Thank God. The killer of Ugwa Jacob will never go unpunished. And they will also pay for kidnapping my friend's wife (Susan Kevin).

Meanwhile, both Ugwa Jacob and Mrs Susan Kevin are natives of Abiriba not Ohafia.

you cannot withstand Orji and Ikuku in rigging. Abia election is always rigged. Ikuku is the next governor of Abia state

That was then; both of them put together cannot match OUK now.

Upon that Ikpeazu is a full Ngwa man from Obingwa LGA, it wasn't easy for him in 2015 due to the fact that he was anointed by T.A Orji; is it his son Ikuku T.A Orji (the most hated family in Abia State) that is going to win governorship in 2013?
Politics / Re: See The Anointed Next Governor Of Abia State- Pictures by Abiriba1stson: 11:36am On Oct 10, 2020
Abia1stS0N:
Chinedum Orji aka Ikuku is the speaker of Abia state house of Assembly, he is also the son of the immediate past governor of the state- TA Orji.

Abia state has been under the tight grip of godfathers since 1999 till date. There's no meaningful development in Abia state because godfathers and their godson usually share the state allocation in Abuja before it could get to Abia state. This explains the bad roads, under development in Abia state. Abia state is clearly the worst state in Nigeria in all areas including development, security, economy, etc.

Presently there's a major push for Ikuku the son of the immediate past governor to take over from gov ikpeazu. Ikuku was made the Speaker so he could be a check on the governor whenever he tries to deviate on the plan of handing over to him(Ikuku) to become the next governor.

My fellow Abians lets discuss. What's your take on the situation in Abia state

My brother kindly be informed that the next Abia state governor is coming from Abia North, Arochukwu/Ohafia LGAs precisely.

Both Abia North people and Ngwa people will never allow anything T. A. Orjis to be governor of Abia state governor n 2023; not even now that Orji Uzor Kalu have regained his relevancy.

More than 12 names on that list are men from Abiriba kingdom now in Abia state.

ugo4u:
A document that contains a comprehensive list of major donors for the construction of Sam Mbakwe airport in present day Imo state, as posted by Sam Hart, this is the only airport in Nigeria and the west African region to be built by the people. It is worthy of note that this was done barely 13years after the fraticidal Civil war that almost wiped out the economic power of the then eastern region. Honestly, the resilience, never die spirit and industry of the Igbo man ought to be studied and replicated across Nigeria. I buy into the school of thought that the Igbos have the key to unlock the economic potential of Nigeria.

This is a great piece of history. May our names be in the good books just like Mordecai when history is revisited.

Your post is totally alien to us because it is a pure lie.

I said we don't practice such backward traditions in Abiriba you said is lie. Are you OK? Why do you people always think your traditions in Anambra/Imo is the tradition of the entire Igboland?

Please ar u a lawyer and what is actually law about this. Is it just the sake of being the biological father of the baby or there is any other thing that we may need to understand.
Traditionally in Igbo land if a man has not paid the bride price of the woman, the father of the woman owns the child.

Please say "some part" of Igboland.

You people should stop using the traditions and cultures in Anambra and Imo states as the traditions of the entire Igboland.

That's not the tradition or culture in my hometown - Abiriba, Abia state. In my hometown, if you impregnated any woman you are automatic the rightful owner of the child.

In Igboland every parts has their own cultures and traditions. We don't have anything like OSU in my hometown. And no barbing of widow's hair.

I don't know how these guys used to think..

Davido as it stands now is not the rightful owner of that child.

How can you claim a child you've not done anything on the mothers' head.

Chioma's father has greate and 100 percent claim on the child than Davido...........Thats just the fact.

Stop saying that nonsense is Igbo culture because in my hometown (Abiriba, Abia state), any man that impregnated a woman whether out of wedlock or not is the real father and rightful owner of the child.

Ebitu Ukiwe? A man that was a military vice president and did not do anything for his village (Abiriba) not to talk about Igbo generally? If these people listed above are Igbo leaders then we have no leader.

