It's very funny how people blame Coutinho for his lack of form. Look at what is happening at Man United and make una know what Man Management is all about. This Valverde is both shit and very unfit to be at the helm affairs of the club. But No,We have a board that is rubbish

Valverde And Suarez are our problems What's with this pass to Messi rubbish. Why are we playing a very high defensive line knowing that this Lyon side has pacy wingers. Why are we not exploring their right wing??Why is Dembele cutting in instead of moving wide??What with the obsession with Suarez??Valverde with cost us this champions league angry angry

If I hear say Valvershit sell Suarez. Players like Suarez, Boateng, Vidal, Paulinho and Rakitic give him intense orgasm.
He should drop Suarez and move Messi to that false 9 role.He returned Busquet to his DM role and dude has been very solid for the past few games.Messi should been done the same

It was just one of those days.

It happens.

Look forward to Lyon.

Perhaps we need to have an option of

Coutinho Messi Dembele

Whenever Suarez is off.
That's what am saying.Move Messi back to that false 9 role and play Malcom and Dembele in the flanks. We are playing with 10 men with Suarez on the pitch and we have Malcom and Dembele who are really picking up that form that will see us have a really good shot at the champions league. This is where Valverde is really annoying me

Am a big critic of Valverde but he did nothing wrong in this game. Our biggest problem is Suarez. He's the one that will cost us champions league and God knows Guardiola wouldve shipped him off.We need Harry Kane.Imagine Messi supplying Harry Kane.Imagine with half of the chances he gives Suarez.Dude will be our highest goal scorer

We may win this match as the opposition has been really wasteful. D koko is UCL as over reliance on Messi will be our undoing.
We are not over reliant on Messi.Rather what we have is Messi doing his job and Suarez job at the same time.Because rather than giving it to Suarez who will waste it,you at least give it to someone that at can make something out the ball.Thats how Suarez is

Messi's worst performance??The guy is his worst performance couldve easily had a hat trick of assists. He was disappointed in his performance and if Suarez had half a brain,Dude should've had a hatttick which in turn couldve given Messi something to hold on to.Imagine putting your worst performance and having a goal and 3 assists.

I think the team is lacking that important form. They play as if they are thinking of the next match and just want to get over their immediate opponent.I Think its good though as we are not currently losing

Moving Busquet to his DM role has really improved us defensively. For some games now he has been our best player. Pique has also been very solid.Vidal was good today as he won so many tackles and balls.

Messi has been Messi with Injuries. For games now be has lost a lot of balls and seems to be lacking that confidence.Anytime he goes on injuries,it takes time for him to really pick up his form.I knew he was going to miss that penalty as he lacked that confidence to play it.Coutinho really played well and gave a little bit of that Liverpool Coutinho.

Suarez is a waste. That guy is so unreliable.Messi in his worst state is better than this Suarez. We can't rely on this guy for Champions league

Finally,I think the team is lacking Overrall confidence.Maybe it's the team trying to avoid injuries.Maybe it's the fixtures we have and we just want to go over them without trying too hard.Dont think we have done bad so far

There's nothing like STEM Engineering.

No. 5 & 7 are clearly an unnecessary duplication.

Should one go to school to study No. 6? can't it be a module in a Marketing/BA programme?

Isn't No. 8 = No. 1?

There are no absolute Lucrative course(s).
All currently seemingly lucrative or non lucrative courses are enjoying or suffering from such things as;

•Barriers to entry.
•Total admissible slots in all Nigerian Universities.
•Administrative professional requirements(or lack of it) by the professional bodies on these programs.
• Current economic situation/policies.(Demand and supply of certain skills)
•Societal literacy and enlightenment.
•Rule of law and prevalence of Justice.

Any course that thinks it is indeed lucrative should expand the admissible slots for its programmes in Nigerian schools, limit professional requirements (i.e. make them optional not obligatory and allow the flotation of competing professional bodies in its industry) and liberalize its activities.

