Haha, for which passport again? The only time u ever have to write anything is if you are applying for a minor abd what you are writing is letter of consent. Application letter is printed from their site. I just did mine last week and it was a renewal.

My niece applied January 10th and the closest available dates was April 14th , I mean at Shagamu center.

But today I see someone posting available dates in same shagamu to be February.

Wow. Applied 15th, captured 31st.
Shagamu is not eligible for rescheduling though. You may try reaching their helpline though

Capturing date - 20th January
Collected it on Monday 30th.
Although, I paid for express and it works out as planned..

Centre? Most of the big centres have capturing dates well in the future. Only a few have next day capturing

I went for my capturing today at Alausa passport office and due to all the information I gathered here, the process was easy for me. Thanks to you all.

I got there exactly 7:12am and the queue was long ehn. Chai. I sha queued for a while with everyone that wanted to capture but later borrowed myself brain and went to the front. An immigration lady asked if I registered online and she verified my documents, I bought the 500 naira file and I went inside with her immediately.

Pls always go with your original documents and make photocopies too.

I was allowed into the building and was directed to servicom. They arranged my files and I went to one other office for stamp.

Then the long wait started, in all, there was no serious discrimination and no one asked me for money. All the officers did their jobs well.

I didn’t pay a dime apart from the file I bought. Just ensure you have all the necessary documents

Local Government Certificate
Payment receipt
Guarantor form and data page
Your Nin slip
2 passport photo graph
Birth certificate.
That’s all.
I am done with my capturing oo. Thanks guys

Thanks. Can my guarantor use a passport from 2018? Its still has a few month left on it. I saw guarantor's e-passport as the requirement andni'm not sure those from 2018 are e-passports too

You're welcome. Mine was renewal, I didn't use the guarantor's form, but yes you need to include it with other documents for fresh application. At the time I did fresh, I went through an agent who did all the heavy lifting. So I'm not in the right position to advise on that

Good Evening, Planning on doing partial DIY for myself and family I intend to register and pay online, then go close to the capturing date and see if i can get an officer that can make the capturing and production easier. Does anyone know the current available dates for the centres below:

1. Alausa
2. Sagamu
3. Ibadan.

I am thinking of Sagamu though my travel time to Alausa and Sagamu are similar.

Can someone also list the documents required especially for a minor. Will keep reading the other threads and hope i spot some insights to my questions.

Hmm. If this is verified, then there is credible evidence that:
1. Soldiers fired live rounds(they already confirmed that the went with both blanks and live rounds.

2. Shots were fired at people with live rounds(official story is that blanks were fired into the air)

3. People were at least injured in the melee.

Given the level of details provided, this should easily be verifiable or debunked.

As an aside, it reeks of poor journalism that Punch will publish this without any investigative journalism of their own. What happened to visiting both hospitals, getting independent proof that this happened or did not? Why must they always depend on foreign media for this?

I have a CRV 08 with AC issues. Issue started after repair damages caused by a front impact. The mechanic told me his boys cut a hose or something. The AC man fixed the cut(he said he did). AC work a week and started blowing hot. I've called about three other guys now and the evaporator and filter have been changed yet the gas keeps leaking. One used soap and water to check and found nothing. The AC works well for around a week after refill then nothing.
I got a new guy who is asking to repair the condenser and refill for 15k. I'm tired of just wasting my cash.
NB: the ambient temperature no longer shows after the impact. Dont know if it has effect.
