CHELSEA......WHEN IT COMES TO FINALS.......WE'RE INEVITABLE ![]()
|
Foolish judgment but at the same time can't blame the judge, na see finish cause am. The asylum seeker should have gone to court with cases on Canadian policemen accused of bribery, bruatlity or excessive force and asked the judge, are these peopel inadmissable as well? By letter of the law, a crime committed by one does not implicate all, otherwise every police in advanced countries would be criminals! |
More power to her yansh......May her breasts continue in gigantic glory ![]() |
That's to show you, Chelsea do not want to sell him......he's still the striker most likely to emulate Drogba and now that he has proper competition, he'll either step up or go down in flames ![]() |
This is still baby addiction, you've not reached professional level yet.........You haven't stolen just to gamble, you haven't slept with OS knowing you don't have shin shin to pay........You haven't sold someone else's property just to gamble.......Heck, you still dey chop, you never used the money to gamble or carry OS so tey na only your head dey big, the rest of your body na stick ![]()

If we asked the pops now, him go talk say he paid for his schooling, gave him pocket money throughout, he fed and housed him as a child all while struggling on a salary of less than 50k per month. If you asked the mother, she would say things were tough and she had to sell in the market to support the household. If they asked you, how many times since you crossed age 16 have you brought income to the houshold, you go open mouth and say but I was a child na. If them asked you how many times have you checked up on your papa to know if he was sick or suffering from depression, you go talk say you have your own problems. Your parents might not have shown you the modern day definition of love but they could have easily flushed you down the toilet or abandoned you at the orphange, you're even lucky your papa did not abandon you and your mama thinking his life would be so much better without responsibilities. All in all, move the f*ck on man, you're an adult now, learn from it and build your own family filled with love!

Congrats man......In this economy people still dey birth twins......Tinubu must hear this......I dey come ![]() |
free2ryhme:Again you're arguing with yourself......I specifically stated I'm not arguing the moral angle but legality....Why do you insist on bringing up morality? Please if you're not going to listen, stop wasting my time.....PEACE! |
free2ryhme:Again I'm not here to litigate the morality of this but the actual legality, annulment is an actual legal document, Hisbah clearly did not initiate this, the initiators are the parents and Hisbah must still process it through Sharia court in order to get the actual annulment document. Further, if you have examples of children of the Northern elites marrying without parental consent please share. Any other thing is just mere speculation! Sounds like you can neither prove or disprove the theory hence the argument lacks merit! |
free2ryhme:Why don't we apply common sense here, is it police that would annul a marriage or the court? Police can only serve you the annulment papers but it is the actual court that issues the ruling. The article's failure to clarify this is what I'm pointing out not the moral justification. Next, why would powerful people ridicule themselves this way? Sons and daughters of powerful people are so concerned about their inheritance they do not dare disobey their parents. You'll never see the children of powerful Northern people marrying someone without parental consent hence there's no case to present. If you have an example please share, as far as I know, not one single example exists! |
free2ryhme:You're being mischievous! Hisbah is the enforcement arm of the Sharia court of appeals in the North. Sharia was formally recognized by then OBJ government and is very much legal in the North. The article is actually a bit misleading, it was not Hisbah but the Sharia court itself that did the annulment! |
Well considering the North as well, I would say the most popular food in it's raw form is GARRI! Nothing else comes close in terms of affordability, quickness to prepare and adaptability.... Garrium....Saving lives since 1960 ![]() |
mymen:ZERO BALL KNOWLEDGE! Even Enyeama grew up wishing to be like Rufai ![]() |
baralatie:I'm sure if the prosecution was told that was all he could be convicted of they would have opted out and waited till more solid evidence was available......Now he'll serve a couple of years and be set free! |
Said it from the start this was not a RICO case, prosecution thre the kitchen sink at him hoping something would stick, instead of going for the easier charge of domestic violence, drug use and distribution, they wanted to embarrass him and use sentiments to perhaps swindle the jury......Even after serving his sentence, he'll still have many civil cases that will cost him millions! |
Some of una lives don spoil una no just know.......Nigerians, tell them this thing would save their lives but let the message come from someone they don't like and gbam, they'll ignore it and end up kpaing instead,,,,,,,,,,In no place in the world what he just wrote would be seen as a negative but for 9ja, mbah una still dey fight una sef upon this simple gesture......No be juju be that? una mumu never do?
