Kobojunkie: Coming from someone who wouldn't agree to have her daughter live in the same school hostel with a 'girl' with a d**k.I'm sure even Biden wouldn't tolerate such but it's okay to agree to anything that looks like freedom. ![]() |
LilMissFavvy:Nothing is certain and we don't have enough evidence to say that only one party lied against another. It is true that federal hospitals don't carry out abortions, but that's a law on paper. A staff could have done that by merely prescribing a drug without the knowledge of the "hospital". It's left for the girl and whoever attended to her to prove their case. |
Tinubu did not teach you well, madam. Involving yourself is not as important as saying the right thing at the right time. That thing you said about Edo women while campaigning in Benin says a lot about your involvement. Tinubu's desperation to have you and your husband win the election is not a moral lesson to anybody. That being said, I love how you describe your husband and his contributions to your success. Buhari is a good husband and father. |
LilMissFavvy:Both ruined each other. I don't see a problem with that. If you believed the girl's side of the story without reservations, you should believe this too. Besides, the guy mentioned "witnesses like mother in law". You skipped that on purpose? Since, according to the op, his mother in law knows about her daughter's abortions, I don't see why we have to judge one and exonerate the other. |
Kobojunkie:How do you integrate this? https://www.nairaland.com/7080509/two-female-prisoners-fall-pregnant |
habsydiamond:Prisons for trans? You want to put confused men and women in one prison? |
Comorbidity at work. |
Kobojunkie:...because animals know better. When I see trans goats and gender diverse dogs living normal lives, I will. |
Kobojunkie:To integrate: 1. Trans and gender diverse people properly into the society 2. Same-sex marriage |
Women "protect" their abusive partners for many reasons. Two of these reasons: 1. To protect the make-believe reputation and perception of the outer world. 2. Because some women are abusive. When you realize that you pushed your partner to the wall with your mouth, action, or attitude, shame won't let you speak up or seek help. Justice is best sought when your hands are clean. Imagine insulting his mother and you get a slap in return. How do you report this issue to the society that expects you to respect your elders?? By and large, only women can protect themselves by: 1. Marrying sensible partners 2. Don't tolerate abuse 3. Report issues that threaten your life and peace and 4. Learn to walk away. Take a damn break. |
Kobojunkie:It takes foresight to understand true intents. Save this page. |
Kobojunkie:All lies. The actual intent of gender equality is what we see today. The whole agenda is to do away with male and female dichotomy. It has started with the recent wave of so called trans, and gender diverse people. Soon, the different types of genders will be too much the West will be left with no choice than discard gender terminologies entirely. That's the whole agenda all along. By 2050, there would be no such thing as male or female. Everything you need to achieve with your idea of gender-based rights have already been captured in our basic and fundamental human rights. |
Kobojunkie:Since it is about equal rights to everyone, why make it a gender-based right? Why not colour- or age-equality or skin-equality since blacks are known to suffer some of the worst inequalities in the world? I like to believe that more people suffer discrimination on the basis of their age than sex. But we are not ready for that conversation. I don't believe in gender equality because I can't seem to understand the term "gender-equality" in the context of "equal rights to all". It is another Western hoax. |
Old age is supposed to be a time to relax and spend quality time with your children and grand children (for those who want this kind of life) ![]() |
Saw these posts somewhere on IG but I wasn't surprised. Facebook is where the real Nigerians are not fake celeb posters on IG and savage-seeking and clout chasing Twitter users. If you want to know the mind of the average Nigerian, just go to Facebook. These comments look very ridiculous but the truth is that many women in Nigeria tolerate cheating and abusive spouses. We only come to Nairaland and Twitter to condemn these things but the reality is completely different. Now to the post. I have some reservations. First, where is the actual OP, where the woman narrated her ordeal? The word "rape" has been overly abused lately and I'm learning to respond carefully to "rape" related issues. Nevertheless, whether it is rape or mutual sex, the man has failed in his responsibility as a "father" and he deserves no mercy. However, it must be noted that "rape" did not appear in the comment section. Whoever narrated the story should provide the original post with the word "rape". A 15 year old is still a baby as far as I'm concerned and deserves to be taken as one. We can't but also blame the society where 15 year old