The governor, political gladiators in the state can never be exonerated, the attack is fishy. How can gunmen invade a police headquarter and no one was killed of the unknown gunmen.. Does police headquarter look like just regular police station? A headquarter that houses many different units of the police force, different combatants, ready to be mobilized any moment. There's something they're not telling us, the whole operation, counter accusation is totally not adding up. No one can attack a state police headquarter with no one losing their lives, it's still hard to believe, it's so fishy. Even the terrorists in the north have never dared attack a police hq talk more of the east.

If the daredevil unknown gunmen can attack police head command in imo, and still free inmates, then it is just a matter of time before they send hope out of office and take over the government house. Imo state insecurity is just a ticking time bomb, they should not let insecurity in the east become like the north, because in the end, it's the weak old women, young women, poor people's children, innocent and defenseless men that would suffer it while the so called rich would be in fct and send their wards abroad.

Well, there's no best time to get married, I feel one should do that when they're very much ready when their own set Is are dotted and ts crossed. For female, it's African that they marry early while for guys, they can still try to hustle to ensure financial stability, grow more maturity and build an understanding of the female folks. I've learnt that, when it comes to women/marriage, one really have to be very patient. Only few of my female friends get married to their age mate, because ordinarily, most young guys are still trying to find their feet.

Lawyers don't enforce court orders!
Lawyer writes a petition to the Police against the frozen account holder. Police makes a court order demanding the Mandate, KYC & BVN of the frozen account holder. The KYC contains the photo & residential address of frozen account holder. With the BVN available, letter will be sent again by the Police demanding why account was frozen(was it used to receive ransom or proceeds of crime/fraud e.g Yahoo wires). On receipt of letter details why account was frozen, CBN is notified & money will be reversed after owner of money has summited an affidavit from a court of transfer to a wrong account!

With a court order its straight reversal, theres no difficulty. Attempt is only made to notify the recipient of the order and when he cannot be contacted the order is still applied. You only write to the court confirming applying the order without customer's consent So the court is in the know. We deal these everyday. Some are even transfers to wrong accounts. 123 account in XYZ bank credited instead of 123 account in QPR bank. We reverse when a court order is presented.

The ones you deal with, are they with frozen accounts?

A simple court order will compel the bank to unfreeze the account and reverse it to it.

Simply get a lawyer, tell him you u did a wrong transfer to the man, provide an alternative account number claiming that he is the person you wished to transfer to.

It will be treated as a wrong transfer and you get ur reversal within 5days of a confirmed order.

Don't think it would be that easy, even with court order. There are laws guiding the banking sector which the judge would make reference to, the only thing they can do is make move to unfreeze the account. The account owner must make move to unfreeze the account. The owner of the account himself must be dubious to have been unable to unfreeze the account multiple times, involving EFCC if possible would unravel the mystery behind why the man dishes out frozen account number for transfer. The owner of the account is hiding something that hasn't been said. Jane, what you think?
