I don't mean to hurt your fragile emotions. but your arguments are always too sentimental and emotional.

You speak of Nigeria based on what you read on the main stream media, or stories told by your relatives, we face reality here.

Sufferingandsmililing guy keep saying trash and you agree with him, because you both don't reside here. The guy has internal issues and comes here to display them occasionally. This is one of such occasions. We were arguing with Him until we discovered that his sense of reasoning were grossly underdeveloped.
I argue based off of what is on main stream media is laughable if you’ve been on this thread long enough you’d know and by the way I don’t care about a strangers opinion on me so you may continue I couldn’t careless. I don’t follow any main stream media or stories told by my relatives what in that conversation was wrong, involving the power plants, farming and literacy there was nothing false in thst conversation I would rant but it’s getting quite late

If you go to the beginning of my post on the future of Nigeria and when I was explaining myself when I join nairaland right we have a serious problem with education you cannot just give farmers like to rent when this farmers are not educated you have to give them the correct education in agriculture to produce. How many percent of farmers today have even a degree in agriculture how many percent of farmers students in Nigeria have any certificate or training on agriculture. You cannot just get illiterate and you want them to produce you have to train them or else we will be in the same problem as right now
Well farming isn’t always about literacy but I get your point, as far as I know you don’t necessarily need to have a certificate in agriculture ti be a successful farmer, but the fact that some farmers are illiterate is why agricultural produce is so expensive, because they allow literate middlemen to dictate the price for them, if they were literate they would be able to negotiate good prices which are good for them and for the people, which is why our education sector needs to be restored just as much as our power and health sectors.

Another thing which I am very angry with when they are building dams in areas which are prone to drought if previous government have cancel those dams because of lack of water. Every Tom Dick and Harry in Nigeria does the biggest place which water in Nigeria is the niger river and the southern part has the highest water flow of the niger river. It just frustrates me when they spend so much money on a area which 15 to 20 years ago it was facing severe drought now they are building a dam in that area
Exactly like the kashimhilla dam and zungeru dam, when they could easily dam the river south of lokoja, but I think the problem is there are more settlements, industries and farmlands in tne south and if they build a dam, lakes always develop and is the government reslly willing to compensate the people for all the kind they will lose as a cause of the dam.

IMF: Nigeria Remains Largest Economy In Africa, 26th In The World by ijustdey

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has said that Nigeria maintained its lead as the biggest economy in Africa, in terms of the size of the country’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

But globally, the IMF, in its recently released World Economic Outlook (WEO), reviewed by THISDAY yesterday, ranked Nigeria the 26th largest economy, with an average GDP of $442.976 billion.

The computation was based on nominal GDP, which does not take into account differences in the cost of living in different countries.

The IMF, recently returned a gloomy verdict on the Nigerian economy for 2020, declaring that the nation’s economic outlook was challenging.

The multilateral institution, in its recently released 2020 Article IV Consultation on Nigeria, had stated that the country’s economy “is buffeted” from side to side by a cocktail of issues, including the uncertainty over the COVID-19 pandemic, low oil prices, capital outflows and balance of payment challenges.”

The IMF had stated: “The COVID-19 global pandemic is exacting a heavy toll on the Nigerian economy, which was already experiencing falling per capita income and double-digit inflation, with limited buffers and structural bottlenecks.

“Low oil prices and sharp capital outflows have significantly increased balance of payments (BOP) pressures and, together with the pandemic-related lockdown, have led to a large output contraction and increased unemployment.”

In its estimation, the IMF said supply shortages have pushed up headline inflation to a 30-month high.

[
It said: “Under current policies, the outlook is challenging. Real GDP is projected to contract by 3¼ per cent in 2020. The recovery is projected to start in 2021, with subdued growth of 1½ per cent and output recovering to its pre-pandemic level only in 2022.

The IMF report, which acknowledged the efforts of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to rein in inflation, however, maintained that despite an expected easing of food prices, inflation is projected to remain in double digits and above the CBN’s target range.

“Following a significant decline in revenue collections – from levels that were already among the lowest in the world – fiscal deficits are projected to remain elevated in the medium term,” the report stated.

Recognising various policy measures put in place by the federal government, the Bretton Wood Institution still believes there is need to put in place more broad market reforms in order to address the pressing balance of payment pressures in Nigeria.
Nigeria is going to rebase it’s economy last year, it is estimated to be at 600-700 billion dollars nominal after the rebasing of it.