I am not advocating for less standards though(there can be a middle ground) BUT scarcity heightens value. and THAT is the game any so called 'Lucrative' profession plays above all.
Nah.Software Engineering and cyber security are no way closely related.Cyber security has to do mainly with securing anything that mainly has to do with Internet while software deals with using advanced softwares for doing stuffs like Robotics,API and data analysis. 2 Worlds apart

Study Electronics Engr or Computer Science and add extra Qualifications like CCNA,CCNP,MCSA.

Become A Network Engr with the above. This are World recognised certifications. So chances of getting jobs outside the country is high and entry level for those with CCNP in Nigeria is 150k while you can make as much as
2.4mil/month outside with the same CCNP

Semedo has been very solid first half. Busquet has put in the anchor performance he has been known for years.Vidal played with tension for few mins but settled into the game.Needs to be taken off though as he hasn't offered much.Coutinho is a LM not a LW.No wonder he has been struggling so far as he had drifted into his natural position. We need Messi as No 10 not as RW as he has been dangerous so far.We need Malcom in this match. We need to press highly press this team as their defence has been shaking while pressing. And a Dembele in this game will change a lot of things

Malcom lost a lot of balls in the first half but he kept on tormenting Marcelo. He played under a lot of self imposed pressure and that was why he lost so many balls in the first half and missed that chance.Hes dribbling was very good but he's final ball was what let him down. But he heavily improved in the 2nd half.He calmed down on the ball and had a lot of energy going forward and back.Hes was by far the best player on the pitch in the 2nd half

This was same scenario with Dembele. He played under that same self imposed pressure. But when he calmed down, his true self emerged. The same thing is going to happen to Malcom.Give this guys game time with Messi taking them under his wings and watch what will happen with Malcom and Dembele on the flanks

Suarez was shiit.Hardly tracked back.Wasnt even pressing and worst part was not integrating with Coutinho and Malcom. That guy at times is an asset and at times it feels we play with 10 men on the pitch.smh

Coutinho's role is really affecting him.Busquet lost possessions too.I think De Jong is a perfect replacement for him.An Arthur De Jong Combination will be magical.Messi lacked that match sharpness and fitness.

Semedo was really giving me headache in the first half.Him pushing really high gave Vicinus a lot of space. The guy didn't explore it well.Semedo came back to his game in the 2nd half and if not for that extra quality Dani Alves gave us at attack hes still lacking in his game, dude was very solid.

Lenglet is our weak link.Way to score us is to drag out Pique and put the ball in Lenglets position and its a goal.Dudes positioing is very poor and he doesn't cover Pique. Why that guy is still playing ahead of Murillo,I don't know

All in all,I expected a draw game.Think Madrid really played well and gave us a decent game.We have a lot of games coming up and I don't want to see the team trying to win them all.Games like today,a draw was needed We need the players playing at the highest level with no injuries. At least we can now go and win at Bernaleo

Whatever you do, do not perpetuate falsehood to further a point. The stats are completely contrary to the points you have made.

You claim any decent CM can make 100 passes but he make more passes than any CM in the league. How does he do it? Is this a miracle or are all the CMs in the league that 5hit ?.... If we believe he is that rubbish. Are the numbers falsely added to his stats?

You claim instead of him standing in one place, he should be like Paul Scholes creating spaces for his team mates, yet he is averaging 12km a game and top 3 in the league with distance covered? Where is he getting this distance from if he is standing in one place? How do you think he averages that much distance? Because he is constantly opening up channels of passes for his team mates and never standing one place.

The fundamental difference between Pirlo and Jorginho is their mandate within the specified tactical system. Pirlo was mandated to find any player, so a long ball option was open to his role. Jorginho plays strictly to his mandate at Chelsea, short passes within the channels and he does so effectively. Because he is not doing it the way you are used to, does not mean he is doing nothing at all.

Why is David Luiz using the long balls and Jorginho isn't? Because each man is playing to their mandate within the tactical system. It's not because Jorginho sees a players and lacks the ability to make a long pass.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbyPhHKnebk

Seek the evidence if you don't have it.

