This type of ugly & irresponsible situation is very common among my people. This is a bad attitude that must be corrected. funny enough, i was not even thinking of multichoice, hisbah has become a government unto itself and no one can challenge them, worst is that APC controls the state and they have the blessing of the Governor, so, no one can challenge them.