Carefully look at the picture you posted above; do you honestly believe that the bread and picture was really taken in the sixties? Brother you guys should repent from evil as there is no gain in doing evil.

Zoharariel:

Shut the fvck up! The is the price you pay for your avarice, over-ambition & greedy lust for power.

In the early hours of January 15th, Kaduna Nzeogwu disgruntled over a list of items with the ruling political class and with disdain for certain regionalists, led an army of fellow Igbo Majors and a Yoruba, Ademoyega Adewale, in a military coup against the political leadership of Nigeria.

Kaduna Nzeogwu’s Igbo squad killed the premier of the Northern and Western regions but of course left the Igbo Eastern premiere alive.

He killed the Finance minister (Chief Festus Okotie-Eboh), who was Nigeria’s #3 man, but left the number #2 man. Azikiwe was left alive.

As if that wasn't enough, an Igbo bakery made a loaf of bread, depicting Nzeogwu as the Saint in the ‘Saint George and the Dragon’ medieval crusader story, from the 7-11th century.

The loaf of bread had Nzeogwu as Saint George, standing over and  killing Sardauna, who was depicted as the bleeding dragon.

This depiction was highly provocative to a welcoming Hausa-Fulani, still licking their wounds and being hospitable, after an unprovoked Igbo led military coup and assassination of their finest.

This triggered the first inter-ethnic crises in the North. Igbos fled to the East, and returned only later under guarantee of their safety by president Ironsi.

Later that year, in July, General Murtala Muhammed, taking advantage of the precedent, led a very bloody, 4-day coup and overthrew the Ironsi Government.

At this stage, Igbos in the north were highly targeted in outbreaks of ethnic violence. Thousands were reportedly killed, though the numbers can not be verified. And this was the episode of the Igbo exodus to the South.

Deal with it! The Igbos were certainly the cause of their predicaments and we will keep reminding you each time you choose to blame everyone & everything else for your woes.

OUK is politically irrelevant in Igboland because he did nothing for us during his time as governor of Abia state, and we Igbos don't follow our leaders blindly be you a governor, king or president etc. The reason why we stand with some of our politicians at the federal level is because of Nigerian system where Ahmeds and Tundes sees Abacha, Buhari, Mohamed, Tinubu, Fashola and Femis as saints and turn around to paint Stella Odua, Ngozi and Emeka as corrupt.

I hope you enjoyed your stay in Abia state. And I believe you have seen how friendly and accommodating we are to strangers. If you still want to know more on how good we Igbos are, kindly visit different towns in Igboland most especially my home town Abiriba.

But I always read comments from Muslins saying that Hitler was right in trying to wipe the Jews out from the world. So why are you Muslins now calling him (Hitler) evil man comparing him to Trumph? Can you see the level your wickedness and hypocrisy? To you Muslins Hitler was right in killing Jews but Trumph is an evil by saying that he will stop Muslims from entering into USA; what a wicked religion.

elhakiimed:
It is not unusual how criminals hide under chaos. Some to become rich, others to be powerful, and some just to be devil.
Donald Trumph is using Islam as a bait to get what he wants, but there are so many things he doesn't know.

1. Islam is not restricted to Arabs or Africans.
The statement to ban Islam by Donald Trumph only shows the extent of people's sudden loss of intelligence when want power.

2.America economy is at stake if half of Muslim present there decide to do hijra.

Afam 30% of the problem in Aba cannot be solved in 8 years. There might be pockets of construction works here and there but it cannot be noticed because the level of decay is much and tends to swallow the little efforts of Ikpeazu. Abians need to work together to help Aba but there is an unhealthy ethnic divide there.

This is a very wrong statement bro, I'm from Abirba but I and most Abians always pray for Aba to develop because Aba is home for all of us, that was the reason why we Abians hated TA Orji so much because he did noting in Aba. During TA Orji tenure, I use to tell people that we should give an Ngwa man power because they are original owner of Aba and as the owner he will try to deleop Aba for our own good because Aba is very important to us.
