atiku are neck deep in dirty oil politics.
Not just Odili and Atiku.Obasanjo,Danjuma,IBB,Azazi,Alamiesigha,Ibori,Kalu and even the so-called richest African.

Why do you believe that the present crop of politicians are not involved in bunkering too?

I have hints on most of those deals done in Rivers State. That is the reason why I still advocate for dialogue and true federalism. It is not right to kill and imprison used people just because you think that their services are no longer required.

If no the 4k outta here, if you have nothing to contribute.
You are too harsh to be wise.It is always better to enquire for links or proofs before you start abusing someone who might be more informed than you.

Find out about a place called Itu Mbuzo in Abia State.Google it or ask more knowledgeable people.

lwkmd!lmfao! na wa oh
on a serious note igbos and yorubas are not more intelligent than hausas.infact the northerners as a whole are intelligent and united. adamawa state alone has more ethnic groups than the entire southern nigeria!!. nigeria was just north and south during the amalgamation but igbos and yorubas divided the south into two.shortly after independence,we created mid-west from thesame south.notice that the north remained as single entity until 1967. the minorities have a voice in the north and have ruled as president of nigeria more than the majority hausa/fulani. babangida-nupe-8 yrs gowon-plateau-9 yrs abacha-kanuri-5 yrs the igbos, yorubas and all their southern brothers will continue tribalising while the united north will continue ruling.yet we think of ourselves as more educated, travelled and
exposed.     https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-350204.0.html

@Mikeansy,

Failure of leadership. The present leadership is too weak and directionless. Nigerians, and ND people now have an opportunity to assess this government and ensure they are kicked out come 2011
Going by beaf's comments compared with that of the core Niger Deltans(Ijaws),Beaf seems to attach more sentiments than the actual people.Could he be an Abuja based Politician?

He has never seen anything wrong with all decisions and statements made by FG so far.

Was it mutual unintelligibility (neither party could understand each other) or was the [un]intelligibility only one-sided (only one of the parties could understand the other)?
Mutual partial intelligibility. They were able to grab few sentences while unable to understand most.

PoliticsRe: Can Nigeria Trust Jonathan?: Please Vote by abagoro(m): 2:13pm On Nov 15, 2010
In what context?I personally do not trust religious leaders not to talk of politicians.

Secondly Jonathan has not made any statement for me to use as a reason for trusting or not trusting him.

IBB made a promise that he would de-centralize power and hand over to an Igbo in 2015 so if I was to vote on trust for that I would vote no.

Thank you very much mikeansy for being truthful.beaf has been here feeding people lies that boyloaf and co were freedom fighters.I lived at Amadi flats as a kid and therefore had some experiences although not as much as you did living in Borokiri.

Ateke Tom was a criminal who organised village boys to start collecting title from illegal barges and vessels used by bunkerers to lift crude oil from manifolds around the Okrika and Bonny axis of Rivers State.Asari formed his own group to collect title mainly from illegal bunkering operating around Kalabari axis. The story is quite long but they ended up creating a canker worm that has eaten deep into the heart of many ND youths.

PoliticsKidnapped Five-month-old Rescued By Rivers Police by abagoro(op): 8:27am On Nov 15, 2010
Anti-kidnap detectives from the Rivers State Police Command, yesterday  rescued five-month-old Ore-Oluwa  Ale, kidnapped in Port Harcourt, the  state capital on November 5 , by a  gang of four armed men and a  woman. It was gathered that the hoodlums,  who invaded the residence of Mrs.  Pauline Taiwo Ale at 22 , Orianwon  Street, Rumukwurushi, Port Harcourt,  abducted and moved the baby to an  unknown destination. The anti-kidnap detectives,  accompanied by Mrs. Ale, rescued the  baby near the Redeemed Christian  Church of God (RCCG), World Bank area, Aba, Abia State, after a tip-off. It was also learnt that the kidnappers abandoned the baby in the early  hours of yesterday, leading to the rescue efforts. The Commissioner of Police Rivers State Command, Mr. Suleiman Abba,  who confirmed the incident, said efforts were being intensified to arrest  the culprits. Also, men of the State Police Command yesterday arrested five  suspected kidnappers after raiding a camp in Deeken, Gokana,  Ogoniland. Mr Akin Fakorede, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) stated this  in a statement. According to him, in the course of the raid, one Mr  Thankgod Deezia of Beeri, Khana Local Government Area of the state  and four others allegedly involved in the kidnap of one Mrs Mary Kpagi,  were arrested. Kpagi was kidnapped from her house at Nyorkuru, Khana in the night on  July 23  and was been in captivity until her rescue yesterday. The PPRO also said the suspects who are undergoing interrogation by  the Police detectives have confessed to several other kidnap of  prominent personalities in the state.

Beaf:
Are you spreading false rumours in favour of the "deadly Efik/Ibibio" armed robbery group whose formation you claim to have insider knowledge of?
I hope SSS get on your case.
Beaf.SSS already know me because I have them in my office premises.I am an average Nigerian without affiliations to any group. They also know everything more than I do but they lack the powers to completely prevent it.FYI,I also have some ex-militants training on skills acquisition within my company.

It is easy to obtain these informations.Just shine your eyes and listen to the streets.

Beaf:
Dude shut up! Why do you keep calling me and then talking crap? If you are a member of your deadly Efik/Ibibio militia or an armed robber, govt will fish you out and deal with you.
Last time a bomb went off in Delta state, you were screaming this deadly Efik/Ibibio militia nonsense, forgetting that there are no Efik or Ibibio in Delta state. Mumu.
Abeg, make pesin see road jare!
I never said Ibibios exist in Delta okay.Try and listen to the streets if you actually live in Niger Delta.Nigeria is at the brink of an avoidable war just because of power tussle in the creeks.

I still predict that if proper action is not taken,MASSOB will go violent next year.A new militant group will emerge from Akwa-Cross axis.

May God help this arrangement called Nigeria.
The rumour is that Militants did not get money from the amnesty but the money was rather shared by some commanders with Timi Alaibe. The boys are feeling short changed. The solution remains dialogue.

The truth is that ACN is the party that will save Nigerians.APGA cannot win any other State apart from Anambra.

Where is beaf?

True federalism remains our last hope.

Watch out for the deadly Efik/Ibibio militia and MASSOB next year. This can still be stopped by just a simple decision.Ending unnecessary frame ups and true federalism.

I thought Ohaneze has nullified this so-called Eze Ndigbo.I swear if any of them(so-called Ezes) encounters me personally I will brutalize him.

They have the guts to take Ohaneze to court. The same Ohaneze believes it can endorse candidates on behalf of the entire Igbo.

PoliticsRe: How To Rebuild Nigeria by abagoro(m): 8:56pm On Nov 14, 2010
This is probably the best topic for a while.Nigeria is not a difficult country to rebuild. The injustice called Federal allocation is the bane of Nigeria's growth.True federalism will result in a natural and gradual return to normalcy and also end the assumed peculiarity of Nigerian situation. The senate and Presidency will no longer be attractive for looters but for those willing to serve. The first step towards rebuilding Nigeria remains true federalism.
