Hello all, I tried calling my wife yesterday but I couldn't reach her for hours. When I finally got home, my wife complained to me that her Redmii note 4 sim network went off and its not reading SIM cards. We have tried all we can but the networks for both Sims won't just come up.

I know how it looks because... Eyes.

Yet I was pleasantly surprised.

I realised that I don't need an empty page to stare into, a single functional page is works better for me.

Being minimalist doesn't necessarily mean you love empty pages

It's not for everyone but I'm sure one or two people here will absolutely love it

Sometimes I hardly see the contents on the screen especially when I'm playing games like dream league.

It's okay on websites and WhatsApp but I couldn't bear it on games so I turned it off.

You can download an app that allows you to set the brightness for different apps. You maintain autobrightness for most apps and still get the brightness going up or down in specific apps.

Why do you want autobrightness off?

If you want to save some battery juice then you can leave it near the minimum brightness with the caveat that you may not be able to see your phone clearly, especially if you have to use it in sunlight. It gets quite annoying cos you have to manually turn it up, often at times when you quickly need to do something.

If you use it outdoors a lot, just keep autobrightness on.

To get your mind off it, go and download a ridiculous new theme and new font.
Change your font size to biggest or smallest
Do the same with display size.
Your update will come before your brain gets used to the new changes.

If you like, go and brick your phone because you're installing one custom rom or another.

Miui13 will soon drop and your troubles will just begin all over again

Xiaomi also does some stuff others don't. So does Samsung, so does Apple... So does Tecno (microusb for life).

If they have a feature you like then use it but can you please stop acting like you just arrived in 2020 from the dark ages and huawei is magic to you.

You like huawei, then use the phone.

Dude, slow down and try to listen.
Your phone isn't useless and if it's doing all you need it to then it's okay.
If you're looking to make a change then you can get more recent huawei devices, maybe even something in the mate series.
If you're happy with what you have then leave it at that.
But stop the comparison with newer models, that's just not how anything works.
Phones don't undergo fermentation like wine so they don't get better with age

In one part criticizing people for being wowed by the pass and in the other admitting that you used to be wowed by a particular player (Scholes) who used to do those. Simply meaning it is wow-worthy.

You missed the consistency part.

I wasn't captivated simply by the player's pass on one occasion but by his ability to read the play and make those passes with shocking consistency and accuracy, over and over again.

The skill in question is only really noteworthy when you demonstrate a mastery of it. One time isn't a demonstration of mastery and it certainly doesn't require a parade, especially from a player that flip flops consistently

I dunno if that's correct but i remember i used to be wowed by a particular midfielders ability to locate his forward almost to the point that it seemed there was a magnet involved

Also it would have been much better for them to say that taking a knee should be optional rather than being compulsory for all players............. mixing football with politics is a very dangerous acts.............. infact FA should immidiately apologize for banning the use of poppy (a figure that seeks to honour world war 2 fallen hero soldiers) on players jerseys, because it is also for a noble cause ............................................. I wouldn't be surprised if players from now henceforth start to displays political figures and messages about various oppressive regime and evil act committed by their various government in their singlet and displaying them during matches (they will be justified in doing so, because it is also about a noble cause of freedom)......... I hope this will not bring about double standard, since political freedom messages can be express, I believe that no one should be denied freedom of expressing his own freedom political message.
And forcing everyone to kneel irrespective of their opinion is bad for a global fundamental human rights of freedom of taught and expression................... Football is a game for all (whether white, black, brown, purple etc) and the message displayed should be inclusive to all races,... Not pitting one race against another.............. AS FOR ME, "all lives matter"