girls have now been made to look like 27. You see them with wig, full makeup, and can hardly tell their actual age. Today, even toddlers are now forced to wear wig and makeup with "buba" all in the name of fashion and photoshoot. Age of sexual consent used to be 21, but now it is 18 and 16 in some countries because of this fvcked up mentality. But that's by the way. Should the woman leave the marriage? Well the reality is that many (most actually) Nigerian women (and maybe men) have been cheated on at least once in their life whether they know it or not. Many women have been cheated on so much in their past relationships that cheating don't mean sh!t to them anymore. Telling them to leave a marriage where the husband foots the bills and give regular and good sex because of cheating is like sending them on a suicide mission. Many women who have cheated on a man sometime in the past also do not think that leaving a relationship because of cheating is the right thing to do. We only come online to speak against these things but the reality is different. The entire relationship and marriage lifecycle is fvcked up. |
specialmati:Check Google for the role of the vice-president of Nigeria, then come back to read your post. |
specialmati:Who is your best vice president in the fourth Republic? Sambo? Who is the most hardworking and the most active vice president you've ever known/seen? Sambo or Atiku? What team grounded this country? National economies operate on fiscal and monetary policies. Osinbajo is not in charge of either. He was not responsible for the appointment of Kemi Adeosun or the current finance minister (fiscal). He also wasn't responsible for the appointment of the current CBN governor (monetary) You may have to read up the role of the national economic team again. The team has no power whatsoever to disburse funds of any kind. Osinbajo has no statutory power to instruct or direct the affairs of the CBN. Where is your analysis during Sambo's period? How come none of you held him responsible for the economy?? Lol. |
Saw the video. Omo, those boys are heartless. At this point, no right thinking person should risk his life voting in that region until Buhari provides 100% security. Peter Obi needs to take his campaign to the North, South-South, and South West regions. As far the South East is concerned, the total votes from that region won't come close to 1 million. Whoever is going to win the coming election (presidential) needs more than 15 million votes. Buhari had 15 million votes in 2015 and another 15 million in 2019. |
MadamVanessa:Keep shut, woman! If he wanted to lick arse like most of you, he would be rooting for his state governor, Yahaya Bello or any other aspirant from the middle belt. But sadly for you and your likes, many people in that region are not nepotistic and ediotic. The bottom line is that Osinbajo is the most qualified candidate of all the known presidential candidates. |
He's here for Cubana's Show/Concert not "Easter" Concert. Nigerian Christians will always shame and disgrace you with their lack of understanding between spirituality and worldliness. "Easter Concert" should be reserved for the likes of Sinach, Joe Praiz, and co. |
Discuss your travel plans with him and wait for his response. Failure to get a response from him regarding his accommodation plan in 24 hours is enough reason to eject him from your house. A sensitive person should know what to do, especially one that is close to 40. |
Framed:That was an improper diagnosis. Blinking cleans the eyes. Yawning too. |
Omo. They wasted that man sha. Buhari's perpetual weakness and vegetative state have rubbed off on the the police, the military and paramilitary forces. |
Men cry for the right reasons. ![]() |
BowlingTall:The military administration of Col. Buba Marwa introduced RRS. Like every other past and present governor of Lagos state, Tinubu did his best to transform the crime fighting arm. But the truth is that the administration of Fashola did x10 of what Tinubu did and can ever do for RRS. Fashola and Ambode administrations >>>> Tinubu administration. Everybody knows that Fashola was a better governor than Tinubu but it's okay to lie and deceive the Gen Zs. |
Brainless aspirants everywhere. |
Baba, we are no longer in the days of NEPA. Now we are in the days of GenCos, DisCos, TCN, APGC, NERC and over 20 other organisations in the electricity sector (with different roles and interest) that will render your brain totally useless. That was how Fashola sat in Lagos and made similar statements Nigeria no be Lagos Island. |
For marriage to happen, a magistrate or a clergy must be involved. For divorce to happen, it takes only the presence of the magistrate, not the clergy. Whether your pastor believes in divorce or not, he can't help you with that process, so use your head. He has no legal powers to break your marriage. |
Amaechi is the most un-presidential candidate in the history of Nigeria. Arrogant and careless talker! |
E no dey pass tricycle, wheelbarrow, and grinding machine. Du.mb i.diots. |
Iragbiji in Osun needs you bro. |
