Good afternoon sir, please I will be glad if you can advise me on something and I will also appreciate any other good advice from other people too.My fiance is a single mother of 3 kids and a Registered Nurse here in Nigeria,she is in the process of relocating to UK as a nurse.We are about getting married by May this year.Meanwhile her Ex left her with the kids for over 7 yrs now.My questions now is,How best can we handle our visa application and what documents can we submit for the kids so that we can all travel together as a family?. Again, since am not their biological father and I love the kids,can you advise me to adopt them Legally and get fresh Birth certificate for them so that they can bear my surname in order use it to get International passport for them for their visa application.Please my boss and other gurus in the house your advice on this matter will be highly appreciate.Thanks