|
doncartel:They are only criminals when you no dey chop for their administration, if them wire you 2 billion and gave you one position where you go dey chop money and get fat, wahlahi you go begin sing T-Pain na our papa be this o ehhhhhh ![]()
|
RodgersAkpafu:That's not how the U.S justice system works, civil in this case only means no criminal punishment not that the evidence/burden of proof should be lessened, remmeber U.S courts operates on precedents. Even civil court cases can be appealed and then ultimately end up in Supreme court which requires that higher burden of proof. |
CommonSense1967:You're wrong! Trump already tried this in his first term and lost about 70% of the cases, it is one thing to denaturalize, it is another to actually win in court. The court prioritizes terrorism and criminal elements over minor ommissions like you just stated and in fact in the case of Costello v. INS, 376 U.S. 120 (1964), the Supreme court affirmed that even as a naturalized citizen if you commit minor crimes, you cannot be deported or denaturalized! Further, read below for the burden of proof required for actual denaturalization granted by the court, see the part where it says the evidence must exceed those used in criminal cases? This let's you know that simple ommissions is not the ball game here! The court cannot set aside a grant of citizenship “upon a bare preponderance of evidence which |
Una go beat eachother las las.....Coalition of mumu men . Instead make you pally with T-Pain make he make you his vice and then easy ticket to the presidency you dey align with serial losers.....Your eyes go clear soon ![]() |
Education is not the problem, the problem is thinking education automatically means employment......THIS IS A HUUUUUUUGE FALLACY! For 9ja, you must be able to wear many hats, the jobs are very limited so you must not only be a candidate but a problem solver. The search for a job begins while in school, develop those skills outside of the textbook, develop your brand, have a strong linkedin profile and gain experience through internship or something similar. Be honest with yourself, how many of the theories wey dem teach you for class is actually applicable to the current 9ja job market......VERY VERY LOW! Na mouth most of una get, to show workings be like juju.......E.g Computer science graduate that can't analyze simple database queries in SQL, no be failure be that? |
In short, this is the mindset of majority of Nigerians. If no be their man na corruption but if it is their person na connection. Nobody gives a damn about Nigeria, most of y'all would call monkey uncle if that monkey is able to feed and clothe you.......SHAME! |
Mumu people dey schedule games during work hours for summer in the USA? No be juju be that?
|
More and more will end up in prison, people say Nigerian youths are into crime because of poverty and joblessness......NA LIE! Some are into crime because of their love for material things, oppression and luxury. Give them US citizenship and they'll still lament why they must do legit work for a decade or more before being able to afford a house.....IDIOTS! |
The first question should be where's the court order that declared him wanted? NAPTIP has no authority to issue arrest warrants! Next, wetin concern cyberbullying with NAPTIP? Na reason why some cases dey get dismissed for court on administrative or technicalities be this o, due process na afterthought for 9ja ![]() |
Another child that would rather come online to spew nonsense than to actually go for complete checkup to rule out any issues, even the most competent of doctors won't tell you masturbation is harmful, they'll instead tell you anything done in excess is harmful! Go for complete checkup, test your blood, your testosterone level , only then can you know for sure what's wrong with you, don't let anybody lamba you and send you in panic mode.....GET THE DAMN CHECKUP! |
Many of una really think when it comes to drug abuse we are only talking about the popular ones like coke, heroine or weed. Prescription drugs are rarely talked about hence the bias with the areas listed. Goto Ikoyi and Lekki, see how rich people dey abuse medicine like candy. Hydrocodone, Tylenol 3 or 4 and other opiods......Drug abuse goes far beyond what many of una can ever phantom! |
Irony1:That was never my argument, I only commented on the age part, the rest is beyond my perview! |
sammiewrite:You're spewing nonsense and your lack of exposure shows, even people who are fully healthy are screened out of most jobs. If we kpaied everyone with vision and hearing problems some of the greatest people in history would not exist.....Do not let your logical ineptitude speak as facts! Life is full of challenges yet we don't cut off our heads for headaches......BE WISE! |
