Waywardson6: First of all, I'm a guy! Next, you're performing comedy! Do you know some countries and some states in the USA allow children to get married at the age of 16? If such a child marries an adult, would you be against it? Why or why not? Remember it is legal and consensual.....You're trying to distinguish one form of human love to another based on the terms consensual because your notion that it is natural is straight up bullshit! Finally, you blame Africans for being against homosexuality but we've all seen the good homosexuality does for countries like USA, UK and so on. We've seen the erosion of the typical family, the increase in STDs and the madness from trans people to parents being told not to assign gender for their own babies.....The shit show continues, yes the whites brought religion and brainwashed Africans and now that Africans want to stand up against another brainwashing, you question them? No be juju be that? |

Waywardson6: You didn't answer my question and your comment is like comparing apples and oranges. Would allowing widespread homosexuality make Africa better or worse? You argued homosexuality has always existed but so does pedophilia and other vices but does that make it morally correct? Even if you say Africans should turn a blind eye, guess what? Who brought religion to Africa? Who brought Christianity and Islam to Africa? You gave people religion, you allow it to be indoctrinated into their very soul and now you want them to shun it for another white man's propaganda? How ironic! |
Politics / Re: Babangida Sarki: Kebbi Governor Sacks Aide For Posting Gay Content On WhatsApp by abbey621(m): 11:09pm On Jul 10, 2023 |
Waywardson6: Are you saying all these (poverty, rape, corruption, stop wars or even produced a cure for AIDS) are not present in non African countries? Sounds like an ad hominem, you're basically saying Africans and their culture against homosexuality is responsible for these things.....In your mind, I'm pretty sure you can see how comical it sounds Here's an hypothetical, would allowing widespread homosexuality including marriage make Africa a better continent or would it increase some of those things you've mentioned like AIDS, rape, etc.? 1 Like |

haslaw: The point is that you picked the extreme with your statement focusing on 30 million rather than in between. IVF definitely could costs 7-10 million for most people, for those with complications it could cost more. I already pointed out how so what are you still arguing? Learn to farabale, where did I mention govt. pays for IVF? Abi you no know difference between IVF and sickle cell screening? |
Family / Re: Genotype Issue. Please Be Rational ( I Am Not A Religious Person) by abbey621(m): 7:14am On Jul 10, 2023 |
haslaw: Firstly, you converted and stated it is between 7.6 to 30 million then you use 30 million as the marker? Funny Let me break it down for you, IVF is rarely successful at first attempt, there are also some preliminary work to be done such as hormones, meds, etc. Before you're even approved for IVF, you go don spend over 1 million on tests. Moreover, I'm pretty sure the OP is not talking about Nigeria because government no dey pay for shin shin not even genetics testing such as SS screening. |

Females be cracking me up......At this point in time it surprises me that most of them don't understand how the male mind works, they have no clue about the biological time clock and ultimately they can't see that when it comes to childbirth delay hurts nobody but the female. Just ask Pa Adams that married a 24 year old girl at the age of 78 and now has twin boys......Any man that supports a woman waiting years upon years before trying to conceive might be her enemy in disguise......JI MA SUN!

Where others see a burden you must see opportunity! The bag is already saturated in 9ja so come up with something more unique, if you have direct contact with the manufacturer, you can design a custom product that would use solar and can be waterproof or water resistant.....That would be a real game changer.......The sun wey dey 9ja just useless for most people, might as well make MOOLAH off of it 1 Like |

My advice to Nigerian men, have a lawyer on standby, if you're not struggling to eat and have started building assets. Some lawyers will only collect monthly retainer as low as 20k. Next, use technology to your advantage, when heading into an hostile territory like police stations, we have body cams that can be disguised like a button on a shirt or a pen, these small devices can be the difference between court sentence and acquittal. Finally, do not argue with police officers, in fact the less you say the better and remember appearance matters, how do you walk into a police station with slippers? No wonder they treated you like agbero 2 Likes |