You are just like me my parents left Nigeria when I was only 5 years old. It looks like we are in the same boat. But I disagree with you a lot of times the reason is all of this massive project government cannot be borrowing money to do massive projects when they are a lot of Nigerians with money out there do you know the biggest cashew farm in the world is owned by a Nigerian in Brazil. Do you know the third biggest coconut farm in the world is owned by a Nigerian outside the Country. We need to receive from a government-run economy to a private
The government shouldn’t have to borrow money to mechanize farming, signing contracts with private companies, where the farmers rent to own at a subsidized rate by the government would work to increase productivity in the industry and with introduction of constant power supply manufacturing companies would be forced to come into Nigeria, and i actually was unaware about the cashew and coconut farm problem, but really and truly coconut trees can be grown in badgary under a working nation, badgary would be a resort town and an agricultural town most of badgary should just be fisheries and coconut trees, I’m not sure where cashew can grow in Nigeria but all I know is mechanized farming + Constant power supply = Massive Economic Growth For Nigeria And Massive Job Creation
Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Abohboy: 7:52pm On Dec 29, 2020
The has problem is true as well, I don’t see the difficulty in the building the power stations at the source, the niger delta region should be where all our power plants are because that’s where all the gas comes from there, in the north they can survive on wind, solar and hydro whilst the south can depend on hydro, tidal and the gas power plants but without restructuring this won’t be possible

We Nigerians never want to tell us the truth if you take farming in the country the high levels of illiteracy is not making farming profitable. Instead of building factories up and down they must educate the Farmers so that they can get more production this is one of the biggest problems in Nigeria. Look at dangote's instead of him invested in farmers to plant sugarcane he went to get a huge sugar cane refineries and today what is happening he still import and he still import salt. If there is no raw material what is the use of building factories a lot of superstitions are idle because there is no gas for them to run. Illiteracy is Nigeria's problems instead of building the power stations where the gas is from they go and build the power station in the northern part of Nigeria where there is no gas and right now
And illiteracy actually helps the government as long as the people are illiterate they will continue to vote them in, the problem isn’t necessarily literacy in farmers it is that they are subsistent farmers, farming is not mechanized and that the seeds they use to grow the said plants are not modified to adjust to drought, pests and they are not grown to produce more. Under a competent government they would have started a program to get all farmers tractors, start mass irrigation projects and to give farmers better seedlings for better growth, which is why I’m waiting for 2023, Sowore is the solution to Nigerians problem I don’t care what anyone says

2023 will be the changing point of Nigeria to see if the people have truly changed, if they have then AAC should get minimum 1 million votes but it depends on how they conduct themselves in future, if PDP and APC are the only ones getting million plus votes then Nigerians haven’t changed and the nation is truly a lost cause.

I agree with you with this one but we have two different Motives of achieving a better country you said you ran away from Nigeria because of lack of power you can see that the country was not going in the right direction. The problem with people like you you are part of Nigeria's problem you keep on pressing the country when the country is not going right. Nigeria is still the one of the biggest food importance in the world, do you know who use rice factories have just passed up in the country this month Lake rice has totally collapsed and rice Limited niger Basin both of these countries have gone under in December
For once your actually telling the truth because there was mass flooding and it wasn’t my decision to leave Nigeria it was my parents back in the day, I have never once lived in Nigeria they left because of military rule. I think the only way is restructuring, secession is tok messy and risky but restructuring allows oduduwa, biafra and arewa all to act as their own independent nations under the federal government akk they have to do is pay a tax of 20% of revenue so federal projects can be finished like airports, ports, highways, military etc. It is the only way for Nigeria to succeed as a nation, and Sowore is aware of it.

Nigeria still remains king, I we got a constant power no African country would ever catch up with Nigerian even without power we are large agricultural producers, manufacturing hub of west africa and a significant manufacturing power in Africa as a whole and the amount of people that would come back, in fact the main reason why my family left Nigeria was because of lack of power supply we couldn’t run our factories and the noise of the generator fuels were something else. With constant power you can expect massive economic growth along with thousands of companies moving into Nigeria to manufacture products. Doctors, teachers, scientists, lawyers, accountants etc, in the diaspora would flock back en masse, but alas it is but a dream we need a competent administration come 2023, no more PDP or APC I know this isn’t related to the thread but for the Nigerians out there, there are only three parties we can vote for in 2023
AAC led by Omoyele Sowore
YPP led by Kingsley Moghalu
NYDP a party yet to be registered but keep an eye on them they make claim the votes of the youth in 2023

Do you know TZ is bigger in size than Nigeria? Do u know the distance between Dar port to Kigoma on a west side coast is 1,200? Dar to Kagera on Uganda border is 1450 kms?

Here you are saying Lagos calabar is 1,000 kms which is a lie. The correct distance is 700 kms.
Again from Ibadan( they call it ibaado) to Kano is 721 kms!

