Why would I be 13 year old and why does that matter?

Most of y'all lack critical thinking skills......What the heck is special needs? Make we define it first, is it ADHD, BPO or Down Syndrome? Is it physical impairment like missing limbs or slowed speech?

It might look unusual to you but it really isn't, my set had a 14 year old who was taken college classes as part of a program that allows high schoolers to get a head start. It's not even a Gusiness book record, we've had 13 year olds or younger that actually GRADUATED college, now that's the real record