If he is not using long balls, it is because his tactical mandate suggests that he doesn't. That's why I said blame Sarri or whatever you want. But pleaseeeee..... Jorginho passes. That's what he does. Stop claiming he cannot make long passes, doesn't have vision or doesn't find players in spaces. It is just not true.
Passing is useless if it's not serving it's sole purpose which is to create opportunities for attackers to score. So if a Regista is averaging 90 passes/game with the game going to goalless draw, then he's not being effective with the ball.Barca at their very best were averaging 500 passes per game and we're demolishing teams. If you play Mikel as a Regista,he will do Jorginho's numbers comfortably well.Passing, receiving the ball and playing it back to defenders and goal keeper will give you those numbers.Makelele was sold because the then RM president wanted him to distribute the ball to attackers and not packing up statistics by playing the ball back

Again, how is distant covered the same as creating space for one self.Lmao.A regista by nature doesn't need to have speed or cover so many distances to be effective.Pirlo,Scholes are perfect Registas that nobody knows them for their speed or distance covered. That is why Pirlo had players like Seedorf at Milan and Vidal at Juventus. The only concern of a regista is to drop deep to create space for people like Kante,Seedorf etc who have high work rates to cover those distances for them. And if hes opening up those spaces as he should, then nobody will mark him out in games because it's either a striker marks him thereby leaving his sole duty which is to score or a CM or AM will do the job which then leaves that extra space in the midfield for others to exploit.Any Good Regista that knows what he's doing has no business being out marked in a game. That is why you hardly heared that Pirlo had a bad game.Because no matter how bad a game was for him,he did his job unless he was totally outclassed which was very rare

On this issue,I have always said Sarri is dogshit.Because he's playing a Regista in a system that utilises wingers and plays short possession football. That can only work if hes playing a diamond formation.Which then again makes all those 200 passes or whatever to be useless because it's not carving out anything for strikers to feed on.i have always blamed Sarri for that. But if Jorginho had vision,he will be playing key passes and carving out chances even in that short possession kind of football because players like Hazard drift into the midfield and not drift wide when trying to create spaces to score.Pirlo for example wasn't just a master at long balls. He was pretty effective at short balls and had great vision in short key passes which Jorginho lacks.Am not judging because of Chelsa.I have watched the guy play with Italy who rely on long balls and I can tell you he's very useless.

How can you say "no matter the pressure"? There is just no evidence on earth to back this up and you know it. What you are seeing is a manifestation of many opponent's perception of the futility of such of move.

The truth is Iniesta and Modric play for teams where targeting a player makes defending as a unit potentially dangerous, because there is always another player just as effective. Therefore the whole plan is non-starter. So because you hardly see this done, you assume Modric "no matter the pressure" will not be marked out of a game. No conclusion can be more wrong.

If you put Modric as regista in Sarri's system and then Kante and Barkley alongside him, he becomes infinitely easier to mark out. And this is exactly why it is easier to mark out Jorginho.

Conversely, if Jorginho played in the same role alongside Verrati and Modric in midfield, and Hazard, Salah and Aguero in attack, who becomes the target? Opposition teams will have to approach defending from a different angle, focus less on man-marking an individual and suddenly Jorginho becomes infinitely more effective.

Jorginho is not an average player by any stretch of the imagination. This dude averages 90 passes per game consistently when not man-marked. Easily the player with the most passes in the league (over 150 more than Laporte in second place) and he's not even in the top 40 for most minutes played. Which means his passes per minute is infinitely off the charts. You don't do that by being average. You don't do that by being lazy either. Jorginho covers an average 12km per 90mins, putting him easily in the top 3 for distance covered in the PL. More than Kante who is known to cover the world (correct as at the last time I followed the stats).

