This man is a VERY BIG THIEF. Goodluck promised him he would succeed him then they went on a looting Sprey. Making him dole out funds to politicians of all parties was a way of buying influence for the So koto prince . I am sorry SE / SS youths, your hero Goodluck is a very useless, corrupt and clueless opportunity water.
If you guys don't condemn him God himself has already done it

bcus d economy now depend on d #50 stolen from masses bank account. Even a jobless youth whose broda sent money to feed himself will also forfiet his #50. Wake up nigerians
We have woken up to the fact that Jonathan and PDP ruined the future of youths. There is a range of palliatives coming for the poor the likes of which has not been seen before in Nigeria.
As for militants and Ipod or Ipad, they will become target practice for the military. Do not say you have not been warned

Hehehe 2016 is already getting hot and funny. Baba how did you end up here . It's obvious people want to make Nigeria ungovernable for you . Could this be a payback?
The only difference being that this ONE has lots of bullets and he does not mind wiping belligerent people out. Please don't complain when reaction comes. Let us see how things play out.

Pidggin:
Why steal from the masses to fund the economy? Is there any country that uses this method to generate revenue, what happened to the tax and Vat we pay, is it not enough strain on people's purses already?
Most countries have multiplicity of taxes. Nigeria is one of the most under taxed country in the world. In the UK , if you earn above £80000 , government will take £35000 from it. You will still pay vat and home taxes. The only reason there is corruption in Nigeria is that people don't pay enough tax. If you paid enough tax even if Goodluck was your uncle you would barricade is house and ask for him to be arrested.

Interesting

With all you wrote, you are wrong and also the President. It is a Gorilla warfare not conventional.
Calling it Gorilla warfare has betrayed your ignorance. Why are we even discussing this?. Very few people know this thing more than the President who made an accurate statement and ignorant products of Nigeria's faulty post independence educational system are playing intellectual. What rubbish.

Says ability of bokoharam to conduct conventional war has been defeated. The question here is has bokoharam ever carried out conventional war in their attack since inception?
Its like someone is confused as to differentiate between gorrilla and conventional warfare. Go school you no gree.
You are the one that is ignorant. Like most young Nigerian s now you don't apply yourself to study and think.

The failure of Boko Haram was fighting a CONVENTIONAL war against the Nigerian Army. They were seizing towns and villages using fast vehicles. That is conventional warfare.
They seized more than five LGAs and declared a Republic. That is conventional warfare and that is why they are losing because they cannot beat a conventional force like the NA at that. They became vulnerable to airstrikes and cutting of lines of supply
The president was merely stating the obvious which has been discussed extensively in knowledgeable circles in Nigeria.
It behoves you to research things well and study before posting on line.

This is extremely STUPID, completely ignorant and low IQ.
Obasanjo practically handed over to Jonathan. Yaradua barely did 2 years. So the North has been out of power for more than 16 years. It is very important to think at a high level and stop being childish.

This man is overrated by the yorubas.he claimed to have won the civil war and everyone believed him before gen.isama came and exposed all his lies.if he was a fearless man he wouldn't have yielded to the pressure mounted on him by the northerners in 1979,he should have stood his ground like IBB.he tried to mess up with abacha, abacha threw him and his cohorts into prison without wasting time.he tried to create a third term for himself but the senates frustrated him.if he tries rubbish with pmb,pmb will personally deal with him without hesitation.a man who has ruled for 11years without achieving any tangible thing for his people.
Very silly statement.
The Yoruba tribe is the only tribe that does not revere or respect Obj.
You guys are too simple minded about Yorubas.
Obasanjo repeatedly lost his own ward in Abeokuta as President. Afenifere used to describe him as a man "made of very inferior materials ".
Core Yorubas have never forgiven him for denying Awolowo the Presidency. Fela Kuti, Afenifere, OPC, major Yoruba Obas, Ganiyu Fawehinmi , Tinubu and major state governments in the Yoruba area are amongst those who have opposed Obasanjo and won.
Even in his own family , Obj met and endured opposition from his wives and children.

If you don't understand complex things and complex people then keep quiet instead of simplifying. This is not spare parts selling.

At the appropriate time the truth will come out.
For national security reasons, not all your defsec assets are disclosed to the public.

Allow the politicians to do their shenanigans, that's why they are politicians while the military do what they know best how to do.
Bullshit.
Hundreds of people are following Nigeria's military acquisitions. The truth is that Jonathan just allowed Generals to chop because of the fear of coup or just general ineffectual buffoonery tendencies. The money we have spent if judiciously applied would have made Nigeria to be as powerful as Egypt or Iran. Unfortunately all we see are mansions in a Abuja and houses abroad belonging to Generals and politicians

Politics › Re: Oil rises, Russia Says Saudi Has Proposed Output Cuts, Saudi Denies by Adminisher: 5:52pm On Jan 29, 2016
MagicBishop:
Saudi Arabia will never cut output now that Iran is back in the game.

