"As soon as the ball is kicked " that is the key, the direction of the ball can be judged the moment the ball is kicked. my friend it is not a guessing game.

ojofu: A keeper will wait for ball to be hit first before diving but some do dive for the ball if they know the direction the player will kick the ball to, for example casillas did this against chile in 2010 because he knew where sanchez will put the ball after being notified by reina, . I did not say that they should have jump before the ball was kicked but can make their decision to jump or not after the ball had been kicked. Note this, everything in football happens in split second, that is why they need total concentration.

I also find his positioning for the kick very dodgy indeed. Like he was inviting Messi to score on his left side. The gap he left to his left was so wide. So why didn't he dive when the ball got there? Where else was he expecting the ball to go? ALL VERY VERY DODGY.

Yes i know FOR FACT he couldn't see the ball..if you watched the match (like you should have been doing before arguing uselessly) you would have heard how enyeama was screaming at his wall (emenike, mikel etc) to move towards the left and cover the corner where messi placed his freekick but they didn't move quick enough.
