But here in Naija, everything is 5-star.. From LE-meridien to Four Seasons, even though these brands are not usually known as 5-stars in the US and EU.. On the average, 33K litres of PMS =N250,000 from Lagos to Asaba, to Abuja is about 350,000 per trip plus their N3-N5 per litre profit=90K to 150k. So per trip, u make about N400,000.00 gross. If you lower you prices and sell faster, u get more GOVT PEF. This has nothing to do with deregulation.

You don't understand anything about porr harcourt, so don't argue.

Enugu road network out-classes PHC's in all ramifications. Engu urban planning is far much better. PHC is riddled with shanty shops, pot holes, blocked drainage, street markets....
Mind you Enugu's budget is a quarter of Rivers

PHC is no where near Enugu in terms of urban infrastructure and serenity. Get caught up on Aba-PHC traffic and ur day is over.. Why? Cos it's a one city state with one major entrance highway into the city.. ABA rd.