Modern parents must be jack of all trades......80% communicator (E.g. When they misbehave, start with genesis, give him or her the story of their lives, narrate the story of the prodigal son while they stand with leg ache through the lecture, after 2 hours, double their chores and take away tv/entertainment, etc) 15% smacking or spanking( Extremely bad behavior, that devil in him or her must komot by fire by thunder and 5% MO LE WA KU(I CAN'T KILL MYSELF)........Grab a plate of jollof rice and turkey, beer/wine and GBOJU!

didymario7: Depends on how you define very relevant, that's not even my argument, all I'm saying is that official channel will become supreme and less people will patronize black market, from over 70% patronization to less than 20%. In sane countries black market is virtually non existent but in 9ja it is thriving because of CBN's incompetency. Once CBN and the government at large gets itself together, the value of black market becomes diminished! |
Business / Re: Naira Appreciates To N756.61/$ On Investors & Exporters' FX Window by abbey621(m): 3:26pm On Jun 21, 2023 |
didymario7: You just proved my point why official channel should be supreme to black market. If CBN gets its acts together through sound policies, less and less people will patronize black market. |
Business / Re: Naira Appreciates To N756.61/$ On Investors & Exporters' FX Window by abbey621(m): 7:44am On Jun 21, 2023 |
crismark: I never said it will be higher than black market rather if official channel makes it easy to transact in dollars, no scarcity, no limit restrictions on deposit and withdrawals etc. If these things can be put in place, majority of sane people would prefer to transact using official channel than black market. E.g. You want to pay school fees for a course abroad or buy a car abroad from a dealer? There's no reason you shouldn't be able to do that through your bank! |

Agbegbaorogboye: I'm not the type to argue about illogical things hence I'll take a direct approach, he's the president now so I'll only hold him accountable as an elected official. You can choose to hold him accountable for what has happened Buhari's administration even though he was not elected by you and owes you not a DAMN thing......That's your cup of tea, that's your right and you are entitled to me but what you are not entitled to is me giving this more time and energy.......REST IJN! |

Basicend: Naira cannot thrive again without removing those economic policies which crippled it. Naira devaluation is not to the point of 750 Naira to 1 Dollar, do not let anybody deceive you! Shortage of FX, restrictions on deposits and withdraw etc all played major roles. I'm glad you mentioned export but what exactly are you exporting? 1 Like |

Agbegbaorogboye: Years of economic and fiscal abuse won't be resolved in a month or even a year, let's not put the cart before the horse! One can also argue that it is because of government's intervention that things got so bad.....The cumulative policies by CBN has brought the Naira to a point of waterloo, immediate and precise action is necessary to stop the bleeding. Ecowas framework is a joke, a fantasy of those dreaming of El Dorado....Let's leave that for now, small wins are needed in order to attract bigger ones. Let the economy open up which attracts investors which leads to more employment and in turn a stronger Naira. Yes the government has given us no reason to trust it in the past but let's be hopeful that we can at least stop the disaster and start making positive gains.....No be everything be doom and gloom |

Agbegbaorogboye: Notice the word I used....'MOST'......The market should mostly dictate Naira's value with the government stepping in only at the extremes such as high inflation or unemployment. You're right about policies but those policies should not hinder the free market! |

Basicend: You're obviously joking......What exactly are you cushioning? We've all been crying about CBN's nonsense Naira policies, we've all been angered by the subsidy scam yet you want him to wait for what exactly? Perhaps another 200 billion from China in order to keep fuel at less than 200 Naira is what you meant? |
Business / Re: Naira Appreciates To N756.61/$ On Investors & Exporters' FX Window by abbey621(m): 9:31pm On Jun 20, 2023 |
didymario7: Have you handled 100,000 dollars before.....Basically walk into your bank and tried to withdraw 100k dollars? Maybe that's too rich for your blood, how about 10k dollars? Those of us wey dey handle that type of money know the response the banks gave, from no cash available to CBN restrictions. This resulted in most of us patronizing black market for our businesses. Before you shout lies, ask your friends, boss, mentors etc where they source their dollars from! |
