I remember the first time I heard about Boko Haram. We were watching the News on CNN with my Siblings in 2009 when we saw a breaking news on Nigeria were some boys attacked a police station with sticks and other crude weapons in Maiduguri. We all thought that it was just a minor incidents but now ten years later Nigerian is still trying to fight them. Now my fear is that this Kidnapping may not stop anytime soon in Nigeria.

No because that kind of belief is too dangerous.

It is normal for humans to want know how the earth was created but we have to be careful with the way we approach it. The creationists had a conclusion based on simple logic before they started their investigation.

The logic was that since so many things that they used were created by man then the earth too must be created by a being that is in many ways like a man. They started to follow this by more dangerous assumptions like they know the name of this being, they know the name of the first people he created, they know what he wants us to do (like the OP), they have a personal relationship with him, he is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent etc.

This has led to big problems in the world because lies usually have different versions and people have been struggling to establish their version of assumption as the truth affecting our personal lives, law and politics.

So i dont do beliefs. it's either i know or i dont.

When will federal government ban bridges in Nigeria?

One of the weirdest thing in this world is that about 4 billion people believe that humans were created by an egomaniac being to test their ability to praise and worship him. And that he will reward those that worship him well with an eternal life of praising and worshiping him.

This is where the problem comes from. what do you mean by "it depends on what the definition of science is".

Debating with theists about science is difficult; sometimes they try to undermine science and pitch it against God especially when the topic is about limitation of science. Other times they say that Science is not synonymous to atheism and mention some major contributors of science who are/were theists. Now my question to OP is this; are you pro or anti-science.
