Your screenshot indicates what USA imported from China compared to what it exported (trade balance reported by US), how does that co-relate with your original claim that China was losing 75% of its export market by fighting USA, while USA was only losing 25% by fighting China (also incorrect).

You can see it had nothing to do with the actual argument of who pays more tariffs.