The reason why you resorted into lies is you want to appear a giant by force! Stop that. No need to lie. Nigerian problems are common to most of African nations. If you will overcome, that will be a good classroom for others to learn.but trying to lie is a big letdown from you.Don't try to be someone else.
Guy your actually a nonce I told you they are building double and triple tracks meaning that the 721kms you mentioned would be doubled or tripled accordingly equaling 1400km of railway I said it but you can’t read, and size doesn’t matter Japan has more railways in km then a lot of countries larger than it

What does this have to do with anything I said, Japan being nuked helped in part because America had to pay funds for the recovery of Japan which they used to rebuild their cities, but keeping to their culture helped them quite a lot

I can't agree about ugliness just because they are not all completed. In a 2,500 kms long railway, one should avoid judging things prematurely when only 3 stations are completed so far.

Mind you,Tanzania has constant electricity. We aren't stupid to electrify the railway without constant power.
That’s just a lie and you haven’t even achieved 100% electrification access on top of it. Also Nigeria is building a lot more railways then a mere 2500kms for Tanzania it is actually quite poor. We have Bonny island - maiduguri ( 1100km) Lagos-Calabar ( 1000km) itakpe-Abuja ( 450km) Ibadan-kano ( 1400km) then lagos-Abuja ( 1100km) by the way you can halve all of these because they are double or triple tracks so I accounted for that so all in all we’re doing other 5000km of rail in the next ten years along with four new dry ports in ilorin, Ibadan, kano and Abuja.

You shouldn't talk of modernity if the trains will run on diesel. The day you do electrification, that is when I will agree on modernity story you try too hard to sell. Differentiate between modernity and beautifulness. Your station might be beautiful, but its surely not modern.

This will be Africa's most beautiful, most modern station

Dodoma...
When it starts construction and we can see it follows the render we can continue, but notice how they haven’t officially released pictures of these renders and you can only find it in one picture very suspicious don’t you think. Added to that Tanzania doesn’t have constant electricity anyway and Nigeria is going to electrify it’s railway in 2025, the trains we bought work on both diesel and electricity and it is cheaper to build the rail line first then electrify it, because at the moment Nigeria desperately needs railways and the government knew this so they couldn’t wait time on electrification just admit that the Tanzanian train stations are ugly and we can move on, construction hasn’t even started on the station in Dodoma and it’s clear.

As against those that believed the universe was created by an explosion?
If you look at space today you’d understand why this makes sense, how the gases came to being is unknown and how this “higher being” came to being and started the process is also unknown but by simple science it is clear that gases are constantly colliding creating stars and new solar systems over billions of years and that old starts die and give out they’re energy to create new starts one again in line with the Yoruba creation myth, where Akamura appointed an irunmole to make sure that there were cycles in the processes and that whenever an old star dies a new one is formed by that same energy, as it said in the ese

How come the predictions of the bible are coming to pass even in modern days . Its a book of prophecy
Like what the predictions of the ifa divination have consistently come true last year in June they did an odu ifa for the coming year and it read coming tragedy caused by our negative social environment and that of our enemies, guess what struck the following year a pandemic a sudden tragedy which was caused by the negative social environment of people that being eating bats.

Odu ifa also predicted the victory of Buhari, added to that the yoruba creation myth makes a lot more sense then any other creation myth, and in the creation myth it talks about how the Orishas created over beings before us humans came into being, these beings were said to be human like but stronger and more spiritual, our ancestors oike homo erectus, homo nakedi were all human like and stronger if they were more spiritual we wouldn’t know

In the creation myth it also talks about how at the start there was an endless cosmos till an otherworldly being brought the gases together to collide and create the first stars. The Yoruba creation myth goes in line with the Big Bang and expansion of universes theories showing how it correlates well with science

The Yoruba religion is the most accurate religion in terms of when it’s in line with science and it accurately depicts things proven by science unlike Christianity

Kenya has more train stations and all of them are modern but most of them don’t compare to the Lagos terminus, the Ibadan and Abeokuta terminus are of the same standard as the other ones you showed other than the fact that your designs are much more varied, but with the new ones hopefully there will be more variety four different new lines under construction totalling other 3000km, Bonny island - Maiduguri
Ibadan-Kano, Lagos - Calabar and itakpe-Abuja. All of these will open up Nigeria a lot more if they’re all completed before 2025 then I see Nigeria going very far,

Foolish talk. The countries on the good end are serving who? You hide your head in the sand thinking Christians and Muslims are only found in Africa. Wake up, more than 70% of the world claim to be religious whatever and wherever the country and quality of life. The biggest and the best universities, politicians, doctors, soldiers, engineers etc all over the world claim to serve God. Stop being deceived to think only your family members are religious.
Look at Asian countries the difference is that hey stuck with their religion same goes for European and Arab countries but we blacks switched to the religion of our oppressors and now we think that their religion is a way out of poverty and we hold them in high regard for their religion, but now times are changing Nigerians and Africans as a whole are waking up you clearly aren’t one of them, they are waking up and going back to their traditional religions and languages and it is well with all of those who make the said decision, just remember that if they control you spiritually and mentally then they can forever keep you in bondage.