Prior to lifting of sanctions on Iran, the Saudis were pumping out more oil that is required in order to compete against US Shale oil. For Shale Oil to be profitable at the current technology being utilised to harness it, conventional crude must be expensive for it to compete.

Now that Iran is back in the game, the Saudis will pump more into the market to stall or slow Iranian economic development.

The Saudis are committing economic suicide to hurt Iran.

At first they pumped more into the market on the behest of the US to hurt Russian mono economy which is by and large dependent on crude exports to Europe.

I don't see the Saudis cutting now given the tensions with Tehran.

The only advantage the Saudis have is their huge external reserves which they are drawing from to offset lower earnings from oil sales.

In 3mths time I expect crude prices to fall well below the $20 mark.
Saudi Arabia has invested wisely in petrochemicals. That is their real joker. They are leading the world now in the production of ten key petrochemical products. The petrochemicals business thrives on low oil prices. When you look at things you will hate Nigeria and a President like Goodluck who could not build refineries not to talk of petrochemicals. Every unemployed young person or out of job worker should know now who to blame. Nigeria was making 2 million x $124 × 365 X 0.8 dollars per year in 2012/2013, where is all the money
Politics › Re: Buhari Takes Over Central Bank Naira Management - Bloomberg. by Adminisher: 5:45pm On Jan 29, 2016
grandstar:
Buhari has been in charge ever since he assumed power. The ban of 41products from accessing the CBN was his idea.

The refusal to devalue was also his idea. Before he assumed power, Emefiele had allowed the naira to depreciate.

The CBN is no longer independent and Emefiele is simply s selfish careerist whose career is more important than the economy.

Emefiele was okay until Buhari got there
So you support devaluation. That is very very stupid.
Buhari is not in office because of rich people and traders . He is in office to FORCE CHANGE. NigerIa is the most blessed country on earth. Let us stop importing blindly. Let genuine , creative and resourceful people arise out of this trouble to change the way we do business. Bloomberg does not have more interest in Nigeria than us Nigerians.

Please try to use your BRAINS. There were more than a thousand words in that article which was actually critical of some Buhari policies. Only a few lines were devoted to Jonathan .
The whole point of the article was to persuade Buhari to take some economic policies and not to insult Jonathan. If only one sentence is the thing rankling you guys then maybe it is true that Jonathan really is an ineffectual buffoon

Who told you Buhari has not bought equipment in the short time he came? There have been at least two different rounds of procurements if what we are hearing is anything to go by. You guys just harp on a lie and roll with it anyhow.

Jonathan had six years and was so late to procure equipment for the military that some of them have not even arrived and the generals have stoken unbelievable sums of money.

The Nigerian Airforce is a high mess now because he put the wrong people in charge.

Chai Apc scam, they had claimed all refineries were back few weeks ago, i bow for this government
This is not APC scam. Nigeria is a very dumb country with the most un educated people on earth. That is why you can say something without thinking about it.
The problem is competence of engineers running the refineries. If I were Buhari I will sack 75% of refinery staff and get Indian management and engineers for the refineries. The Indian companies will be paid on reliability, technical integrity and days run without shutdown.
Nigerians are have become slack, brain dead and incompetent due to the clueless days of PDP rule. Ordinary Jamaicans, Siwrra Leonians, Ethiopians and Sudanese can run refineries why can't we?
Politics › Re: How APC Won The Presidential Election. by Adminisher: 10:40am On Jan 28, 2016
GworoChewinMaga:
They did not win.

The results coming in from the north were all fabricated.

Jonathan conceded because there were security reports of a plan to instigate widespread riots in the north and SW if Jonathan won or contested the results outcome.

The US govt also threatened to back the opposition and not to recognize Jonathan as duly elected leader thereby leading to a parallel govt.

This is why the APC announced months before the election that they will form a parallel govt if they did not win the election.

Arm twisting, blackmail, and threat to national security especially in the north was how they got to power.

Their propaganda was limited to their regions (SW and North) and from the results we see that the SS and SE did not buy into their scam.
The results coming from Anambra, Ebonyi, Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta were not fabricated of course.

I just hate it when people pretend. The school meals is justified in one thousand ways. Only a clueless follower of PDP and a pretender will say it does not work. Big English meaning ZERO.