Chelsea's problems are not Jorginho's fault. It is not his fault either that he gets targeted easily. He gets easily targeted primarily because apart from Hazard, the whole Chelsea 11 are not dangerous with the ball. You can blame Sarri's system or blame something else, but less of this Jorginho thing abeg. It's not like he's Bakayoko who loses the ball before it reaches him.

This is why I don't get the overall premise of this argument.
Bro,Stop trying to give excuses for the guy.Any decent CM can be play 200 passes and cover a lot of grounds.Doesn't take anything out of this world to complete 100 passes in a game especially if you play against teams that are afraid to press.Any team that implements the Regista role must utilise Wingers as the functional role of one is to pick out those Wingers who usually open up when he gets the ball by playing long diagonal passes to them. This is what Chelsea have in Hazard,Pedro and Willian.

Also know that Registas can be considered as "False DMS".So if hes been marked out by the opposition which is normal for any Regista,It's his job to adjust to the tempo and tactics of his opponets by adjusting his position on the pitch to create those required apace for himself.Scholes did this a lot.Any game Scholes was heavily marked,he created those extra spaces by being a deep lying midfielder in order to create freedom for himself. He didn't just stay in one place and wished that his opponets didn't mark him so he can play.So for Jorginho It's either he builds up play by dropping very deep by being the extra man in defense,in this case the player man marking him is either forced to follow him or drop back, which then gives him the freedom to fully express himself or a shield in person like Kante us provided to crowd out the midfield and disrupt the opponets plan

Vision and ability to position is a must have for a Regista which Jorginho heavily lacks.Even if he is giving that freedom as what was seen with Chelsea's earlier season games,he just transitions play from defense to attack nothing more.Hes the focal point of the whole team so it's only natural teams will want to take him out.But that is not an excuse as you cannot compare a Regista in Pirlo to this guy.Check out the difference between the two.And this is not because of any Sarri tactics as I have watched this guys numerous games for Italy and he simply is shiit.Sarri is very useless and will soon be sacked but this guy just can't carry the responsibility his role demands

Anyways, back to Chelsea. I will say what I said before.Sarri is a 1 dimensional coach that is using lack of strikers as an excuse to cover up his lapses. He plays the same formation Week in Week out.I can easily predict his starting line up,game strategies and formation next week.I know the exact substitutions hes going to make in the match. If I know all this as a spectator, what then will happen as a coach. He doesn't adapt to his opponets formations, refuses to play Kante in his natural position, thinks Kante should be shooting, heading and scoring as a midfielder and ffs, thinks Jorginho is the next Xavi. After everything,is either he blames the whole squad, blames lack of strikers or blame Kante for either not scoring enough or not covering Jorginho where as he's busy trying to score. This guy is a clown and I don't see him lasting more than this season on the job

So you think if Fraudiola is not satisfied with Fernardinho he wouldn't have bought another? So Fernardinho can't mark, can't run like Jorginho? Have a nice day brother.
Simply because he 90% of the time plays against teams they dominate.Kante protecting Jorginho will make him look world class.Play him against good midfielders and watch him go into oblivion. This is ratings from the match against Belgium in the WC.Note that I didn't see this ratings before and I just pulled it from the internet just now because I remember watching him as that day and knowing how poor he was in that match. He also left Dante and Luiz open against Germany in 2014 and lost possession that led to a goal in that match.Reason I brought this up is because this is the highest matches he's ever played and to show his deficiencies against better teams.Hes a very poor midfielder

Didn't see the highlighted before mentioning Fernandinho's influence in Fraudiola's team. Now that you mentioned it, what do you think made Fernandinho important in that city team?

Busquit in Chelsea, defending for Alonso? cheesy Say no more.
First,Fernandinho is just there.Nothing special about him.He is the Jorginho of Man City.He loses possession under intense pressing.Just get good midfielders that can keep the ball and press then you would see he's very useless. With good players that do their job in attack he's good. But go toe to toe with him in the midfield,he fumbles.

He is important to Pep mainly because Man City doesn't have another DM.So it's only natural that for a coach like Pep that plays DM system,he will look important because of his role.Noting more, nothing less
