Amechi changed the face of PH in one year. Those people saying that he did nothing are either too young or liars. PDP supporters in the SS and SE can lie for Africa. They conveniently forget things out of sentiment. Look at model schools, look at PH expansion into Eleme, towards Omagwa, Akpajo.
Even the mono rail was visionary and it was not stated to loot Rivers State. A good government should finish the job.

During Jonathan's corrupt and clueless regime the budgets were padded all the way. Average budget performance was less than 25% because all the money was budgeted to be stolen. The figure I quoted is not a LIE . The figure was from Jonathan's finance minister herself. Yes the same civil servants have laid ambush for this administration . Buhari has shown great confidence to have withdrawn the budget and made some changes. That is what we voted the president for.When they start sacking them you will know the truth.

Nigeria's money is stolen from budget preparation . There are networks involving politicians and middle / top level civil servants involved in building up the stealing over a number of years. Businessmen have even planted themselves as staff of key ministries all to facilitate "networked looting ".
Simple things like boreholes, supply of furniture, stationeries, official cars and building renovations are gates for the looting of billions every year.

The plane is simply a scaled down and modified F22. F22 is flying happily "stealthily' as we speak. Scaling the F22 down and trying to make it inyo 'an everything combat jet' has raised a few issues. Software issues are surmount able, cockpits can be redesigned and engine mountings can also be redesigned. The only negative it is that it is costing more than anticipated but there is no program in the US that has not costed more than anticipated. The highly successful F16 and highly rated F15 have had hundreds of modifications and mid life upgrades.

You are very correct that F 15 Eagle is the only proven air superiority combat aircraft. The air craft every other is trying to be. The next is the newer F 22. F 35 has another 5 years of correcting bugs but it will get there.

Nigeria needs to acquire a good 4++ Russian combat aircraft with the right service history and proven reliability. The only thing I can trust is what they are using currently in Syria, the SU 34/32.

No chopper is certified for offshore operations if it does not have floatation devices and life jackets. My brother , you don't even know how CORRECT you are posting this. Personally if I were president , all NNPC divisions including operating companies would be the first place I would throw people out of work. I know Indian engineers that will do their jobs for half their salaries. Corrupt, unprofessional, un strategic, plan less and infused with the cluelessness and corruption of the Dieziani/Jonathan years I believe they should all go home.
The FG can further sell another 20% of their shares in the JVs to earn about $40bn. They should plow this money directly into petrochemicals, fertiliser plants and refineries. With just 35% of shares in JVs, the burden of running the upstream oil industry will go down and weven will get more serious about developing other areas as the earnings also come down.
I believe oil prices will come up in 2018 but definitely not above $60 a barrell. This is the reality that we have to live with that the days of $100 + oil is gone first ever
